We love Pediatric Dentistry at Vinings! Due to insurance changes, we went to two other pediatric offices in the area and while the experiences were ok, they just weren't the same! My 8yo daughter asked me to come back to Dr. Frazer and we are so glad we did. The staff are kind and patient. Our hygienist even sang to my 1yo during his cleaning to calm his nerves. Brushing his teeth is a daily struggle, but he sat calm and still during his entire cleaning. Dr. Frazer is kind and knowledgeable. So glad we are back!

I am so glad we chose Pediatric Dentistry at Vinings! The new patient appointment was so easy to book, the practice was easy to locate, the reception staff was friendly and the waiting area was clean and kid-friendly. We didn’t wait long at all before being called back. The hygiene staff was so sweet with my 14-month-old. Our hygienist, Elise, was truly awesome and Dr. Frazer was so personable and kind. I’d recommend this practice to anyone!
Love Vinings Pediatric Dentistry! My 5-year-old daughter was having a really tough day at her regular cleaning and checkup, and the entire team went above and beyond for her. Our hygienist, Alyssa, was incredibly patient and gentle, and Dr. Frazer was everything you could hope for in a pediatric dentist- kind, warm, and so empathetic. She took her time, helped my daughter feel calm and safe, and guided her through the appointment with so much care. They’re not just wonderful at their jobs, they’re truly wonderful human beings. My family had an amazing experience with Dr. Frazer! This was my daughter’s first dental appointment (at the age of 5 months old) and she made my little one feel so comfortable. She took the time to connect with my mother who was also wanted to be part of her first dental appointment. She fully addressed all of my concerns, walked us through good hygiene habits for baby, and welcomed us back for our next visit. Dr. Frazer has an incredible bedside manner and has a true passion for her little patients. We are very happy to be new members of her practice!!
Dr. Frazier is the best! As a parent, there is nothing better than having a provider who is trustworthy, knowledgeable and shows warm bedside manner care for your child. Dr. Frazier is all of those things.
Both of my kids (4yo and 14month old) both are patients here. The staff and Dentists are fantastic! Have been very attentive and make sure to educate us on the visit and dental milestones to be aware of for the next visit. Both of my kids do well during the exam, with the exception of some crying from the infant (which actually helps with visualization of the teeth). My 4yo is exceptional and does better than most adults. They make it playful and engage him during the exam and he even gets a toy at the end. Would highly recommend!!
Reflecting on our first visit, I was very pleased with the facility, the staff, and the overall warmth felt. They were great with my kid and gave us, as parents, very good things to be thinking about and consider as our kid ages.
Updating to say we’re still with Pediatric Dentistry at Vinings and still loving it. My kids have now been coming here for 15 years. Sad that my oldest will soon be “aging out” as he’ll be graduating high school in the spring. Our family has been going to Pediatric Dentistry at Vinings since we moved to the Atlanta area almost 13 years ago. We love Dr. Bates and loved Dr. Sorreano before she left. All of the hygienists along with the front desk staff have also always been great. They are thorough, explain things in easy to understand terms and lay out alternatives if there is an issue. Most important of all, my kids don’t complain about going to the dentist. In fact, one always asks when the next appointment is. With 3 kids, we still have some years to go and I look forward to continuing our time there. If you are looking for a pediatric dentist, don’t hesitate to contact Dr. Bates office.
I absolutely love this dentistry practice for my son that has autism all of the dental hygienist and the dentist are extremely kind, informative, gentle with him and they know how to make him feel comfortable and I am so grateful that I was referred here and I want to bring both of my children unfortunately I’m not able to bring my daughter because we have CareSource so but my son has straight Medicaid and that is a blessing and we are able to at least come see Dr. Bates and we are grateful for her

our family has been going to this practice for the past 3 years and we have two kids, ages 4 and 2. what i like most about this practice is that everything is easy — scheduling, no wait time, appointments run smoothly and timely, checkout is easy. for example, we had 2 back-to-back appointments today — we were in at 1:30pm and out by 2:20pm. both kids were seen in the same room, one right after the other. the physicians are caring and competent — always offering tips and tricks to keep their little mouths healthy. i feel really good about going to this practice and recommend it to everyone.
A Fantastic Kid-Friendly Dental Office! We had such a great experience at Pediatric Dentistry of Vinings From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and patient with my daughter. The waiting area was colorful and had a fish tank that kept my daughter entertained and relax. Dr. Bates was amazing—super gentle, friendly, and explained everything in a way my daughter could understand. They even got to pick a prize after their cleaning, which totally made their day! As a parent, I appreciated how clean and organized everything was, and how the staff took time to answer all my questions. I’d highly recommend this place to any family looking for a stress-free and positive dental experience for their children. We’ll definitely be coming back!
This was my first time bringing my two small kiddos to this practice and I’m in love! Everyone was really kind, I left there informed and with so many helpful tips, and the office itself has a fun and warm aesthetic. Dr. Frazer was awesome and helpful. They were so gentle, patient, and efficient with my kids’ cleanings and X-rays. I’m so happy our pediatrician recommended this practice!

I love this place, have been going for almost 2 years now and they are efficient, courteous, and makes it easy for my children to get over the fact that they’re at the dentist. All the fear goes away as they make them feel comfortable every time. Highly recommend!

