Un centre commercial hors du commun !
Certainement le plus grand centre commercial extérieur que j'ai eu la chance de voir! L'endroit est parfait pour faire du shopping... niveau magasins, il y en a pour tous les goûts! L'animalerie Safari vaut le coup d'oeil et aussi le magasin de surf Oasis... il est même possible d'y surfer à l'intérieur! Assez fou!
Awesome boutique filled with original hand made products
Apparently, this shop just opened a few days ago right next to the Van Houtte coffee shop. Called S0 ORIGINAL , The boutique is filled with original hand made prroducts from all over the world .The shop is owned and operated by two wonderful women

Each product of which there are apparently more than 300 different ones, either embraces a 100% fair trade certified item or promotes fair trade practices. From recycled aluminium key chains to beautiful art work , women and men s fashion accessories there is something for every ones budget. The concept behind the project is to provide an economic support for thousands of small artisans and cooperatives experiencing difficult financial situations on a daily basis. If you are in the area make sure not to miss this shop it is a delight for the eyes and is a refreshing concept that stands out against the norm of big box bland no service stores
Excellent service
Bel hôtel très propre. Le personnel est accueillant et répond rapidement à nos demandes. Chambre très confortable et avec commodité mais un peu bruyant côté ventilation. Le café du Palais qui est adjacent à l’hôtel est à essayer pour les petits déjeuners.
Agréable
Toujours agréable d'aller se promener au Quartier 10/30. Par contre rien ne vous assure d'y trouver de bons deals. J'ai remarqué la fermeture de plusieurs boutiques cette année, 🙁 Il y a beaucoup plus de choix dans le square, c'est vraiment malheureux pour les autres sections. Je trouve qu'il manque de boutique de bijoux mode. Pour les chaussures à part Browns pas beaucoup d'autres choix. Pour les restos, là ce n'est pas le choix qui manque. Donc pour y passer du temps à flâner c'est bien. Agréable à marcher par une belle journée d'été.
Toute au même endroit
très moderne le quartier 10/30 surprend par son bon goûts, des grandes marques en passant par les magasin à grandes surfaces tout y est. Une journée parfaite pour moi au 10/30 c'est de déposer mon fils au Spin pour une journée complète de skate intérieur, de mon côté aller visiter mes boutiques préféréeset de se retrouver le soir dans un petit resto super sympa !!!!!
Not bad all things considered..
It is located in Brossard and it can be rather confusing to drive here. If you are visiting for the first time, take your time to follow the signage and never mind the locals who are impatient.
Do not be fazed by the map and layout of the place, it appears to be very big and undoable but if you study the map and locate the shops that you want to visit and plan accordingly - it is possible to enjoy the experience.
We visited during a weekday - recommend to do this - as it was not crowded.
We parked underground - would recommend this as it is easy and there is plenty of parking spaces.
There were shops that the kids liked - Calvin Klein, Editorial, Vans, Puma and Urban Outfitters - ones that are not commonly found in malls.
Positives:
1) Lots of parking, indoor and outdoor.
2) Plenty of restrooms and they are fairly clean.
3) Easy to find a place for reasonable refreshments.
4) Many restaurants to choose from - at all price points.
5) Easy to get around and to find the stores.
6) We do not have a pet but noticed that there were water bowls at most of the stores that we visited.
7) The 'alleys' were lovely - decorated with cute and colorful lanterns.
Negatives/Considerations:
1) Consider wearing good walking shoes as you will get plenty of exercise walking around.
2) There is not too many places to find shade. Not ideal on a hot summer day.
3) Some places to eat are small and you may need to sit outside to eat.
4) Traffic, construction and one lane streets may be frustrating.
Overall, we had a great time at this place - and we even ran out of time.
If you are not in a rush and like to shop - keep in mind that you can take between three to five hours shopping here.

