Amazing service from Sophia Had to contact Regency Screens in regard to a warranty claim on our almost 4 month old build, our builder has not been proactive in the followup, so I called Regency Screens directly. We recently completed renovations at our business and purchased mirrors for all the toilet blocks from Regency. Glen was a delight to deal with, he came to our business on several occasions to measure once our cabinetry was completed (toilet blocks done a couple months apart). After our quote and payment, we were contacted (by Tony? I think) with a date and time the installer was coming to install the mirrors. As promised the installer arrived as expected and did a terrific job. If there were any occasions we were not able to get hold of Glen or Tony, the lady at reception was extremely helpful and was either able to answer our questions or have them return our call, which they always did. Thanks Regency, the mirrors look great!

Called into the office on a Wednesday, phone call Thursday and quoted on the Friday. Shower was installed approximately one month later. Very happy with the whole process. The lady in the office, the lady who rang and explained our old one couldn’t be repaired were both lovely and courteous. Danny who measured and the lovely guy who installed the shower were all nice and professional. Shower looks great! Thanks

Excellent sales & service from 1st contact to install of shiny new shower screen. Aleasha was prompt, on point, good follow up too. The installer (forgot his name sorry) was on time & got the job done well. One very happy customer I sure am ;) Highly recommend them!
