Went in expecting not to find anything but they had an amazing sale and an even better selection here, especially for larger women’s sizes. The manager was extremely kind and helpful, super great service, older gentleman with glasses. All the floor associates and cashiers were very polite as well. We had a great experience. Your sales representatives were wonderful. Both ladies were Beyond helpful at the outline in Niagara Falls. One of the girls spoke Spanish and was amazing and the other girl was Canadian and was spectacular. Both were super helpful. They were helping me select gold sandals and a beautiful gold bag for a wedding that I have this weekend and they were amazing sales rep. Super helpful, friendly and amazing personalities. They stated my brother and I while we were purchasing the products. They gave us options and made great conversation. It was overall an amazing experience.

Great outdoor mall, and also very close to Niagara Falls.
It's a very good outdoor mall. It's only about 20-30 minutes away from Niagara Falls, so this can be a good place to stop by if you're considering visiting Niagara Falls. They have a lot of stores, so it's good to stay for a few hours at least. They also have a dining area, a large Christmas tree, and at night, they have a designated firepit spot near the entrance/exit. Most stores are dog-friendly, so you can bring your pet into the area without any problem. Admission is free, and it can be crowded depending on when you go. There is security, maybe not as present, but there is security outside specific stores, like Lululemon or Coach. Overall, pretty good experience. If you're someone visiting Niagara Falls and loves shopping, this is a good place to stop by for a few hours. They have a store for everyone, so I'm sure whatever you purchase here will satisfy you.
Good Selection of Stores
We visited during Saturday morning opening hours on Thanksgiving weekend. There were lots of great deals if you know your prices. Since we are from Windsor Essex, it was great to be able to shop in some stores in person not available to us close by such as North Face, Adidas and Nike. They had cute displays set up for fall, including interactive activities for smaller children, which many families were taking advantage of. Food trucks were on site, making it convenient to grab a snack. Overall, a great experience. We will be back!

Have visited this outlet mall numerous times, always clean and well maintained common areas and depending on day and time, plenty of parking. Multiple entrances to the stores and street to enter and exit to avoid bottleneck traffic. Decent deals across most stores.

Great Shopping Centre for all those shopaholics out there
Great shopping mall, 20 minutes by bus from Niagara Falls bus station, then a 5 - 10 minute walk. All the big brand stores - Calvin Klein, Tommy Hillfigger, North Face, Adidas, Nike and so on… at least 100+ stores, nice cafe’s for coffee or a quick lunch, seating can be busy but plentiful. Look out for bargains, they can be found!

Went to the store on October 20th with my niece. As soon as we entered the store “we were greeted” with welcomes, which was with ease and if we needed help just let anyone know. It was busy and we separated to browse. I had the “pleasure of being approached by Brittney”. She was a complete gem, great smile, energy! and just attentive - knowledgeable of both of our question re: our try on choices. We shared a few laughs. I let her know that Her energy is what is within and what “She brings to work and makes the atmosphere” enjoyable and a joy to have Her help Us! Before we left the store “I asked to speak to the manager”. Rob, Approached me (( and we shared a chuckle )) “ I shared that I enjoyed my experience at his store! and that the energy in the entire store was pleasant, like we were visiting someone’s house. He was great to chat with. With the world we live in today, I’m glad that this location displayed a warm energy, professionalism of all staff… from the flow in the entire store~ which made our experience fun & comfortable. Kudos to Brit, for Her time with Us and just being a positive human! and “Mgr. Rob” for our mini chat, and having a well connection team and a neat store. Compliments all around. My niece bought her first Doc M’s - I leave this review with ease and wish I could give the location 6! stars.
Coco you got the look
A giant outlet outside the city, with international (New Balance, Victoria Secret etc.) and Canadian (Roots) brands. The place looks like any outlet but it is worth especially by the presence of a store of the American chain Bass Leader Shop, which deserves a look. Arranged like a Hunting Cabin or Fishing Shelter, with stuffed animals and a giant aquarium, you will find everything you need for Things to do outdoors.

It was good to see that The Outlet Collection was very busy in this day and age of internet shopping. The place was very clean, easy to maneuver and had a good selection of shops and eateries that you come to expect in malls of this type as well as quite a few we weren't familiar with. There was even a vintner and a Tim Horton's next to the visitors center as well as a nice food court. We also liked that they had a food truck food court with about 5 different options also.

