I had a really great experience at the store thanks to one of the male sales associates (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but he was wearing black glasses). He was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and genuinely kind throughout my visit. He made me feel welcomed right away and took the time to help without making me feel rushed at all. His attitude and level of customer service really stood out. He was patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I found what I needed. It’s the kind of professionalism and warmth that every sales associate should have. He made the whole shopping experience much more enjoyable, and I wanted to make sure his excellent service was recognized.

And all her colleagues at the purchase desk are so amazing. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Javier at the Browns Shoes Pacific Centre location. I originally bought a pair of shoes from the Guildford location and was told they’d be delivered a few days before my trip. Unfortunately, FedEx delayed the package (basically held it hostage 😅), and it ended up being the day before my trip with no shoes and a ton of last-minute errands to run. None of the stores near me had the size I needed available, but the Pacific Centre location did. That’s when Javier came in and completely saved the day. He was SO incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely empathetic. I honestly felt like he was stressed for me! He listened to my concerns, including the fact that I’d never driven downtown before and was nervous about the roads compared to Surrey/Delta. Javier went above and beyond—he even tried to help me set up an Uber package delivery (which was its own headache since the app kept insisting he come outside to hand it over). He was willing to do whatever it took to make sure I got my shoes before my flight. His patience, dedication, and kindness truly blew me away. I’ll forever be grateful for the time and care he put into helping me. Browns honestly needs to give this man a raise or promotion—employees like him are rare. From now on, I’ll be buying my shoes from this location specifically because of him. Browns, you’ve got an absolute star on your team!

I own a clothing store myself and I would be very pleased to have anyone like any of the sales associates who helped me work at my store. I cannot let you know how amazing Browns is! I was looking for a shoe and each store I contacted was amazing! First store was Coquitlam in person, sales rep greeted me right away and was super helpful when the store was really full and took the time to find stores that may have the shoe in stock. I then called pacific center, super helpful on the phone didn’t have the shoe but let know of another location that may have it and lastly Richmond Center. They had the shoe and again super helpful, she doubled checked to make sure it was in stock and placed it on hold. I went to Richmond centre and picked it up again with great customer service! Their store was really busy too! Thank you all! Sorry I didn’t get names!

Just wanted to give koodos to an employee at this location who was very understanding and patient, went way beyond to accomodate my request. I had ordered boots online for my husband for Christmas, when they arrived the size was too big. Unfortunately the box did not contain a return label, so had to contact customer service. After many attempts could not get through, I decided to call this store, since I live in Victoria to ask them If I could return them there. I could but not sure when going to Vancouver. He was so helpful, he said he would personally contact customer service and see if he could get a return label for me.. He got all my info and number , he then proceeded to call me back saying that I would be getting a return label sent to my email. This was the best customer service I have received in a long time. Great job!!!

I had wonderful shopping experience with this store. The sale advisor Sally, she’s very professional and perfect customer service! Because the shoes doesn’t come with half sizes she gave me the tips to how to wear them and how to protect my other shoes as well. Definitely will comeback again!!!!!!

I’ve been here a couple of times in the last week and both times Douglas provided excellent service. He’s very good-natured and helpful. The last time I was there on Wednesday, August 18th there were an additional 2 female staff that also assisted me and they were wonderful as well. I’m looking forward to picking up the stylish boots I ordered next week.

I had great customer service from Douglas KioKawa, he was friendly and brought me different shoe sizes and colours for me to try on, he gave me the time and space I needed for me to come to a decision, and when I came back because of an improper stitch on one of the boots I bought, he promptly returned them and reordered me a new pair. Wearing my own Blundstones (also from browns), I came in to pick up a pair for my girlfriend. I got the pair I wanted no problem but I then had exceptional service from one of the ladies there about caring for your Blundstones. She commented about my own Blundstones and that they were dry looking. In truth, I had not been caring for them to what I should have been doing! She sat me down, applied the oil and they looked great after. I bought the oil and brush for me and my girlfriend then to keep them looking good. Top notch service from this lady (green jacket, glasses). Thank you.

I purchased a pair of nice boots, my first ever, at a different browns store and discovered when I got home that one of them was missing it's insole. I am not from vancouver and couldn't remember which mall I had purchased the boots at, but I thought it might be this one. The employee I called at this store informed me that they could replace the insole for me, but when I arrived ended up giving me a whole new pair even without the receipt, even when I hadn't even bought them at this store. It was a great experience, and great customer service.
An offshoot of Browns, this is a mid-range shoe retailer that delivers reasonable value. Most shoes here are mid to high-level brands, but nothing too fancy. To get good deals, you need to wait for sales then dig as best you can to find them. However, the staff seem helpful and eager to get you the pair of shoes you need. The floor plan becomes a slight issue as it it crowded and with odd seating arrangements. As well, it is annoying to have to lift every shoe to determine the price or sale status. Overall, a reasonable to find shoes, maybe for a deal. Certainly enough selection but not somewhere you'll want to come to often.
This has to be the best browns I've ever been in. Their selection is much wider than average and their staff is top notch. The guy I was dealing with went to grab me a pair of shoes from storage and managed to also bring out the two totally different pairs I had found while he was gone without me even having to ask. Never had a shoe salesman know what I wanted before I did! That and the Jo ghost shoes are probably the coolest I've seen

Defs a fan of this Browns! Given the location (downtown core, inside Pacific Centre, beside Holt Renfrew,) you can expect the latest and greatest! Nice selection, and they always seem to have my size in stock (a rarity given that my size always seems to sell out first.) Prompt (albeit indifferent) service from the sales associates!
I came here to look at options for shoes as I was in the market for brand new boots. The store is well organized and the customer service was helpful. A decent selection of styles, nothing edgy but basic.
