So I was feeling somewhat different about Fraser Optical. My recent visit went somewhat well. But the doctor is really good and he's great with children and I love that my kids were in great hands! Dr. Zimm and his staff are exceptional. The staff are friendly and help each other. My comfort was their priority. Jay and the nurses did their best to reassure me during my first cataract surgery. They let me know every step of the way what they were doing. The second cataract surgery went just as well with the staff just as pleasant and efficient as before. I didn't even feel it when Nancy put in my IV. Pre and post op instructions were very clear and they answered any question I had. Dr. Zimm is very personable. I'm still healing but my vision has already improved.

Prior to surgery, my vision was 20/300 to 400. Now, after surgery I have 20/25 vision in both eyes! With glasses my vision will be 20/15 in both eyes!

Everything ran liked a well-oiled machine! Every employee of Dr. Zim can answer any of your questions with a smile. My YAG Laser procedure, from check-in to walking out the door, took just under 1/2 hr., including signing forms for insurance and discharge papers. I left very satisfied by the service I received on both days (one for each eye.)

Highly recommend Fraser Optical, my eyes have been bugging me. This year I finally decided to bite the bullet and get my eyes checked. As you can imagine it is a daunting task choosing an eye doctor. I decided to call Fraser Optical per a family member's recommendation of driving past them. I went to the Fraser location on Groesbeck just south of 14 mile road. I'm very happy I did, Dr. Kreger I believe is her name that is who I got. I love her, she's very patient and walks you through everything, making sure you understand. She recommended glasses for me but was more than happy to get me contact lenses per my request. She exceeded my expectations, next are the wonderful ladies working up there! Everyone who has helped me I've been super happy, they greet you immediately and get the process going. If you're looking for an eye doctor I can highly recommend this establishment.
Good service and glasses. I have had these glasses for 10 months and there are no scratches on the lens. They still fit properly. I get new glasses at the beginning for the year. I will definitely return to Fraser Optical.
