Everything ran liked a well-oiled machine! Every employee of Dr. Zim can answer any of your questions with a smile. My YAG Laser procedure, from check-in to walking out the door, took just under 1/2 hr., including signing forms for insurance and discharge papers. I left very satisfied by the service I received on both days (one for each eye.)
