We had an old system and my Husband wanted it updated. He couldn't be there but Chris spoke to him on the phone and we decided to have it installed. Chris Baez was amazing he showed up early and installed the system with no problem. I needed help resetting the code and he helped me on the phone in a few minutes. He is great I wouldn't use or recommend anyone else. I hate change and I always have problems with electronics like with TV and internet providers so I expected drama. What a relief it was a drama free experience. So happy. Use him ask for him and you will NOT be disappointed. Great guy, Great service. I still cannot figure out the lap top or tablet viewing but that will come I am sure.
