I was confused on insurance and payment amounts. I was able to sit down in Kim’s office and she is amazing. She is beyond patient, printed off documents, and went over charges with me. I am confident and comfortable with this facility due to staff like Kim.
Dr. Karloff is the most caring and talented orthodontist! I couldn't more strongly recommend her to anyone needing orthodontic care!

I've been coming here since I was 12 or 13 for braces. I recently came back in to get my retainer fixed. Every time I'm in there, everyone is super nice and helpful. My appointments are always quick and easy. This is a great place to go!

This was the first office I have taken my son into where he said he wasn't scared and cannot wait till his next visit. He's 9. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They explained everything. Very clean and organized. He enjoyed his gift bag. 😉

I absolutely love everyone here. Staff is super friendly and they help answer all your questions. They work with you, not against you when it comes to billing and insurance. Super clean and very fast service after the first initial appointment depending on the type of braces. I would and do recommend these guys to everyone I meet or talk to about dental work.

Everyone has been amazing! Always informative and explains everything in detail. We never have to wait past our scheduled time. Today walked in 20 mins before our appt and they took us right back. All staff are friendly! We have a lot of years ahead with them and grateful to have them through the braces journey.

This is a really good place. Amazing workers, we were late for our appointment but they still found a time for my daughter. Really flexible with appointment times. My kid always feels comfortable there and trusts the orthodontists. I recommend this clinic you will like it!

I have Invisalign with Rallis and Bonilla and I love working with them! Everyone is kind and super helpful when I have questions (I've had a lot). It's definitely expensive and a time commitment but I'm very happy with my results so far!

Dr. Rallis and staff have superseded our expectations! Our daughter has been a patient since she she was nine years old and has always been included in our conversation and made to feel extremely comfortable. I have already recommended Dr. Rallis and will continue to do so!

Daughters 1 visit. She felt nervous at first but the staff explained everything that they were going to do so she would understand and felt comfortable. Asked her questions ,showed her what they would be doing. Few baby teeth to come out still but then her journey will start in May. She’s excited on coming back. Wonderful Staff. 2 thumbs UP.

Hands down the best orthodontics in Lincoln! My very shy 8 year old daughter couldn’t stop talking about how kind everyone was there. She felt very comfortable and wasn’t scared at all!

This is our second visit to this clinic and it continues to be a positive one. The staff are all very friendly and kind. The doctors made sure to completely and thoroughly explain everything to me and my daughter, and took the time to answer all of her questions and concerns. There was never a rush to get us out the door or wrap up the visit. The staff really seem to care about your thoughts and want to make sure you understand everything before you leave. I would certainly recommend this facility.
