I was buying tissues for my uncle which I need to send it to back home India unfortunately I wasn’t very sure about the size as he just told me that he has an Indian so I wasn’t sure about which US or UK or a European size they have but two of the ladies they were very sweet and they help me to figure it out and once my uncle received that parcel, it was perfectly fit on his. That was the perfect and quickest service. I got from them appreciate it.

Yesterday I visited this browns, Wasn’t planning to purchase anything I just wanted to get some ideas. And I started having a conversation with one of the staff named Archie, Such a fantastic Sales person and a nice Individual. Although I told him I’m not gonna buy anything, he spent around 20 minutes explaining all the questions that I hade very patiently. And even he brought the shoes for me to try even though I told him I’m not gonna buy anything today, he said just try them to get a better feeling of them. I was very surprised because I shop a lot and usually, I get treated different when I tell them I’m not gonna buy anything I just have some questions. Very, very pleasant experience i have never seen a salesperson that knowledgable about Shoes. And even after the 20 minutes that I tried around 10 Shoes and I didn’t end up getting anything he told me “Whenever you planned to purchase any of these shoes, please come back here, I’ll be happy to take care of you anytime”. Such a professional individual he gave me his business card too!, absolutely enjoyed my time definitely would come back for him.

I think it’s my first time writing a review but I have to share and appreciate from this young gentleman. I went to Browns couple days ago to buy a good pair of shoes for my son. My son is very picky. He’s 22 and in the past four years I couldn’t buy him a new pair of shoes because he’s obsessed with his old sneakers. Every time we go to buy a pair of shoes for him we get disappointed because he has no interest in wearing a new shoes. He still wears the same shoes that he was wearing when he was 16. Me and her mother are having a very hard time going to events Or any formal occasion Because he just wears his old sneakers. So I had no hope We can buy a pair of shoes for him that day. But we went inside and there was a sweet well dress, well spoken young gentlemen I think his name was Archie(one of the sales associates) he figured out the situation and very patiently(I think it took about 40 minutes) Listened to my son and my son talked to him (My son is so introvert) So I was shocked that he talks to Someone other that his family and laughs for 40 minutes! Archie listened to my son very carefully to see what exactly he wants. We were looking for a good pair of dress shoes, which my son is hardly against with he likes his old sneakers. Archie told me don’t worry because I told him I am worried about my son. He doesn’t wear a new pair of shoes but I want him to start wearing foreman shoes, because he is in the age that he needs to Dress formal Sometimes. He told me don’t Worry, we will find the best fit for your son. And he did! And surprisingly my son was very happy about his choices. He was laughing! He was excited! It got me emotional. Because I’m so into shows and I have like 25 pairs of shoes but he has 2. I was so happy to see my son’s smile. My son ended up getting two pairs of fabulous dress shoes!! I just wanted to deeply appreciate Archie and his time, He made my week and maybe months. couldn’t imagine a day that my son gets excited for buying shoes! And thanks Browns For their good shoes and products, will definitely come back to this location!

Amazing experience with the store staff and the manager, I bought a pair of shoes back in Feb, and the sole started to come off in an unusual way, the Manager simply asked how long agai you bought it and honored me a brand new pair without asking any further questions. I would highly recommend anyone to buy from here as the store covers you with their Warrenty if it's a genuine issue. Thank you staff and the manager.

This Browns store is one of my favourites to shop from. The staff are always very helpful and friendly and greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in :) Heather has helped me during different encounters and she is so pleasant to work with! She is very knowledgeable about the products they carry and makes great suggestions based on your needs. Even if they don't have an item or size in stock at the store, they always make it super easy and order the product for you to get shipped wherever you want.

Mall looks great after the upgrade! Lots of wonderful shops. Wish the design was more accessible and not such a maze. Would benefit from more mall maps so people can find where they’re going faster. Food court could also stand to be improved. Otherwise, a great mall.

My daughter brought us here to do some shopping. It is a pretty big place with all kinds of different stores. My wife likes the fact that there is The Bay. Underground parking was a bonus and the place is very clean and modern. Will be going back to do some Christmas shopping on November.

Since the expansion the mall has everything covered and more. 24hr Fitness, Amazing food in the court as well as Kelsey's and Baxter's Lanfing. If you can't find what your looking for in the mall then you probably don't really need it. Clean, secure and huge.

Nice Mall but it is Oshawa sooooo
I go to this mall usually once a week and the mall itself is very nice, with plenty of stores. But, due to the demographics of Oshawa, you may run into some "characters". Most employees are nice overall though and the food court is good.
Does what it says on the tin
Typical shopping centre no different from others most of the year with the same high st stores as most centres.
However for the Christmas festive season its a poor show in the Oshawa centre except for the santa section. Maybe in the future if celebrating such a special time of the year dont be so descrete.
Tip
Do not allow washroom attendant to block toilets off.
Maintain blocked toilets to prevent attendant having to do so.

Very nice mall.
We shopped here on a December weekend. It was extremely busy due to Christmas shopping. We had a hard time finding parking. The food court was very busy but at least you could find a table. The mall even has a fitness centre. Stores include: The Bay, Old Navy, Marshall's and Sport Chek. The mall also has complimentary wifi. I would highly recommend this mall and would shop here again.