Some brands, such as Nike and Adidas, are cheaper here. I visited here after visiting Niagara Falls. I also received a discount ticket from the tour I was with in Niagara Falls. If you go with a tour, remember to ask about it.

Need shoes?! Go here and ask for Sara! Not every store will have exactly what you are looking for; however, Sara does not care. She will take the time to show you ANYTHING you ask her to. 1 pair 10 pairs no change to her amazing service! Spent about an hour here trying to figure out what kind of show I really wanted - I came in to look at hoka and ON shoes and ended up finding out through Sara’s help that I actually liked the NewBalance classic shoe. Bought a pair of those and a pair of converse for a gift. I would definitely recommend you come by this location and speak to Sara or even Jason! Jason didn’t do much in terms of the “sale” but he was super friendly and seemed like the chemistry between the employees here is really pleasant

Beautiful outlet in Niagara on the Lake with well-known premium brands. Special bargains are rare, high prices. Annoying: Too few staff everywhere and especially long queues in front of the changing rooms and cash registers. Good parking (be careful - it's best to take a photo of where you parked!). Food options are rather limited and not everything is recommendable...

I recently went to the outlet mall in search of UGG slippers. I went to two other stores, the first store just flat out told me they didn't carry them. The next store gave me suggestions of where else I could find them (I was tied to the outlet mall as I had a gift card for it) I went to Brown's and although they did not have my size, the gentleman working brought me out the same slipper but a different color, for sizing purposes. He then got me set up with someone else to order the slipper in the color and size I wanted, and have it shipped to my house. Very convenient as I have a new puppy so I don't feel comfortable leaving him home alone in long stretches yet. Will have to probably wait a few years before I can actually wear them since said puppy is a menace with my slippers, but at least I'll have them...thank you to the helpful staff at Brown's!!

Shopping in Style at Outlet Collection at Niagara (CANADIAN!)
Hey folks!
Wow, back on Trip Advisor after a two year "hiatus"! It's so nice to be back here and posting vacation information again.
Yesterday, we visited the Outlet Collection at Niagara in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. For those not familiar with this area, it's right at the Ontario/New York border in southern Ontario. It's Ontario's wine region and it's absolutely lovely.
The outlet mall is about 10, 15 min from Niagara Falls and the border. It's easily accessible by highway and if you're on the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) you cannot miss it.
There is TONS (yes, TONS) of parking. But do get there early. Stores open at 10 a.m. and this place is quite popular and busy.
There is a hotel right across the street from the mall ... The White Oaks Resort and Spa. It's beautiful! And it's always busy too. If you're coming from out of town, book a room there for convenience and just walk across the street, through the parking lot and you're in shopping heaven.
There are over 100 stores and shops there. Saks Off 5th, Coach, Victoria Secret, American Eagle Outfitters (AEO), Marshall's, Lucky Brand Jeans, Bath and Body Works, Bass Pro Shop, Lindt Chocolates, The Body Shop, Pandora ... pretty much something for everyone. Most of the stores had sales, and I grabbed some stuff at AEO for 40% off.
Have to also mention that the staff in ALL the stores were super friendly and helpful.
You'll need about 2 - 3 hours to go through the whole mall. It's an outdoor mall, but walkways are covered so you won't get wet if it's raining.
Okay, that said, there are a couple of things that can be improved, and this doesn't in any way deter from the overall experience .. it's a lovely place to shop, but nothing is perfect and the following two points are just my two cents worth:
1. MORE SEATING! They do have some outdoor seating scattered about, but not nearly enough. A lot of seniors and folks with mobility issues were shopping yesterday and I felt so badly for them. There just wasn't enough seating. NOTE FOR MALL MANAGEMENT: Invest in more benches outside the stores and around the mall in general. PLEASE. Think about those who really need to take a break physically.
2. MORE FOOD OPTIONS! They have a couple of food options now - a burger place and a Tim Horton's for example. But what this mall could use is a couple of sit down, dine in, licensed restaurants. NOTE FOR MALL MANAGEMENT: Consider some dine-in options in or near the mall. A lot of families would no doubt appreciate it.
Okay, that's it. If you go, you will have a wonderful time! Enjoy your shopping experience in Ontario's gorgeous Niagara Region.

