From my initial visit to the Cardiff showrooms to the final product installation – I am extremely satisfied with my new shower screen. Ryan gave excellent customer service and ensured my experience exceeded my expectations. Lacey was just beautiful and Steve so helpful and also made sure everything was to my satisfaction. The shower screen itself is amazing, so professional, elegant and the price was very competitive! My only problem is that my second shower (whom I went with a different company) does not even compare to my new Regency one. Gladly recommend them onto anyone for their shower screen needs. Thank you again team! Will be back when I need anything else!

Went to showroom and staff were very friendly and professional. We dealt with Heath mainly, Organised an on site measure and quote, 2 weeks later it was installed. Great experience, great service, great product, I can thoroughly recommend them. we liked upstairs shower screen so much we had downstairs shower screen replaced also as it was in need of replacing. 10/10 again. We have had occasion to use Regency, on 2 occasions recently for a variety of products , our first contact on three occasions was , Alexis , it was refreshing to deal with a retail sales person who is very knowledgeable regarding the products we were seeking, and on one occasion referred us to John for some install tradesman type advice, and he to was also very competent and supplied us with what we required without any hassle at all , and our latest visit last week we dealt with John on the phone and at the showroom we dealt with the amazing. Alexis (John was busy with other things), Alexis was very helpful, pleasant attitude to her job, and nothing was a trouble, next day John followed us up to make sure all was good, (Off course it was, Alexis sorted it ) we have no hesitation in recommending Regency
