Shower door repairs
I contacted John about an ongoing problem and we discussed options, he decided that the best course was for him to attend and fix the problem. Now I live about 110k's from John, but for very little over and above his standard fee he came and fixed my shower door, money well spent, thank you John

Great experience; Office coordinator confirmed appointment in advance. Sales Rep was excellent, confirmed requirements, check measured, colour confirmation on time as well. He made himself available for any queries. Installers were excellent as well, very professional and experienced.
Amazing experience with Regency
The service provided by team at Regency has been amazing. Lachlan for answering promptly to our enquiries and coming onsite to measure, quote and provide advise to our wardrobe, study room, nook and shower screens. The installation service organization and communication from Steve also is superb. Workmanship on the installation is fast, high quality and the end products looks amazing. Overall experience with Regency has been 5 stars, from sales to logistic to workmanship. Highly recommend Regency to everyone for your next Renovation project.

Perfect from start to finish
Needed to replace old Shower screens so I contacted regency via there online query form. They were responsive and professional and had a guy come and do a measure up to confirm requirements for final quote. Screens were made and installed promptly and with professional attention to detail. Screens look really good and have really improved the look of our bathrooms. Job well done!
Wonderful workmanship
Dave did an installation for us today 4 x bedrooms including a full size walk in robe, Laundry hallways and linen closet installs as well. Dave was very pleasant and his workmanship was excellent, he can up and obviously took pride in his work.
Just the right fit,style and choice of shower screen
I just had two tri fold shower screens swapped over for 2 semi framessless screens. I initially I was hoing to go with white full framed screens but after talking with Shawn Paul from Rowville I decided to go with Chrome semi frameless. I couldn't be more please with tge look. The serviceman was on time, efficient and neat. I would recommend Regency Screens.

New shower installation
Had shower in on suite replaced by Regency Shepparton. Barry Fischer and his team were very helpful and obliging. It was measured up made and installed in less than 3 weeks. Perfect job, no leaks. Thanks Guys.
Problem solved
Regency Shepparton designed a shower door for my existing walk in shower as my 4 teenage boys were getting water everywhere. It was a tough job because my bathroom is tiny and the toilet next to the shower had to be taken into consideration. Im very happy with the result. The door is sturdy and the parts are of good quality. It doesnt swing quickly, threatening to be smashed by a clumsy boy and water stays in the shower. Installer and man who did the measure and design turned up on time and there wasnt a long wait for the install.
Great service
I would highly recommend working with Regency. I enquired online and received a phone call the next business day. From there, they organized someone to come out, measure and quote the service. Lachlan Scott, the Sales Representative came out- he was great with communication, friendly and helped me work out what I wanted then provided the quote in a timely manner. From there, the removal and installation of my shower was booked in. No issues at all. The team who did the removal and the installation were on time and friendly. It was a very smooth process. Can't think of anything that could be improved!
Friendly, professional and great customer service
We engaged Regency for the design and fit out of our wardrobes. We cannot fault Colleen's A1 customer service. She was so helpful in coming up with our design, prompt in her turnaround and always made time to discuss our queries. She went over and above to coordinate our job with the Project Manager of our renovations. Colleen is friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. During uncertain times due to COVID, Renae was also very attentive with the scheduling of our job and follow up which we appreciated. We are looking forward to using our organised wardrobes and enjoying tidier bedrooms!

I have previously had Regency install wardrobe doors in my house and had no hesitation in contacting Gary Kitto when I wanted wardrobe doors installed in other rooms. Gary is on time, polite and professional in every way.
