I needed a 7.5 in the brooks running shoes, they didn’t have the size that I wanted, she had a 7.5 in a different color way and suggested I try it on for sizing and if it worked she could order online. The 7.5 were perfect and the color way was totally my vibe - I ended up going with the ones she suggested! Extremely knowledgeable of in-store stock and very helpful.

She was adorable! Also right on it when I asked to try out what I was looking for, in two different sizes, and even brought similar sandals that might be a great second option. She really nailed it! Even though the shoes I had picked were not available in my size she informed me that they could be delivered free of charge. This made me very excited as I live 3hrs away and do not make it to the city often. She brought out the same shoe in 3 different sizes so that we could find the perfect fit and I ended up preferring the color she had chosen. Very happy customer over here!!!

I am writing this review almost an year after buying the shoes because the shoes have been amazing and the service I received is worth mentioning here. So I picked the shoes in a rush one weekend and they were a bit small and when I went back the next week, the staff and the manager did all they could to make it work. Finally, when nothing worked, they replaced the shoes with a bigger size lacoste. They have been perfect since then. Thank you again for accommodating and great customer service.

Great shopping experience with Cecilia last weekend. She is a sweet girl I have ever seen, very friendly, helpful and patience. Cecilia took time with me almost an hour to find a right pair of shoes for work. She knew I stand most of time in workplace, she recommends to tried their popular Disposable Scented Insoles which comes with a floral scent, to put on the new shoes. Summer is on the corner, she showed me two pair of MK platform slide with a lot of sparkle on top when we on the way to the counter, I tried on it looks glam and comfortable on my feet. So I end up with 2 pair of shoes to go home with me. The person who help me finish the transaction was nice too. Definite will come back shop more next time.

Just googled to find the phone number and was shocked at the low star ratings. I was in a couple months ago and the service was excellent, Vitor (name on receipt) was very knowledgeable & helpful. Quality and selection of shoes are great, if they don’t have your size, they can order what you want with free shipping to your home. If you want them sooner, free shipping to the store. I’ve always been happy with the service at Browns.
A pleasant shopping experience.
You will find mainly articles of clothings by famous designers. A large selection of foods, drinks & places to sit. Wide halls under skylights & well placed sitting areas make this a desirable destination on a cold winter day.
Don’t forget to leave your coat or jacket at the visitor’s centre. What a treat to walk, shop without having to carry your coat.
The Outlet Mall
This outlet mall is completely indoors. It is modern and spacious. It has a good selection of stores and a nice food court.
Extremely clean
As I tag along with my wife to the various outlet malls this was one of the best ones I have visited. Extremely clean with wide hallways. The usual stores. Did not find really good sales though. Perhaps another time.

Fun last year but not so much this year
This mall is a good indoor shopping centre. My trip was August so I didn’t expect to find amazing deals. There were some unique features such as a large scale chess set and warship game. Tourist love these features. Unfortunately the customer service center was not welcoming. I usually stop at these services to see if there are visitor promotions. The 2018 promotion was good. 2019 included a little bag and a single chocolate for CAA members. The gentleman that took my information was not friendly and acted as though this single chocolate was a big deal. There was another promotion that involved the spinning of a wheel for a small prize if you spent over one hundred dollars. The same gentleman did not tell us that it had to be separate receipts so our three hundred purchase equaled one spin for our group with the ‘ gum ball’ type prize. It would still have been fun if he had been friendly. Hopefully we just caught him on a bad day. Although we laugh at the memory today....it’s not enough too have us return.
Next time we will try a different shopping centre.
Good bargains to be had
This is the third time I have visited the Outlet mall. There are many stores to choose from and there are deals to be had!
Good shopping all indoors
Good outlet shopping but different then most outlets as it is fully indoors so even on a rainy day it was quite enjoyable. Good selection of stores and good customer service in all of the stores. The ladies in Laura and banana republic very helpful especially when my sister lost an earring trying on clothes! If you are from out of town go to guest services they will provide coupons and let you know how and what stores offer additional savings.