We went during the week so parking was not an issue and there was not a lot of shoppers so it felt safe. We did not have to line up or wait.

Retail therapy in the pandemic
This outlet was well stocked for the Labour Day long weekend. Stores included Lululemon, Saks off of 5th, Just Cozy (a pop-up store near Bath and Body works). Stores limited the number of people at a time, Cole Haan. This was well controlled and each store had hand sanitizer at the entrance and masks are required. People mostly respected of personal space except the busy stores.
Food court is open but seating is all outdoor, the only only patio was a coffee shop.
Shopping summary:
LULULEMON - $49 flat pricing for all pants in sale racks: Speed-ups, Essential HR pant, Align joggers and a hoodie in the sizes I wanted. By store opening there was a line-up of at least an hour. Go in the morning when they are freshly restocked
COLE HAAN had discounted shoes by >70% in clearance, good stock for men's, not much for women
SAK'S OFF 5th: extra 30% off clearance

This outlet was very nice lots of stores to choose from parking was plentiful, they had kids play area. Nice little food court which was indoors and a Tim Hortons coffee shop. We were there on Canada's boxing day and almost every store in the outlet had some type of sale going on which was great! The outlet had very nice holiday decor!

A very nice factory outlets with many famous brand stores. I don't think the place is very old, the last time I went to Niagara Falls about six years ago, I don't think it was there. Unfortunately, the other older Canada One outlet on Lundy's has taken a step down since this one opened; is not worth going to Canada One anymore because many spaces are closed.

Great deals
This is a great outlet right off the 420. Good variety of designer stores. Good discounts. We shopped at under armor which was 40%. Columbia also had 40-60% off. Body shop had 40% off if you bought more than 4 things. My husbands favorite store was pepper palace. He loves hot sauce.
Shopping
What I liked about this Mall is that it is out doors with multiple stores and outside seating areas. The pricing was comparable to the states even though it appeared it was lower when you initially converted the money but when you add back the taxes then the pricing is about the same. Then seem to have all the stores that we have in the States and a few others that are not customarily seen in the States.
Great designer shopping mall!
Nice and huge outdoor designer outlet malls! Lots of parking. Friendly welcoming stores with great discounts! The eatery needs more varieties and bigger sitting area, in my opinion. But overall, it was a great experience! Will definitely recommend!
Loved this outlet
This outlet is only 15 min drive away from Clifton hill in Niagara. It new and has all the stores that you would want to go to. Nike, Adidas, Marshalls, Saks off 5th, lululemon, pandora, boathouse, sketchers, etc. Great deals too!
I just wish that the mall was a bit more bigger. I felt like it was alittle small

Se estiver em excursão, provavelmente terá em torno de 1:30 a 2hrs para compras, sendo assim pesquise antes de chegar as lojas que tem lá e o que você quer comprar. Eu e minha esposa compramos casacos da North Face a quase 50% do preço no Brasil, mas tem que olhar antes. Dicas então: pesquise lojas, compre comida na hora de ir embora (se for excursão), faça as contas de taxas, pegue cupons de desconto na entrada (dentro da Tim Hortons) e divirta-se!
A great shopping experience
We were thrilled that we could find some great bargains at DKNY. I have now two wonderful jackets to wear this season.
I also liked the shoes from Cole Han.
And we definitely did’t miss Columbia store from where I could buy some children things: a winter jacket, gloves, a cap. All of them having wonderful colours and the quality materials that this brand has accustomed to!

Upscale outdoor mall
it was our first time shopping here and we impressed with the variety of stores. It's an upscale location with outdoor access. Most of the walkways are covered for inclement weather.
Prices seem comparable to average retail however many had sales that made the trip worthwhile.

무스너클이 항상 대략 정가에서 30~40% 할인 중입니다. 시기에 따라 추가 할인도 있고 2개 사면 추가 할인도 있다고 하는데 제가 갔을 땐 성수기에 들어가는 시기라 그런 건 없었습니다. 신상도 많이 나와 할인 폭이 작았습니다. 추가 할인 되는 건 여자 옷은 치수가 많았는데 남자용은 아주 크거나 작은 것밖에 없었습니다. 여자가 가면 더 득템할 듯.

