I LOVE Brown’s. With all the furor over the US and buying Canadian, I have been a faithful shopper at Browns for decades. I bought a unique pair of Hoka’s at Brown’s last September, and they were quite obviously falling apart after a mere seven months. I only wore them occasionally. I looked online and there was a one year warranty on Hoka, but the lovely manager at Park Royal, Liz, explained to me that they don’t honour that, only for waterproof versions. However, Liz stepped right up and said that they would take them back and give me a full refund or store credit. I was shocked. Customer service! Accountability! SO impressed with lovely Liz and Browns. I took them into the Robson Street store, unfortunately Nejla the manager there, didn’t want to receive them. She started giving me a hard time, asking me to explain myself yet again and saying ‘they look old, I don’t think so’ after I just went through everything with Liz and she called Robson to explain the whole thing to them. Gladys, one of the store clerks stepped up and said, “No problem, it’s all written out here, I’ll take care of you.” Not sure why Nejla was being advesarial … anyway SUPER impressed with Liz and Gladys and Browns. Thank you, I will continue to make this CANADIAN company my first stop for all my footwear!

Last week I went into browns to find some GOOD shoes for work, I work in healthcare, constantly on my feet. Miguel helped me from start to finish finding the perfect shoe for me. I won’t lie I’m pretty picky when it comes to a purchases like this. He really took his time to understand what I was looking for, and guided me through my options. Without ever feeling like he was trying to pressure me to make a certain decision, which is often the feeling you get in retail. When I finally landed on these shoes they didn’t have the colour I preferred in my size in store, so he put through an order for me. They arrived within the time frame he gave me.

Park Royal West Van Browns- Sivcan has the greatest customer service. As a stylist I shop at every store from department stores to luxury boutiques. I have never met someone that is genuinely kind and has great knowledge on all his shoes he sells. I come in to shop for a client and I’ll mention my client has wide feet, he walks right to the shoes that I would need and shows me which shoes to avoid for wide feet. He suggests great options that I don’t notice as well. Very grateful to have him help me while I shop. Sivcan makes it a breeze to shop at Browns! Thank you Sivcan!

Exceptional Service and Comfortable Shoes! I recently purchased a pair of Hoka shoes from Browns, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. While it did take some time due to a few rushes, it wasn't a bother as I was on vacation time. I spent quite a while trying on different shoes, walking around, and even experimenting with different socks. Throughout it all, Jennifer was incredibly helpful and attentive. Her knowledge and assistance made the entire experience truly amazing. Despite the store not having my preferred color in stock, Jennifer went above and beyond to ensure I got the shoes I wanted. She arranged for them to be shipped directly to my house, and to my surprise, they arrived in just two days! Overall, I'm thrilled with my purchase and extremely grateful for Jennifer's outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Browns, especially if you're lucky enough to have Jennifer assisting you. Thanks to her, I'm now enjoying my comfortable and supportive Hoka shoes wherever I go.

Great customer service. Unfortunately, they didn't have the size of boot that I wanted. However, they were able to find one and they delivered them to my home in less than a week. I do find their prices of Michael kors kind of expensive.

You can't go wrong with Brown's Shoes. Any store you visit, you will be greeted with a welcoming smile. The Park Royal location in particular is not only beautiful, it has a great team led by Lizzy, a professional and courteous manager with years of experience! Great selection of shoes and boots and other high quality goods for those looking for dressy as well as everyday, casual footwear for winter and summer. We have shopped there for years and have never been disappointed with any of our purchases. Prices can be a little steep for some but keep in mind the quality, the look, the feel and the after sales service that Brown's is famous for. I should add that there are always tremendous sale prices at the end of the winter and summer seasons. We highly recommend Brown's Shoes!

Biggest Browns so far, and impressive too. High ceilings, a nice box layout, men's section clearly on the right, with murses too. Despite the 70% off the rack in the back, and some good names there too like Luca, I did manage to get a pair for 50%, nice grey canvas fabric but casual dressy for work summer, my feet will appreciate this over the black leather ones Ive been wearing lol. Regular was $120, but ended up paying $40 plus tax, and a free shoe horn to boot ;) And the seating area is really cool--big and spacious, not like the cramped ones at other shoe stores. you won't feel cramped at all, no matter how busy it is as the seating is quite a ways away from the shoe shelves.