Me and my sister went and were very impressed with how beautiful everything looks... Just looking the ground, walls and ceiling you can tell a lot of money has went into making this place look amazing. I even like the seating areas for resting my legs, they are beautiful fancy chairs. I would say its the pretties mall in Winnipeg.
My one issue is the stores. I do like the the stores, but it is so far out of my way I would rather go to Kildonan place. There isn't anything exceptional to me about the selection of stores except maybe Justice ( a really cool store like Claire's but way nicer ) .
You can borrow a free scooter if you have mobility issues. ( I was 8 months pregnant and was struggling to walk long distances ) All I had to do was give my ID to them and I had the beautiful brand new sparkly scooter for as long as we were there. That was awesome and it went fast!

Good Deals if you look hard enough
There are some good deals to be had here but you have to look hard, and keep coming back. The stores are mostly high quality and have a good selection of stock. Parking is always a hassle though.
Outstanding mall !
We have stopped going to Polo Park since this mall opened. It has better stores. Better layout. Better food court. Better parking. Lots of walking space and seating areas. Only note of caution is some stores aren't outlet priced so there aren't great deals in those stores. This is a must check out mall if you are in Winnipeg. Highly recommended.

Took a trip to the big city to do some shopping and the outlet mall was a must to visit. Got lots of good deals 60-70% off most of our purchases. Good food court lots variety of food clean with lots of tables.
Large Indoor Shopping Center
This is a large shopping Center complete with a food court which is all indoors. I did not see any great sales however they do have a variety of stores from shoes and clothes to chocolates. Very clean and ample parking.

The bar burrito is really expensive and not comparable to other burrito places - hold the sugar!!

Many great stores here! There are good food options and is great to walk around in as well! Bathrooms are plentiful and have lots of room for your shopping bags!
Great mall with great deals
I always here people complain that they don't find the Canadian outlet malls offer much and that is why they travel State side. I was shopping there last week, visiting from Ontario , my daughter and I both got an early start to our Christmas shopping. It is a decent size mall with all the shops I love. Most stores had some great deals on.
Outlet Center mit angenehmem Ambiente
Neu angelegtes, modernes Outlet Center mit vielen Marken-Shops, grosses Angebot, viele Rabatte, Einkaufswagen fuer Kinder, Restaurants fuer jeden Geschmack mit zentral gelegenen Esstischen und was mir persoenlich sehr gut gefiel, ueberall im Center waren moderne, komfortable Sitzgelegenheiten verteilt. Gesamteindruck: sehr gepflegt und angenehm.
Great mall
This mall has lots of brand names you can choose from. They have some good deals as well so worth your money, time and effort. Food court has also lots of variety you can go with. Good thing is all my brand names are already in town so no need to go other places to shop. Great mall indeed!
Nice surprise
I was not expecting Winnipeg to have an outlet mall....so awesome! A little jealous in fact! It was very clean and I felt completely safe. This will be on my list every time I come to Winnipeg from now on! Great deals and a great way to spend a couple of hours :)
Great deals
Winnipeg's outlet mall offered many brand name stores at a fraction of the cost. However some stores did not offer much of a discount compared to their regular priced counterparts. We were most impressed by the guess factory store which offered a military discount and staff thanked my family member for their service after they had paid for their purchase.
Some Good Deals
Beautiful new mall in a great location, lots of parking and great food court. Should have more washrooms spaced out better throughout the mall, you have to go to either end. Best deals are at Under Armour, Bench usually has good deals, Forever21 as well, Tommy Hilfiger not bad if you shop clearance section. Most places are over priced and minimal discount. Some deals are better than cross border shopping prices.

My family and I visited and really enjoyed this mall. There are lots of stores, lots of variety, and lots of great deals to be had. Nice to shop at retailers that are not always available in most shopping centres. Mall was clean and found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