Outlet Collection is well located on the Q.E.W.highway .One can see it from the highway
with lots of stores, including American stores & close to the border. There are always big discount especially on a holiday week-end like Thanksgiving- stores including COACH, MARSHALLS, HUGO BOSS,Too many to mention
big Eatery--lots of parking- best to go early around 10.00am before the crowds

Wir haben das Outlet eher zufällig an der Autobahn entdeckt und sind spontan abgebogen. Angekommen, der riesen Parkplatz ist schon ein Erlebnis. Aber da es unter der Woche war, war gar nicht so viel los.
Wir haben die Läden welche uns interessieren abgegrast und waren erfolgreich :-) Im Vergleich zu unseren angeblichen Outlets in Deutschland, kann hier wirklich von Outlet Centern zu Outlet Preisen gesprochen werden. Wir waren wirklich sehr positiv überrascht und haben fleißig zugegriffen.

Good variety of stores. The word Outlet, to me, implies discounted prices. Not the case. Didn’t find any great deals but it made for a nice afternoon.

Stopped here for the first time as we are a little over 1.5 hrs. away and were in the area. Very clean shopping experience, store staff were quite helpful at the ones we went in. At the time there weren't any crazy good deals but enough savings to make the drive very worth while.
We will be returning.
Unexpected Extras!
I was shopping at the Outlet Collection mall this afternoon with my husband and daughter and we were taking a break as our daughter played at the play area. A gentleman came out and handed all the kiddos a cute little dog on a wire and my daughter was ecstatic! It was nice to see that they offered this for FREE! Thank you :)
Nothing special
My husband and I wandered around at a leisurely pace yesterday. I wasn’t impressed by the number of staff in the shops that did not acknowledge our presence in the shops.
Came away with a leather belt for my husband, which was 30% off.
Would we return? No.
Shopping
Very huge partially outside mall. All the stores are enclosed but you walk outside to get to the next one. Many high end stores are located here, along with more reasonable priced stores. There is a section that has a few food trucks, as well as a regular food court. For the kids there is a section or two, that has a playground. Worth the trip just to see the place. Especially when they have some good promotions (sales) for you.
Lots of Deals
Like any outlet place, some stores have great deals, and some not so much. We came across some very pushy salespeople in the Croc Store but everyone else was great. We did find some great deals. Lots of parking. Large number of stores. There are places to eat but not as many as I would have thought for the size of the place. It’s about 20 minutes outside Niagara on the Lake.

I have such good memories here throughout the years.
It is an outdoor outlet mall. There’s usually always sales going on- it’s the same type of deal as the outlet collections same brand of outlet.
It has a pretty varied selection from high end to regular priced boutiques.
The food court has minimal options but you can get away with it- they also have implemented some outdoor food trucks in the last while which is neat. There is a children’s play place if you have kids to entertain.
On a sunny day this is a perfect excursion. There’s a Starbucks and McDonald’s in the same parking lot and at the other end a bass pro shop.
I all around recommend a walk through for the experience or if you’re needing stuff while on vacation!

Always good to find some great deals here. Only downside is their food court, luckily they have other options around the outlet that you could dine at instead.
Too short
Our visit to the Outlet was way too short, but it is a very nice place with a great variety of stores. It is very clean (especially the restrooms) and the service is very good. We were visiting the mall and bought a lot at TH, because that is very affordable compared to Holland.
Nice Outlet Mall
After days of site seeing, brewerys and vineyards, the Outlet Collection at Niagara was a nice change of pace for a couple of hours. It is very accessable just off the QEW, only about 9 miles west of Niagara-on-the-Lake. It is a very clean and open spacious property anchored by Saks 5th Ave and Bass Pro Shops.It has a solid selection of most of the tradional companies you see in outlet malls in the United States. There were about 10 or so eateries there, most of the fast food variety and plenty of parking along with some Canadian companies we were not familiar with.

