I arrived early and met with my provider early -- a first, actually. My provider was kind, respectful and thorough. Also, this additional "plus" apparently doesn't just apply to me because it was in place before I arrived: The signage in the building was excellent. I knew where to go with every step from the moment I walked into the building for the first time. It was very calming for me to know that.

VERY happy with the clinical care - the providers are great, professional, easy to talk to. The office staff is great, too. One major drawback to the practice: the Schweiger Dermatology Call Center is awful and is an obstacle to communicating with providers - it is managed by AI - with AI voices and choices. If you miss a call from a provider re: biopsy results because you were in the bathroom or something, even if you miss the call by a second, when you call back you have to go through the callcenter each time to be put on a list for another callback. You feel you are on a never ending merry go round.

I just had a fantastic appointment with the PA Michaela White. I came in with a bunch of random dermatological issues and she was so helpful. She was so kind and patient and made sure to answer all my (many) questions clearly and completely. She made me feel comfortable and didn’t make me feel embarrassed at all about my skin conditions. She prescribed topical medications and gave me clear printed out instructions so I remember what they’re for. I’ll definitely be coming to see her again! (also shout out to Katelyn at the front desk and the medical assistant Natalie, who were also very kind and helpful)

Today was my first day going and if you're looking for AMAZING customer service and empathetic doctors, go here. I called and I was able to get a same day appointment. The front desk staff (two lovely ladies) had me smiling from the time I checked in and when I was seen, the nurse and the dermatologist (I feel so bad I forgot her name. I think her name was Anna, please forgive my memory) but she told me the truth and she told me about my stress levels and gave me a simple solution. She could've easily prescribed me some medication that may not have worked but she told me what I needed to hear and not what I wanted to hear. I cried because it's been so long since I've dealt with a health care professional who has seen me as a person and not just as a patient with issues. I highly HIGHLY recommend coming here. I love all of them and I look so forward to coming back in the future!!!

Great clinical care. Recently my son waited 4 months for an appt at a nearby dermatology practice which is “preferred”by our medical insurance plan (i. e. lower co-pay). He called Sweigert and was seen within days. Dr. Crawford and his team has provided excellent care to my family over the years. Just a small disappointment recently - the male receptionist on duty 4/26/23 was quite rude on the phone when my son was scheduling an appointment for a procedure. We will not let that deter us from returning but hope office management will bring him up to the standards their other employees display.

After checking in, I was brought back within minutes which was also unlike my other Derm experiences where I would be waiting for an hour + to see the doctor. Dr. Ji is my dermatologist. I find her to be thorough and competent, and she is also very approachable. I highly recommend her. The medical assistants whom I have met are nice people who are dedicated to their work. The woman who greets patients at the front desk is always on the ball and does a great job all around. Although the system of text communications imposed by the Schweiger group is maddening and their VOIP technology is horrible, once in the office it is possible to forget about all that. The office is well run and I have never had to wait an excessively long time. Recently, I missed my appointment because I failed to make a flight. The doctor managed to squeeze me in the next day, which I really appreciated.

Good bedside manner, communicative, and explains everything clearly. He recently found a suspicious mole on the back of my neck that turned out to be malignant, but the surgery was successful. Dr. Jig is a very knowledgeable Dermatologist who was able to diagnose a skin condition on my ankles and foot very quickly. She gave me several treatments to choose from to improve my condition, plus the option of simply living with it, if I didn’t mind its appearance. This office is the best at diagnosing and treating skin problems. My family began going here over 10 years ago when no other dermatology office in South Jersey could treat and clear up my mother's allergic skin issues. They identified the issue and within weeks were able to do what no other doctor could do in the year and a half prior. I swear by them. Dr. Crawford has been a miracle worker on more than one occasion, and so are the other Dr.'s in his office. I refer everyone with dermatology concerns to go here, despite having to make the trip to Center City for office visits.....it's worth it.