Great mall for a city the size of Winnipeg
I was surprised to find such an awesome mall in Winnipeg - it felt like some of the big malls in the States! The deals were good and I made a variety of purchases from different stores. The cafeteria was diverse and the crepe place was awesome. Would definitely comeback next time I’m in Winnipeg! Will be prepared and have an extra bag though :)
Fabulous shopping!
We visited the mall on a recommendation from a friend. The mall was easy to find and beautiful. It is a great mall for a city the size of Winnipeg. The stores had great sales and we were fortunate to purchase a number of significant deals. There were a number of comfortable seating areas for individuals who do not appreciate retail therapy. It will be interesting to see what other stores will be added.
Great Deals!!!
This is the first time we’ve visited the outlet. My hubby doesn’t like shopping much so he waited in the lobby where there’s comfy chairs to sit on. Perfect! I basically just went in 4 stores since I only had 2 hours to shop. Went to forever 21 red and bought a white convertible shoulder/crossbody bag. It’s good for summer wear. Then went into the Call it Spring store and bought a blue with gold chain crossbody bag. It’s good for running errands or night/formal wear. I got 3 pairs of comfy Skechers for C$160.00. That was awesome since I can claim C$120.00 for my uniform allowance...basically I only spend C$40.00 for 3pairs of shoes. I love Skechers! It’s my go to shoes! The final store I visited was Michael Kors. I got the big classic MK tote bag with zipper for a C$102.00. It’s an excellent deal considering the original price was close to C$400.00. It was really a deal for me since my hubby is paying for it as anniversary present 😘. This is the place to be if you’re looking for great deals! I highly recommend it. More shops are coming soon. We are already planning to come back in the fall 😊.
Beautiful mall
This mall is bright, clean, attractive and very well maintained. Lots of name brand stores. Washrooms are large, easily accessible and clean. Food court is bright, clean and comfortable with lots of interesting choices. Spent 2 afternoons there is s row and enjoyed myself very much.
Great mall for a small city
Ended up visiting the OC in Winnipeg two days in a row. The selection of stores is pretty good and there seemed to be a lot of ok deals to be found. Nothing ridiculous like you see in the states but there was still deals to be found.
For a small city the OC offers a fair amount of variety in one place.

We like the concept of being inside, as it was a windy winter day, some sales but minimal in comparison to what you find south of the border, parking was plentiful but underground parking would be beneficial, not too busy, didn't make our way to the food-court, next trip..

Nice Mall
I think they did a good job with the layout and the overall look of the mall. The food court also has some unique options that are not at the other malls in Winnipeg. I have come here on numerous occasions and sometimes stores are having some awesome deals, and sometimes there are no deals at all (of course that is for the stores I shop at - women's clothing). I think it just depends on the week you go! I think it's definitely worth a stop in Winnipeg.
Good for deals
I did not buy anything at this mall, but I shopped with friends who had great luck finding deals on name brand items at a fraction of the cost. My favourite store was Saks. There were a lot of really nice items there.

Good Spot! Will be Better!
This huge new Mall, is complete, but not all stores are open yet! Large selection of stores, and some still in process of being finished! Winners, opens in a few months! Some off the stores lead you to think they are outlets, but are rather over priced! Large selection of shoe stores, with some good prices!
There is a large food court with a variety of foods, from Greek, New York Fries, Asian, Burgers, Candy outlet, smoothies, and more! Very clean and lots of seating!
There is lovely comfortable seating outside many stores, wide areas to walk! Sunny and bright!

In compare with other outlets( e.x europ) it wasnot so good. There isnot any luxury brands but you can buy good items with reasonable price from tomy guess micheal korse and gap...

Not all of the stores are filled yet, or open, but there is still enough open to have a lot of selection.
The mall is very modern looking, and has some good restaurant options.
Lot's of parking available, and easy to navigate.
It has touch screen mall directories, that make it easy to locate exactly which store you want to get to!
About time Winnipeg got a new Modern mall
Loved it tons of choice. Something for everyone. No electronic stores that I saw or annoying kiosks in the mall walkway. Nice wide halls and comfy chairs. Open till 9pm on Saturday amazing for winnipeg.
First Visit was Quick. Second Visit Never Happened.
I arrived on Opening Day, May 3, 2017 in the late afternoon. I had no access problems. I also had only enough time to check out about 6 stores. Off 5th, DSW, Under Armour, Lucky Brand, Banana Republic and LuluLemon. I compared these stores to their American equivalents. They offered the same merchandise for the same cost. Considering the horrible Canadian Exchange Rate, this was surprising. I tried to return to this Mall today. That would be late afternoon on a Saturday. Parking Lot was full and police had all entrances blocked. Traffic was rerouted to IKEA across the street. Then, there was a complimentary shuttle. I chose to forgo a second visit in favor of returning on a day when the majority are at work. It pays to be retired.
Brand spanking new!
Wide avenues with lots of storefronts. Love the large number of skylights. As well, the air conditioning system is better than any indoor mall in Winnipeg. The washrooms are really spacious and well-maintained.
One knock: not many shops for men. Still, it's a great addition to the shopping scene.
Grand Opening
Jampacked! seemed liked boxing day! Lots of selection too. Deals are pretty okay. I'd rather go here than Polo Park.
