Our first contact with steven was a great experience, he was happy easy to talk too, and helped us with ease, communication was fantastic, regular emails and updates. The only problem we had is the installer turned up the day before, our booking time for installation, without contacting us to see if he could fit it early which was not convenient for us. But when he came back at the alloted time, the installation was completed to high standards. Overall I would highly recommend Regency Albury.

Most pleased with Regency Albury, one of two shower screen replacements was very much non standard dimensions and Regency's solution works exceptionally well. Good job retrofitting modern product to a 40 yo home.

Absolutely the best experience
Right from the start the Regency team have been outstanding. I was very lucky to have Tim to do my measurements. He has so much experience and knew exactly what I needed for my Hiro doors and splash-back. Professional, friendly and lightning fast quote received the same day! Shortly after paying for the job to be done I received the installation date. Sadly I then had to cancel the order due to unforeseen circumstances and was given a refund immediately by Dakota. I will definitely be using them next year when I sort out the unforeseen circumstances! Thank you Tim ☺️
Galleria wardrobe install
I had custom Galleria wardrobes installed and a custom linen cupboard also installed. Brett- who quoted was very helpful and pleasant with my fussy requirements. Nathan,-the office liaison,was polite and kept me informed about progress. It took probably just a little longer to arrive than expected but that wasn't a big concern, really. Young Ryan- who was the installer,was a good hard worker. He started quite early in the morning to get the final two cupboards completed in the time I needed. He was helpful and polite and careful with my newly polished wood floors. All 'round- a great job. They look amazing. I have super classy wardrobes and linen cupboard now. They are not the cheapest but I expect to pay a fair price for quality and that's what I got.
New Bath/Shower Screen
Thanks Tim and Pasi for my new shower screen! My old bathroom had a shower curtain (yuck) over the bath/shower and when renovating I knew I didn’t want that again. The new screen looks amazing and really opens up the space in my small bathroom. Feels sturdy and is easy to clean.
A smooth experience with no hassles
We ordered a set of robe doors with Haydn who was very helpful with the process. We received these doors in less than a week which was awesome! Very happy with the whole experience and staff at RS and to top it off, the quote was nearly $200 less than the others we got.
Amazing staff
Tim was absolutely amazing he worked with me so I could get shelving specific to what I wanted and made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen I couldn’t recommend him enough
Exceeded expectations
Tim and Reece were very professional. They communicated very well during the whole process were on time and gave me in depth information about the process and installation day was a breeze. The end product is stunning and it suits the style of my home.

Shower screen
I deal with Regency Albury fairly often for shower screen installs and can't recommend Rob the sales agent and Damo the installer more. They are always quick and reliable with great install quality.
Great service and products
We've had two screens installed by Regency Albury in the past 6 months, a large frameless panel in the main and a semi-frameless now in the ensuite. Service from the quotes by Melissa to install has been great as has been the product quality. A minor chip (which we didn't initially notice) was detected by the ensuite installer who followed up with a replacement door the next day. A minor adjustment to the door swing since was also sorted promptly. We are very happy with the service overall.
A breeze
I have had 3 shower screens installed by regency Albury now. From measure up to install the process has been a pleasant breeze! No fuss no mess. Really appreciate it
Shower door repairs
I contacted John about an ongoing problem and we discussed options, he decided that the best course was for him to attend and fix the problem. Now I live about 110k's from John, but for very little over and above his standard fee he came and fixed my shower door, money well spent, thank you John
Great service and great products,
Great experience; Office coordinator confirmed appointment in advance. Sales Rep was excellent, confirmed requirements, check measured, colour confirmation on time as well. He made himself available for any queries. Installers were excellent as well, very professional and experienced.
Amazing experience with Regency
The service provided by team at Regency has been amazing. Lachlan for answering promptly to our enquiries and coming onsite to measure, quote and provide advise to our wardrobe, study room, nook and shower screens. The installation service organization and communication from Steve also is superb. Workmanship on the installation is fast, high quality and the end products looks amazing. Overall experience with Regency has been 5 stars, from sales to logistic to workmanship. Highly recommend Regency to everyone for your next Renovation project.
Great Wardrobe space and Great Service
Great installation worked quickly and efficiently. Looks great and will work well for us. We chose a demo one as it was the colour we wanted and wow it looks good and they made changes to make it work in the space we have. Very pleased
Amazing cost and service
We got a quote from regency, because locally it was $1500 more for a similar product. They say shop local but this was not reasonable for us. I hope Regency continues to provide our area with there services because I will certainly recommend them !!
