A big thank you and two thumbs up for RighTime Home Services in Riverside, CA. My Dad had an obsolete water softener that needed to be picked up and RighTime was out the very same day. That's is the best customer service anybody could ask for. Thank you so much!!
I want to start this review with Greg. He came to do the inspection asked what was wrong with my AC. We did a walk through, and my unit is very old. Greg took his time and explained my options. He was able to schedule the work within 4 days.
We had Mario from RighTime Home Services- Riverside come to our home to check our HVAC system and from the beginning to end of his services; He provided professional, diligent and excellent service to our whole air conditioning system. We highly recommend his services if you were to need any work on your air conditioning system. Mario was informative as he explained what our work our system needed as well as to how to prevent future issues.
Tyler and Emider were great. They did a wonderful job. Outstanding team work and cleaned up real good when they finished.
I had multiple issues with my AC system and they sent me one of their new technicians and he "fixed" my issue and proceeded to charge me. I had to call again due to it not working hours after he came, the next day Juan T came and did a beautiful job explaining to me what he had done and showed me proof of it, he was extremely kind and patient with me because I was upset with the prior technician. I was ready to leave a bad review but Juan T demonstrated that it just takes the right technician to get the job done! My AC is working at its best capacity although it's very old!

I have a rental property in Menifee that had a furnace issue over night, my wife called several companies in the area to get repair options. The RighTime team was the fastest to respond. The tech called us while onsite, clearly explained the issues to us and provided options to repair the furnace. We really appreciate the speed and professionalism from this company and their team.

ARS / Rescue Rooter LA Riverside was the service provider that Home Depot sent when I needed a water heater installation. I was very satisfied with the service I received from ARS / RR LA Riverside. I had the pleasure of dealing with three exceptional employees: Kay, Brandon and Justin. Kay scheduled both the inspection and installation appointments. She was very courteous and updated me frequently during the arrival time windows. Brandon inspected my old water heater, explained the installation procedure and helped me navigate the required paperwork. Justin was the very knowledgeable and skilled plumber who replaced my water heater - so skilled he thinks that re-piping a house is "fun". It's great to have hot water again! If I have future plumbing needs I would definitely hire ARS / RR LA Riverside.

Tyler M. is the name of one of the technicians who installed the new unit in our home. There were 2 other guys there too, Drew and Aaron! They did such a fantastic job, especially since their job is strenuous & physical (having to remove the old heavy unit & installing the new one, having to go in and out of the attic, etc). The new unit/system was installed very well! No mess & not even a scratch. We're so happy with the outcome with Right Time. We had scheduled an apt for AC maintenance from Home Depot, and RighTime came out on Memorial Day. Vincent was the tech who came out, and he was such a nice, professional young man. Very knowledgeable in his craft and let us know all the issues our AC had before working on it. He kept updating us in what he was doing and did such a wonderful job in communicating w us. We had a brand new HVAC system installed. Ross came out and gave us a rundown of how everything will work and gave us our quote. He was very informative and explained everything perfect. Within a couple days we had sonny and his team come out and install our system within 3 days. Everything was done percectly! They cleaned up their mess and walked us through each step. This review is only for the install of my complete HVAC replacement on 3/15-3/16. Ray, Caesar and team did an outstanding job. The four installers were professional, courteous, and well spoken. Our heating unit stopped working and Mario S. came out ,he was so on top of the problem immediately came back early next morning .Repaired it perfectly and added a Sterilization unit with it. Fast, Efficient and Friendly. super recommend Rightime to all.

Our heater was 70 years old and I did not want to use it one more winter so I scheduled 3 estimates. Jerame was my second estimator, he was so different than the first one - MUCH more detailed and informative. Because codes have changed they would have had to do some extreme modifications to install a new heater in the same closet. The first guy mentioned it would be a problem but said he would 'make it work' - Jerame explained what they would have to do to make it work and it wasn't a good option (we would have lost the use of a portion of a closet) so once we decided to add central air he thought the best option would be to go into the attic. It was a great idea and we would gain a new storage closet. He really understood the process and explained what the entire installation and permit process would be like - they make sure there is a platform adjacent to the unit so it can be easily accessed when needed. Impressive and professional. I was glad when he mentioned we needed a permit because some contractors try to skip that step and it isn't good for the homeowner. I will admit that I was a little irritated when I found out that I would get a special deal only if the job was completed within the week, BUT, I really get that it is a wise business move because if you have a staff of workers, you want to keep them busy. I initially wasn't in a hurry but I'm so glad I did decide to get it done right away because the weather took a quick dip and was much colder, I really love the new quiet, gentle, warm system! Tyler and Randon installed the system. Our attic had some challenges so Tyler had an associate Sonny and his partner Phil brainstorm with him. He told me that they all work together, just like family - and they really did! I hung out in the living room during the entire process and I hardly knew they were here. They all worked really well together - it was impressive! All was completed quickly and they did a great job cleaning up. I LOVE my Lennox system, it is a great product. Another employee, Kara, was very kind and helpful too. I had issues with my computer and printer so she made me copies of whatever I needed. It was beyond what her duties were - I have actually 'bugged' her a few times and she was helpful every time. I was impressed with everyone I had contact with, I highly recommend RighTime!