Le stationnement y est gratuit et la diversité des magasins est un plus, il est agréable de se promener dans le square mais bcp de boutiques très chères , de beaux restaurants avec terrasse soit au square ou soit près des cinémas ou étoile salle de spectacle, il y a bcp de magasins de deco maison , vêtements , et autre, bcp d’activites Y sont proposées soit quartier des lumières ou le square

De tout pour tous les goûts à quelques pas de Montréal sur la rive-sud à l'intersection de l'autoroute 10 et de l'autoroute 30.

Outdoor mall lots of shops, brands names and restaurants. Movie theatre is the only downside mostly movies dubbed in French, a problem if you are an anglophone. Great experience friendly staff in most stores
Lots of shopping choices
It doesn't matter what you are looking for; housewares, clothing, sporting goods, theater, spa or food....this place has something for everyone. I recommend parking underground, as above ground gets filled fast, but with patience even above you will find a spot. It's all outdoors, bring an umbrella of raining, and comfy shoes, much easier to walk then drive and find more parking, especially on a Saturday!!!

Fashion is ahead in MONTREAL and you can pick up great stuff. Also nice section for food to purchase and entertainment . No need to go to the city and fight the traffic.

Magasinage efficace et diversifié
Bon c’est certain qu’un samedi ou dimanche après-midi il n’est pas toujours facile de circuler dans les méandres du DIX30 mais ça vaut la peine, il y a de belles boutiques et des boutiques uniques ou presque. Ça vaut le détour, sans parler du stationnement sous-terrain très pratique, hiver comme été.
Christmas Shopping
Even on a cold wintery evening shopping in Dix30 is always a fun experience. The decorations in the Square make you feel like you're on vacation.

Il y a tellement de choix de magasins et restaurants et même centre d’activités que c’est impossible de ne pas trouver ce que l’on cherche ! Étant designer c’est sûr que j’y suis 5 jours semaine pour le travail mais j’y vais aussi pour faire du surf , voir des spectacles, aller au resto ou au cinéma le week-end !
Il y en a pour tous les goûts petits et grands et beaucoup de choses uniques qu’on ne trouve pas ailleurs !
Shoppers paradise
Was visiting Montreal this summer with my family and had an off day to just venture out of sight seeing and do some shopping. What can I say, this place has it all. Shops, restaurants, a movie theater. Great place to spend the day walking around and it was rainy for a while so we got to do some shopping and stay dry for a bit.

C'est un endroit agréable où aller, lorsque la température le permet. S'il fait froid et que vous avez 2 magasin à aller mais qu'il ne sont pas côté c'est un peu plate. Il ne faut pas penser que se sont des magasins où vous aller faire des aubaines. Ils font des rabais de temps en temps. Il y a de tout pour toute la famille! L'été, on peut relaxer, il y a même un parc pour les enfants

Belle ambiance. Le stationnement souterrain est chauffé et il y a beaucoup de place. Les restos sont nombreux et il y en a pour tous les goûts. Une belle journée en vue !
Lots to see... but...
They need a shuttle service to get around this huge mall. Lots of stores with many different types of products. It’s outdoors, so if it’s bad weather it’s a challenge.
You really need a car to get from section to section, unless you like a lot of walking. Not ideal for the disabled or elderly.

There are so many. shops , restaurants, health services , banks, accessories, men’s and women clothing stores , Walmart , Adonis is here too , shoe stores , furniture, big box stores : dollarrama, Rona , Canadian Tire , bureau en gros, endless !!!!!

Il faut exploré, il y a de tout. Plus vous ferez une visite approfondie plus vous apprécier votre expérience. Il y a du stationnement souterrain sous l’hôtel Halt et au Square.

It was my first time. Beware this is not an outlet shopping mall.
It is very friendly, and dog friendly also. if you hate walking don't go, there is different parts of the Dix30, and their are very walk able but not all linked together.
Clean and great place to visit. I fell in love with Grande Cuisine.

On y trouve tout pour ceux qui aiment magasiner. De plus il y a 2 grands cinémas dont 1 VIP et un grand choix de restaurants. C'est vraiment un endroit idéal, surtout quand il fait beau. Attention aux accès car certains, comme le boulevard Leduc, sont souvent congestionnés.

