I've been working with Pavion's team that supports the Rauland Responder nurse call system here in Virginia for several years and have been very impressed with the work ethic that they have. I've worked with most of their team consistently for the last seven years. I have appreciated their quick response time, local visits, knowledge of the product, willingness to help and teach, and overall professional manner in which they present themselves. We've had quite a few large projects spread across multiple hospitals many with multiple tasks that we've contracted out to Pavion. They have fulfilled each task on time to our expectation. My opinion is that they often go above and beyond the call of duty to see that our projects are successful.
