This is our second visit to this clinic and it continues to be a positive one. The staff are all very friendly and kind. I had a long journey to get my smile. Rallis and Bonilla Orthodontics helped along the way with this slow process to ensure that my smile would be perfect. I went to them in order to make space for my two missing upper lateral teeth with Invisalign. They took the time to paint on the missing teeth so I would feel confident and even matched the color so it looked seamless. All the staff members are so kind and patient to everyone who walks through the door. They rearranged the time of my appointments to accompany my busy schedule. One time I couldn’t find my keys in the morning and would have missed my appointment, but they got me in so I could continue with the next set of my Invisalign. I haven't had any issues with my permanent retainers and my teeth are still great and in place. No complaints with staff either. Everyone was always very friendly and welcoming. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff at Rallis Orthodontics. They are the best in Lincoln without a doubt. I had overcrowded teeth that needed to get straightened with Invisalign. It was a very complex treatment plan but Rallis and his team did everything perfectly. In my initial appointment and throughout my whole treatment, they went over everything very clearly and answered all of my questions concisely. They offered me a very reasonable financing plan and clearly went over the terms of the plan. Every time I walked in to their clinic, I was always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The staff was always prompt in getting me in and out of the clinic all while doing a perfect job on my teeth. If I ever had to make an emergency appointment, they would always get me in on the same day. I'm at the end of my treatment and my teeth look incredible. I can't say enough great things about Rallis and his team!

My experience at rallis is great every time, there staff is amazing and really help you keep track of what trays your on if you have Invisalign like me! The lady's at the front desk are nice and understanding, they work with you on making appointments and give a paper to you after your visit on school days to give to your schools office to tell them you where there. It helps when the staff has the same thing as you and can explain how it works and what it is. There lobby and individual office spaces clean, I love how there staff there communicates during yours and others visits. I really like how they use there ticket system it really motivates me to make sure that I can help them help me by cleaning them brushing my teeth and listening to what there saying. They really help you if they need you to brush your teeth or floss they provided me with a tooth brush floss and mouthwash when I needed it the most. They not only explain what there doing with me and my parents. There really mindful when you need more rubber bands or chews. They don't get mad if you loose your trays or the break, they help you get new ones and make sure that they fit and are ok before you leave. They share story's about them or there children and are REALLY kind. So that's why I love rallis for my orthodontist❤️❤️❤️😃😃😃 5 stars for sure⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - I'm sorry if there's 2 it's because my first one didn't submit

5 stars. Every time I go in I have a great experience (aside from my teeth being in pain from getting by braces tightened). But the staff is so nice, and they only converse with you when you're able. Unlike other dentist/orthodontist services, who'll jam metal in your mouth and then ask about how school's going and what sports you play, leaving you unable to answer because you have all sorts of tools in your face. :) 5 stars

Rallis Orthodontics was recommended to me by a friend who was taking their daughter there for braces. I was 40 when I decided, after I had finished paying for all of my son's to have braces, that I was finally going to take care of my teeth. I really don't like going to the dentist so I was very nervous about going, but Dr. Rallis and his staff were amazing!! I was never nervous after my first visit and I trusted them completely to take care of my teeth. The staff is amazing and they were so kind about setting up payments to pay for my braces. I also like the fact that they make sure to get me in for check ups now that my braces are off. They truly care about taking care of my teeth. My son went through an orthodontic program with Dr. Rallis. His treatment plan ended earlier than anticipated, which we were excited about. We liked being able to visit either of his locations, as the one off 84th is closer to us. Both locations were very nice, always clean and close parking. We rarely waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room before being taken bake for his appointment.
