Called 2 days in a row for a salesman to call. NOTHING. I had received a letter from RFI, in it was a business card explaining she would handle all my needs. When I called the number on her card, whoever answered said she never heard of her. No call back is a crappie way to keep a long time customer. I decided to call one last time, jennifer knew her stuff, she told me the card I had was in fact a person who worked there but left for personal reasons and the sales person Otto was non existent. And she would have the salesman call right away, which happened within an hour. Whoever answered the phone before should get her old job at McDonalds.

These guys do a fantastic job with home security and monitoring services. They have the latest technology and monitoring fees are reasonable.