Nice shopping, restaurants and entertainment
You can enjoy many hours at Quartier Dix30. They have great outlet stores, many restaurant choices and some decent entertainment, including a movie theatre, laser tag experience, a skate park and you can even go watch the Montreal Canadiens practice of certain days as their practice facility is just next door.
Énorme centre comercial
Ce centre est tout simplement gigantesque ! On trouve de tout : vêtement décoration restauration alimentation... et mêle animations et jeux pour enfants. Le plus difficile est de ne pas se perdre....
Qui a besoin d'aller à Montréal??
Depuis quelques années maintenant, le Quartier Dix-30 est un incontournable pour toute la rive-sud de Montréal. Un gigantesque complexe avec décorations magnifiques, fontaines, trottoir, délimitation des "quartiers" par couleurs même avec les lignes au sol, on se demande qui peut bien encore aller magasiner à Montréal... En plus, pas de problème de stationnement et pas de contravention car tout ce bel espace est gratuit.
Toutes les marques sont représentées et si vous cherchez un peu plus haut de gamme, le Square Dix-30 est l'endroit par excellence avec ses Michael Kors, HR2, Tiffany et les autres.
Et quoi dire de l'offre de restaurants, le choix est sans pareil!
En plus, vous avez des activités plein les yeux avec le Cinema Cineplex, le cinéma VIP, Surf Oasis et bien d'autres encore.
Qui va encore à Montréal?...

I normally spend a full day shopping when I go here. This outlet has tons and tons of stores that suit all needs for all people. There is also a movie theater and quite a few restaurant options. Perfect for a shopping day in Quebec!

C'était ma première fois au quartier Dix 30 et wow, j'ai adoré! Ce n'est pas compliqué pour se stationner et en plus c'est gratuit! Avoir une aussi grande variété de magasins et de restaurants dans un espace comme ça est vraiment super, il y en a pour tous les goûts. En plus, l'ambiance est plaisante, surtout l'été quand il fait beau et chaud!

Sa fourmille de partout, on peut tout trouver, restaurant salles de spectacles, restaurants, pub, .... je vous recommande d'y faire saut quand vous serez dans le coin!!!

Agréable de se promener au 10-30 et de s'arrêter se rafraîchir d'une boisson exotique au Bar le Surf. Service courtois et ailes de poulets succulentes sans compter le plaisir à regarder surfer les jeunes.

L'emplacement idéale pour faire du shopping de grandes marques. Le parking est bien moins facile, surtout pour les cinéphiles qui doivent se chercher une place à plus de 5 minutes de marche. Sans quoi, nous sommes très fier de notre plus centre commerciale à ciel ouvert d'Amérique du Nord

Le Dix30 est la place pour magasiner, sortir, faire des activités ou seulement prendre un bon repas sur la Rive-Sud. Il y a des boutiques et restaurants pour tous les budgets et tous les goûts.

What a great place to take a stroll! Many boutiques, large retail or small shops you will find your taste. The restaurant selection is also quite spectacular.
Good for shopping but need car
This is a vast area for open air shopping in Brossard.
Lots of brand stores spread all over the place, a car is very helpful in covering a good number of them for productive shopping.
Recommended, but go early if you need to cover many stores, as shopping process is quite time consuming. This is not a mall but rather stores spread out on a large surface area!

Plus accessible pour certains montréalais que certains commerces situés sur l'Île de Montréal. Il faut cependant compter les déplacements pour entrer et sortir du complexe et à l'intérieur du dudit complexe qui ne se font pas parfois sans difficulté. L'hiver, magasiner au DIX30 n'est pas des plus agréables. Pas très indiqué de se déplacer à pied d'un bloc de magasins à l'autre par temps froid.
Au chapitre des restos, Portovino mérite une mention honorable pour son rapport qualité/prix.
Sail est aussi un commerce qui mérite d'être fréquenté pour la qualité du service et de la marchandise qui y est offerte.
