I was forced to change providers since my daughter’s last dentist is now out of network. When looking for a new in-network provider, I wanted a team dedicated to providing amazing pediatric dental care with a strong focus on prevention and education. I cannot recommend Pediatric Dentistry at Vinings enough! First the new patient process and scheduling is all available online through their website. Their staff is amazing and excited to provide care to your children! My daughter is 3 and her hygienist Alyssa was amazing and made her visit fun and pleasant. Dr. Fraser was her dentist today and provided a comprehensive exam and education to ensure all potential problems are mitigated now rather than needing treatment later. If you are in need of a dentist for your children this is where you want to take them for phenomenal care!

My 7yr old daughter was extremely nervous about her visit especially when she saw her older brother gums bleeding she went into a meltdown. But the hygienist Alyssa (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was catering to Jordyn even though she was not in the chair. They calmed her down. They were so patient that she was able to get her cleaning and left with all smiles. Even the dentist was calm and patient with her. I have actually told multiple friends with young children about this practice. I am definitely going to be a long time patient with this group. 5 stars from all parties involved in our care

Awesome!! My kids love Dr. Frazer (aka Dr. Freeze)! My son has ADHD and gets pretty anxious in the dentist’s chair. Dr. Frazer is SOOOO good with him! She calms him and makes our visits nice and smooth. Elise is AMAZING too! We make sure she is the hygienist before we schedule appointments.

We love Pediatric Dentistry at Vinings! Due to insurance changes, we went to two other pediatric offices in the area and while the experiences were ok, they just weren't the same! My 8yo daughter asked me to come back to Dr. Frazer and we are so glad we did. The staff are kind and patient. Our hygienist even sang to my 1yo during his cleaning to calm his nerves. Brushing his teeth is a daily struggle, but he sat calm and still during his entire cleaning. Dr. Frazer is kind and knowledgeable. So glad we are back!

She took the time to connect with my mother who was also wanted to be part of her first dental appointment. Both of my kids (4yo and 14month old) both are patients here. The staff and Dentists are fantastic! Have been very attentive and make sure to educate us on the visit and dental milestones to be aware of for the next visit. Both of my kids do well during the exam, with the exception of some crying from the infant (which actually helps with visualization of the teeth). My 4yo is exceptional and does better than most adults. They make it playful and engage him during the exam and he even gets a toy at the end. Would highly recommend!!

Updating to say we’re still with Pediatric Dentistry at Vinings and still loving it. My kids have now been coming here for 15 years. Sad that my oldest will soon be “aging out” as he’ll be graduating high school in the spring. Our family has been going to Pediatric Dentistry at Vinings since we moved to the Atlanta area almost 13 years ago. We love Dr. Bates and loved Dr. Sorreano before she left. All of the hygienists along with the front desk staff have also always been great. They are thorough, explain things in easy to understand terms and lay out alternatives if there is an issue. Most important of all, my kids don’t complain about going to the dentist. In fact, one always asks when the next appointment is. With 3 kids, we still have some years to go and I look forward to continuing our time there. If you are looking for a pediatric dentist, don’t hesitate to contact Dr. Bates office.

our family has been going to this practice for the past 3 years and we have two kids, ages 4 and 2. what i like most about this practice is that everything is easy — scheduling, no wait time, appointments run smoothly and timely, checkout is easy. for example, we had 2 back-to-back appointments today — we were in at 1:30pm and out by 2:20pm. both kids were seen in the same room, one right after the other. the physicians are caring and competent — always offering tips and tricks to keep their little mouths healthy. i feel really good about going to this practice and recommend it to everyone.