Bass Pro Shops
Me and my kids visit the Bass Pro Shops at this location often. They love playing on the boat, looking at the fish and all the cool stuff. We all love our outing to the Bass Pro Shops.
Lots of Stores!
This is a relatively new malls with lots of stores. There's plenty of parking and it gets busy. There are food options available. When we visited (Canada Day weekend), there were gymnasts performing. It is an outdoor mall and you walk outside to get to stores.
Great place!
We went to the outlets with our 5 year old since we were passing by the area. We have been to many outlets in North America and this one was one of the top in our opinion. Lots of food options, a great covered play area for kids, and some of the best brands people desire. Prices were amazing and products were not rejects as found in other complexes. Easy to find all sizes.
We would like to recommend Mountain Warehouse. Great selection of outdoor clothes and gear and at amazing prices! We loved the Columbia and North Face stores...but this place has those stores beat by a long shot!

Great Spot with Loads of Parking
Stopped in here on a recent visit to NOTL and were pleasantly surprised by the number of quaintly of the shops. Set up as an outdoor park setting, it was very enjoyable walking around viewing the various shops. Picked up some bargains, and other pieces not really and big savings. Look and search for the savings.
Un bel Outlet sur la route entre Toronto et les chutes
De nombreuses boutiques de marques dont plusieurs à des prix vraiment intéressants (Old Navy, Gap...) Souvent moins cher que dans les outlets aux US. Vaut un arrêt pour les accros du shopping.
A noter sur le même parking un superbe magasin Bass Pro Shop (articles de sport, camping, tir, pêche, nautisme ... ) qui vaut la visite. Je serais bien reparti avec un superbe hors bord de 80 chevaux et sa remorque, le tout pour 23000 CAD soit 16000 euros !

Feels like shopping in Europe
The top name brands under one area. Outdoor seating area with Gas Fireplace, you can rest and listen to music. You can shop for clothes,jewelry, foods, wines and even for things for your kitchen. If too cold you can go into the food court which is indoors. The better times for bargains are close to holidays, downside is it becomes difficult to find parking spaces.

Nice outlet mall
This was my second time here and love it.. all three major purse outlets near each other for comparison purposes. A wide variety of stores Including a large Marshall’s and an Off 5th.A nice combination of shaded and unshaded areas for escaping the sun if needed. Not a long ride from the Falls area. Easy access off the main highway. Love that they have handicapped entrances at almost every store.

Stopped for food and of course the bargains. Its a nice place with a good variety of stores and the food trucks are the best. Love the outdoor eating area.

Everyone time I come here I always find some great deals. The beaver tail place poutine is yummy and the fresh lemonade during the in season a few spots down from beaver tails is great

When they opened we were sceptical that they could compete with the outlets in Niagara Falls, NY, but they have become the better option. Lots of variety, usually a deal to be found, and nice to walk around when the weather is good.

Awesome stores
We are locals who shop at the outlets every couple of weeks. They always have decent sales on and we never leave disappointed. Lots of High End stores such as Kate Spade, Coach, Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger etc. They also have
your favourites such as Marshals and Old Navy. Something here for everyone and best of all the MALL Is DOG FRIENDLY. You can take your furry friends into most stores.
Shop til you drop!
Visited this mall today and spent 4 hours there. It was a lovely cool day so good day for shopping or browsing.
Firstly this is not a covered mall. Stores are easily accessed from outside walkways.
Entering through the main gates one gets a nice spacious feeling. There is an information kiosk at the centre of a courtyard. Stores are all attached on both sides of the walkway which to the right leads to an upscale food court which is enclosed.
There are many choices of food types for example panini sandwiches, gourmet burgers, high priced chocolate treats and many more. There was a wine store with assorted
Niagara brand wines, ice wines and gift items related to wines. Such as glasses, decanters, food items, etc.
There are McDonalds and Tim Hortons but not in the food court but located on the perimeter of the mall.
I enjoyed shopping at Michael Kors, Old Navy, Marshall's, a high class kitchen store, Lindt, Off 5th and many more.
Wear your walking shoes and enjoy shopping at this outlet mall. Every store had discounts like 25, 50, and 70 percent off regular prices.
There is loads of parking.

Consistently great service is all that I have every received at this store, staff go out of there way to find shoes often not even racked to accommodate requests for a certain style or color. All of the shoes - which are numerous that I have bought here have been wonderful quality. A visit to the outlet mall without visiting Browns is a wasted opportunity.