They made our son’s very first dental visit such a positive and joyful experience. The care and warmth they showed made us feel instantly at ease. Dr. Fraser has a fantastic aura, so kind, patient, and incredibly informative. You can truly tell she loves what she does, and it shines through in how she connects with both kids and parents. Amber and Elise were just as wonderful, making the whole visit smooth and stress-free. We are beyond grateful for this incredible team and can’t recommend them highly enough. We had a wonderful experience with Dana !!! Made my son feel safe ! She is great with special needs kids !!!!! Everyone in the building is also great. They make you feel welcome .

They are always very friendly, helpful, and my 5yr old son loves to go to the dentist. They are amazing with kids and always provide excellent service. I also love that I can quickly book an appointment using their website and if I have questions I can text them and they always respond within 24 hours. Highly recommend!!
We’ve been going to this dental office for years, and it’s been an outstanding experience every time. This is the only dentist my 5-year-old son has ever known, and they’ve always been incredibly gentle and great with kids. The team is efficient, professional, and friendly from scheduling to reminders to the actual appointments. We’re always in and out smoothly, and the service is consistently top-notch. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10!

Dr. Frazer is a phenomenal Pediatric dentist. Her bedside manner is unparalleled. She’s had to perform several procedures on my oldest child and each time she thoroughly explains each procedure. She also included my son on the treatment plan, this allowed him the knowledge to know what to do and what was expected of him moving forward. Before performing each procedure, I've heard her whisper “would I do this on my child”. That is reassuring as a parent because you do not want your child to be afraid of going to the dentist. I've even noticed that during the procedure when my child was having a rough time, she took the time out to hug him and reassure him that everything was going to be OK. She was able to complete the procedure without anesthesia and keep my son calm. We moved here from a different state and were in search of someone's who is compassionate, caring and knowledgeable to take care of our children's dental needs, and we’ve found the right place and the right person.

Dr. Frazier and the entire Pediatric Dentistry at Vinings team is exceptional! The front desk staff pleasantly greet patients as you enter. The hygienist was very gentle and kind. Dr. Frazier’s bedside manner is perfect for kiddos and parents. You appreciate a great staff when you’ve had a bad experience as I did with a different doctor in a different office. I’m so grateful for the team and would highly recommend this office. My seven year old daughter has been a patient for almost two years and never complains. That speaks volumes for the team.
The experience was so smooth from check in to check out. Everyone was very welcoming and kind. Dr. Frazer and dental hygienist Elise were amazing with my 4 year old. They made sure they made her feel comfortable first before continuing and I believe that makes the experience so much better. So glad we found our new dental home for my little one.

Excellent dentist office. From the front desk to the doctors, they provide exceptional and efficient care. You’re almost immediately called to the back. The Dental Hygenists are warm, gentle and thorough and always provide recommendations for brushing at home. My child has seen both Dr. Bates and Dr. Frazer and they’re both wonderful. I joked I with I could be a patient and Dr. Frazer immediately gave me a recommendation for my own care.

I've been coming here since my daughter was 2 1/2 and she's now 4. I love the efficiency of how the office moves starting when you walk through the door. If I think about it, it's the first doctor's office visit I've been at in my life where the wait is never long (as in less than 10 minutes and that's me reaching). My daughter always see Dana, the dental hygienist, who has a great manner with empathy and compassion when examining my daughter's teeth and Dr. Frazer who is always championing for my daughter's dental health while creating a plan that works best for her and pockets. See you guys in 2025!
This office is amazing from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentist. Everyone is so cheerful and VERY forthcoming with information. I happened to bring my daughter here because the experience I had at her previous dentist left me feeling confused and a little angry. For starters, the parents can't be a part of the exam, and there was lack of information. At PD @ Vinings, parents are welcomed into the exam space, all questions are answered and any corrective information is given openly. And if the parent doesn't understand, they make it a point to break it down so it can be understood properly. I love this place. I'm so glad I found it!

Overall, this office truly goes above and beyond in patient care. I couldn't be happier with the experience and highly recommend them!

My experience with Dr. Bates and her team was superb! I mean from the time we came into the office to the time we checked out was just so welcoming and amazing. Just a quick overview of my daughter’s story. She had an accident at camp in the summer which caused her to loose her 2 front teeth. I was recommended to Dr Bates after seeing different specialist. Dr Bates and the young man that works along side of her heard my daughter’s story and instantly came up with a plan after examining her mouth. After explaining in details to me of the next step I got emotional because I was afraid of my 10 year old daughter getting bullied in school because of her teeth. Dr Bates and the young man assured me that everything would be ok and no one would even notice. The next visit her teeth was ready. I mean they were perfect (the fit, the color, everything)! When Dr. Bates and the young man (my apologies for not remembering his name) adjusted her teeth and the process was done, I couldn’t help but to smile and share a tear or two (lol) because my baby girl was so happy and her smile was perfect (even though she was still smiling in amazement of her teeth missing lol). Her confidence was back!!! I just want to say that we are Blessed to be apart of their patient family tree because I will not take my daughter to any place else when it comes to her teeth! Thank you Dr. Bates and your whole team for this amazing experience!!!!!!

I have to say my experience was AMAZING! I was referred to Dr. Frazer for my daughter by my dentist Dr. Nichols at Lifestyle Dentistry. She spoke very highly of the practice. My husband and I were blown away by the professionalism, patience, smiles at every turn, encouraging words and Dr. Frazer’s extremely authentic and caring beside manner (the dental assistants as well!) The visit almost brought me to tears as it was my 15 month olds first dental visit so I wasn’t sure what to expect. This place exceeded our expectations and I certainly look forward to this being our daughter’s dental office for a long time to come! Keep up the great work!