I had received an estimate from another company for a Heating and AC replacement as my units were 20 years old . The estimate I received was outrageous so I went to Costco to see what they offered. RighTime came out and gave me a free estimate which came in $10k less than the 1st estimate! I hired them and the installers, Ron Alcazar and Abram Vallejo did outstanding work!! They were very professional and meticulous and explained everything they would be doing, in addition to showing me the old system and the damage it had. The heating unit they removed from my attic was huge, which they removed through a small opening in my bedroom closet without any damage whatsoever to my walls, doors, etc. They were able to do some additional work that wasn't originally scheduled with no problems! I am so pleased with them and the company! I actually cancelled my previous membership with my other HVAC company going forward. Thanks guys!

Heating and air is a necessity in southern California, especially with this heat lately. Finding a company that not only fulfilled my needs but also didn't rip me me off. Finding that was a difficult task. But i found it with rightime! Blaine was my sales person, and i have never felt more comfortable with the fact that someone was offering me a service but not trying to up-sale me on things i didn't need. He was a breeze to work with and I wish other sales staff would approach the idea of sales in the same way.

You made life so much more comfortable in our home since we had a cooling issue from a malfunction you came to the rescue the same day. You guys are amazing! The Hot water heater went out Wednesday. Jose came out and replaced the heater and took the old one the same day. He did a lot of work replacing old valves and installing new lines. He was a fast worker and did not leave a mess. I will sure use them again if I need any plumbing work.

Shame on you Right Time, you take peoples money and don't care reason why they bought an Air Conditioner in the first place, worst customer service. Bought our A/C for $24,000.00 with ten year warranty. After five years called Right Time A/C not working needs repair, temperature in Riverside104 degrees. It took the Right Time four days to send some one out to look at the A/C all the while temperatures in Riverside 104 degrees. DAY FOURTH Guy came couldn't fix unit and part has been ordered. DAY FIFTH with no Air Conditioner, and part has not come in and Right Time has no idea when they will the part come in to fix our A/C. I mean you are in Air Conditioning business And promote how great of a company you are, but yet you don't even have inventory parts (like the fan) to repair your Air Conditioners for your clients? Not only do I do self dialysis at home, my kids, our pets, my grandma We're all going into our DAY SIXTH with no Air Conditioner right in the middle of summer because of these people don't have inventory for Air Conditioner. This company is a total joke!
We purchased a central A/C and furnace at Rightime a few years ago. Recently I talked to Rose M. who works in the office to renew our annual service agreement and make an appointment to have our A/C serviced for the annual inspection. Rose M. was very nice and helpful, as usual. Today Robert C. came to do the servicing and did a great job. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. We were very happy with both of these employees.
Kevin is amazing and honest and great to deal with. He is very responsive and reliable. I have used them for multiple restaurants and they are always prompt and do a great job! Highly recommend And their prices are very fair

I inquired about dryer vent cleaning on Wednesday not expecting a response back the same day. They responded within the hour and tried to get my cleaning in the same day! They came the next day right on time and it took them 28 mins, and that is with climbing into my rafters to see why it was not working correctly! Good job, super friendly and so affordable!

Very pleasant experience with Supreme Air Duct. We bought our home and previous owners were smokers and pet owners. Vents were terrible and heavy smoke odor. They cam out and cleaned our ducts and we no longer smell smoke odor or pet dander. We are very happy and can breath easier now

We went through Costco to have our entire HVAC system replaced. Right time was extremely efficient, friendly, and reliable. Very pleasant experience with Supreme Air Duct. We bought our home and previous owners were smokers and pet owners. Vents were terrible and heavy smoke odor. They cam out and cleaned our ducts and we no longer smell smoke odor or pet dander. We are very happy and can breath easier now
They arrived on time to clean out the dryer air duct. They weren't having much luck from the laundry room and even went on the roof to try from the top. However they kept hitting a blockage somewhere. They went into the attic and were able to find the issue and fix it. Appreciate the extra effort to find the problem.

They did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves. Their timing for arrival is not exact, but within a half an hour. The outside vent had to be reopened, they helped. The dryer was placed so that the garage door could not close without messing it up. they missed this detail. They took payment from my credit card, It was a bit awkward but good. But for all that, I still highly recommend them.

I have a Whirlpool gas dryer in my indoor laundry room, that is only four years old. Lately, I've been noticing its taking three cycles to dry small to When I walk toward the laundry room, I get the sensation of damp warm air flowing outward, toward me (door is open at all times). I do maybe four loads per month, so it is lightly used. The previous Kenmore dryer lasted 19 years. Any suggestions? Thank you.
