Came into the store to try on some shoes and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I was initially helped by Pranjali and Diya, who were incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I needed a replacement for a pair of shoes I had purchased five months ago that turned out to be defective, and the whole process was seamless. The manager, Nico, was also super helpful throughout. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We bought a pair of UGG slippers for my daughter from Brown's Shoes. About a month later, we noticed that the two slippers had different serial numbers, which made us think that one of them might have been a display item. We went back to the store to explain the situation. The supervisor who helped us was very kind, professional, and understanding. She handled the situation perfectly and exchanged the slippers for us without any problems. I was really impressed with the way they treated us. Their customer service was excellent, and it made us feel valued as customers. Experiences like this make a big difference, and it definitely encourages me to continue shopping at Brown's Shoes. The shoes probably came unglued because I stepped in water on a rainy day. I tried to fix them myself but couldn’t. I originally planned to ask the staff to help me glue them back, but they unexpectedly gave me a brand-new pair instead! I really appreciate that! It was amazing service. Very courteous and quite knowledgeable about their product offerings. I bought a pair of shoes here and spent a long time over an hour trying on different sizes and models based on my needs and their informative recommendations. At no time was I made to feel rushed to make a purchase, the staff was very accommodating. A shoe exchange several months later (a manufacturer issue, nothing to do with the store) was handled with a smile promptly seeing to my concerns and far exceeded my expectations. I am very happy to have found this store and will continue to purchase shoes here and give recommendations to family and friends to shop here as well. Having just had a terrible customer service experience with Softmoc in the same mall where I left without making a purchase, I called into Browns in my quest for shoes. What a different experience! I was greeted by a cheerful, friendly sales associate who provided great customer service which resulted in the purchase of two pairs of shoes. One pair on order and the other purchased in store. Great selection, fantastic staff. Highly recommend this location.

I am so impressed with this store. My husband and I bought a pair of boots in December and after a month there was problems with the leather. We went in last night and they gave us another one, no problem! I love the fact they had the receipt on file and the person who helped us was amazing to deal with!!!! Customer service is amazing and we will be back!!!

I was at this location over the weekend and received the BEST customer service I have EVER received at any retailer. I felt like they really cared vs. just trying to sell something. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful but the manager, Nuri Chan, really went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% happy with my purchase. I was absolutely blown away at the level of care and walked out of the store speechless and with a huge smile on my face. This location is not the closest one to me but I would gladly go out of my way to visit this store because of Nuri and his wonderful team.

Been waiting to buy some new chiseled toe Blundstone boots for a while now. The staff here is fantastic and treated us so well. We did not feel pressure or ignored at all. The held the shoes for us while we walked around to think about it and then we bought more another pair of boots and shoes from them! Such a good place to buy your quality footwear from. Definitely would shop here again. Do yourself a favour if you need shoes or boot and visit this store.

One of the nicer, bigger stores, as nice as Oakridge's. Men's stuff on the left. Tried on a pair of the British label Boxfresh, one of the few that were not on sale as most everything is still Boxing day pricing. A bit light on padding, rough shoelaces though respected the hardened red tips so less fraying, but for $130, it was an easy pass. Christine graciously gave good customer service. Also noticed the Pajar line in the front centre display, much more stylish boots than Uggs, though the inner filling isn't real like sheep, but made in Canada, and waterproof. Located a few stores from Fossil.