A Fantastic Kid-Friendly Dental Office! We had such a great experience at Pediatric Dentistry of Vinings From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and patient with my daughter. The waiting area was colorful and had a fish tank that kept my daughter entertained and relax. Dr. Bates was amazing—super gentle, friendly, and explained everything in a way my daughter could understand. They even got to pick a prize after their cleaning, which totally made their day! Dr. Frazer is a phenomenal Pediatric dentist. Her bedside manner is unparalleled. She’s had to perform several procedures on my oldest child and each time she thoroughly explains each procedure. She also included my son on the treatment plan, this allowed him the knowledge to know what to do and what was expected of him moving forward. Before performing each procedure, I've heard her whisper “would I do this on my child”. That is reassuring as a parent because you do not want your child to be afraid of going to the dentist. I've even noticed that during the procedure when my child was having a rough time, she took the time out to hug him and reassure him that everything was going to be OK. She was able to complete the procedure without anesthesia and keep my son calm. We moved here from a different state and were in search of someone's who is compassionate, caring and knowledgeable to take care of our children's dental needs, and we’ve found the right place and the right person.

This office is amazing from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentist. Everyone is so cheerful and VERY forthcoming with information. I happened to bring my daughter here because the experience I had at her previous dentist left me feeling confused and a little angry. For starters, the parents can't be a part of the exam, and there was lack of information. At PD @ Vinings, parents are welcomed into the exam space, all questions are answered and any corrective information is given openly. And if the parent doesn't understand, they make it a point to break it down so it can be understood properly. I love this place. I'm so glad I found it!

My experience with Dr. Bates and her team was superb! I mean from the time we came into the office to the time we checked out was just so welcoming and amazing. Just a quick overview of my daughter’s story. She had an accident at camp in the summer which caused her to loose her 2 front teeth. I was recommended to Dr Bates after seeing different specialist. Dr Bates and the young man that works along side of her heard my daughter’s story and instantly came up with a plan after examining her mouth. After explaining in details to me of the next step I got emotional because I was afraid of my 10 year old daughter getting bullied in school because of her teeth. Dr Bates and the young man assured me that everything would be ok and no one would even notice. The next visit her teeth was ready. I mean they were perfect (the fit, the color, everything)! When Dr. Bates and the young man (my apologies for not remembering his name) adjusted her teeth and the process was done, I couldn’t help but to smile and share a tear or two (lol) because my baby girl was so happy and her smile was perfect (even though she was still smiling in amazement of her teeth missing lol). Her confidence was back!!! I just want to say that we are Blessed to be apart of their patient family tree because I will not take my daughter to any place else when it comes to her teeth! I have to say my experience was AMAZING! I was referred to Dr. Frazer for my daughter by my dentist Dr. Nichols at Lifestyle Dentistry. She spoke very highly of the practice. My husband and I were blown away by the professionalism, patience, smiles at every turn, encouraging words and Dr. Frazer’s extremely authentic and caring beside manner (the dental assistants as well!) The visit almost brought me to tears as it was my 15 month olds first dental visit so I wasn’t sure what to expect. We tried the best pediatric dentist in our area and Dr. Bates is the best of the best. Since my son was 10 months old we searched for the best pediatric dentist but leaving in search of a more natural approach that didn’t require surgery for my son’s concerns. Then someone from one of the other dentist office recommended Dr. Bates and she was exactly what I prayed for. Her team is exceptional through and through. I close with this, I highly recommend you consider Pediatric Dentistry at Vinings for all of your child’s dentist needs and especially if your child has special concerns. If that is the case she would be the only place I’d go. My other two children are pretty routine for the most part but the staff is prepared to treat every child with kindness, and cheer!

I am so glad that I chose this dentistry for my 4year old son. The whole staff from the front desk to the dentist were all polite, friendly, and very pleasant. Not only that but they know customer service and dental care. EVERYONE answered all of my questions, filled out my son's school forms, and still asked if there was anything else I needed🥰. Our dental hygenist, Dana, was so kind and thoughtful as she showed my son all of the tools she would be using and let him test out each one. She was also very patient and flexible when completing his cleaning. Our xray techs were an awesome team and were very energetic, fun, and extremely patient with my son. Dr.Frazer was absolutely beyond AMAZING with both me and my son. She showed him respect, understanding, and kindness during his exam and gave me the same. Paula and Vanessa were amazing at the front desk. They were great with my kids, very professional with me, very kind, and very patient. They had my kids smiling and feeling comfortable at the appointment. Alia was our dental hygienist for our appointment. She was patient, kind, upbeat, thorough, and treated my kiddos with care. She was also very patient when I asked my kids questions. Dr. Faith Bates, a dentist, checked my kids' teeth after the hygienist. She made it so fun. She had a vibrant, fun, joyful tone with my kids. She was very loving, and spoke to them with respect. And she was very thorough as a dentist too. I could tell there was a lot of respect and care between the staff too in the way they all worked together and spoke about one another, which is a great sign! Often when that's happening, quality work can be done in an amazing way for patients. We weren't sold any extra services or items we didn't need, and that was refreshing too! We're grateful that we found our new pediatric dental office!

I can’t say enough about Dr. Frazer! She is the most wonderful Peds Dentist one could ever find. My 3-year-old came in for her first dental appointment and she was extremely scared. She was crying and being loud. She actually went potty right there in the office on the floor! It was a parent’s nightmare! Dr. Frazer and her assistant MacKenzie were not phased at all. She took me aside and made sure I was ok and was like “We got this”. She was still able to service my kiddo. She went above and beyond. The next visit I was prepared to go to battle again. Dr. Frazer was super prepared. She ran down her game plan and as it turns out she had gained my daughter’s trust on the last visit. My daughter was totally relaxed this time and she had a bigger appointment. Watching Dr. Frazer and Tymon work on her was like a miracle! This was the kid that walked in screaming last time. This time there were no tears. She worked quickly so my kid wasn’t in the chair long. I would recommend Dr. Frazer and her crew to anyone who needs a Peds Dentist. She is hands down the best!! Dr. Bates and Miss Amanda were amazing. My 7 year old son has Down syndrome and does not like any type of medical appointment. Frequent hospitalizations and specialist appointments make him wary of the medical community. He would not let the dentist even look at his teeth at his previous dentist appointment at our local family dentist. Dr. Bates was so patient and compassionate that Jude was able to get his teeth cleaned and we left with him saying Dr. Bates was his friend. Well worth the longer drive to have such a positive experience.

We travel from the Stone Mountain area to see Dr. Bates and she is so worth it! Our kids love going to the dentist! They cheer when they hear it's time for their cleanings. I have been bringing my four children to Pediatric Dentistry at Vinings since its inception. I appreciate the opportunity that parents are welcomed to be present during their child's cleaning. There is honesty in a company that sends you a check for any credits on your account. There is always an attitude of Above and Beyond care and concern. I truly wish that they would extend their dental services to the parents and if Saturday appointments are ever available I am sure it would be most appreciated. I have always personally expressed my appreciation of their kind service to my children and am writing this review because two of my children have reached the age of adulthood. I hope and pray that I am able to find a dental practice that is faithful to their word and honest in their deeds in delivering their services as Pediatric Dentistry at Vinings is in "creating a generation of children who love going to the dentist."

My 4 year old had an appointment on yesterday with Dr. Soberano and Brooke. Both were awesome! She didn't realize that she had received a shot. During the procedure they explained what they were doing and comforted her throughout the process. Dr. Soberano even called me over to take a look. Everyone in the office was helpful and friendly. I had to call on this morning because I forgot to get an excuse for work. Ebony was able to email the excuse in a couple of minutes. Great group of people!

Hygienists, doctors, and even administrative assistants are helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. The kids are always consulted and given age-appropriate information to better understand and be vested in their own dental care. There are TVs in the ceiling to distract their attention during procedures. The kids enjoy wearing the cool sunglasses to shield their eyes from the work light and tooth-cleaning debris. Particular care is taken with X-rays to protect growing bodies. They are always on their best behavior to receive the golden coins they can exchange for tchotchkes. An outstanding practice we've enjoyed for years!