Wear Comfortable Shoes
This enclosed shopping centre has been in existence for many years but recently underwent extensive renovations The inside size was increased and many new businesses were added. There are over 200 stores and kiosks and something for all .tastes...a food court, jewellery, clothing, shoe, chocolatiers, drug, dollar, optical, specialty, liquor, flower, business equipment stores, restaurants, beauty salons, barbers, nail salons & dentists. There is also lots of outdoor and indoor parking and public transit pickup stops. It is often overly hot or cool depending on the season.

Prices were as expected, but they gave me 25% off a 2nd pair that was already on sale. The manager was surprisingly helpful. My size wasn't available in the color I wanted so he ordered it and said he'll ship it to my house. So I went home with the sale pair and the other pair I'll get in a couple days. The manager gave me his card and told me to call him if anything comes up. It's hard to find good customer service but this was a pretty nice experience
Great place to shop in Durham Region!
The OC has every store you can imagine now, a big but quiet, friendly mall for everyone! The new renovations make it very stylish with a fresh modern atmosphere that you can shop in comfortably & easily! Every visit here makes me feel posh even though I am searching for bargains at my fav shops! Always a nice experience & a good place to grab a bite to eat & drink at various food places from a fab food court to well known good restaurants.
Bring a sweater
Great mall, very clean, plenty of good shops, lots of space, food court could offer more, but still pretty decent. One thing: this mall is crazy with the air conditioning! So excessive - even after hours of shopping and lugging bags around it is freezing! Obviously not concerned with being eco friendly at all. I’ve been here multiple times in varying temperatures/seasons and it is always freezing.
Something for everyone
Great mall with over 200 stores and kiosks. The only large department store is the Bay, since Sears went bankrupt.
They moved guest services from the middle of the mall to a spot off the main thoroughfare. It took me awhile to find it, and it is a dedicated area, with TV, sitting area, personal device charging stations etc. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
I’m still discovering some of the new stores and eateries in the food court.

It's a shopping centre and it's in Oshawa. Good selection of stores and food court. Besides that as good as any other shopping mall.
Great Mall
the Improvements / renovation to this mall in 2017 has made this mall truly beautiful. The food court is huge and amazing. The Bathrooms are well kept and the entire mall is always clean.
Lots to see and lots of walking
We visited the mall a few times recently and it is so much nicer with the renovations. Still have to avoid the hand cream and perfume stores who stand and say “here it’s for you “. If I wanted it I would have entered the store. Like how the new food court is laid out. Lots of parking but under the food court is best to avoid the weather if it’s not nice out.
A Great Improvement
I have visited the Oshawa Centre several times since the renovation has been completed. It is a bigger, much nicer mall to shop in now with more stores and a better selection of stores, much nicer food court and some under ground parking which is especially good during the winter months.

This is a very large mall, it has all the usual stores. It has plenty of parking. You have all the usual people that shop. I would not treat this as a destination place, but I would shop there if I lived there. Did find a few good sales.

The newly renovated Oshawa Centre is amazing - I hardly recognize the place! It's bright, and spacious and packed with lots of great stores....and an excellent food court. It is a little confusing with the new circle in the middle. Hopefully, some directories/information centres will be coming soon to complete the transformation. Well done!
Getting better and Better.
They are almost done with the massive renovations and additions. Zara finally done (still not so cheap like in Europe). New kiosks coming and going in the centers of the mall. Food court very good with it's own entry if you just want to come for food only. Sears an absolute disaster upside down with clothing, boxes, change rooms full of stuff as they are closing down. Generally a funky bunch of new modern stores with "barber shops"? (must be a new thing), bigger H and M, more women's stores, not enough men's stores and a couple newer restaurants to try open from the outside with patios. Definitely giving other malls a run for their money and nothing any better from Oshawa to Toronto or maybe even Oshawa to the Eastern border Ontario? ( Quebec)? Someone correct me if I am wrong .Finally some more fashion in this town. I see a crazy review here from someone travelling through "avoiding" Oshawa. These are the types we want to keep driving by as they obviously don't have a clue about much more than their little worlds they live in.
Love the Newly Renovated Mall
The Oshawa Centre is newly designed. It has plenty of parking, many store and places to eat and is bright and clean.

Casual shopping trip including dinner
Millions of dollars in renovations make for stunning architecture. The food court has many choices of meals for lunch, dinner or snacks. The new layout makes for a very long walk to get anywhere. The new underground parking lot is accessible from all sides and great to use in inclement weather. There was a lot of attention to details, including beautiful landscaping outdoors...but it is lacking outdoor picnic tables or seating.
There are 2 restaurants on the west side of the mall with outdoor patios.
Baxters Landing has exceptional bar staff, servers and managers. Their menu has a wide variety of everything from appetizers to full meals. There is ample seating for a romantic rendezvous or a large office gathering.
Wear good shoes to shop here
The Oshawa centre has renovated and grown so mush that it has become a work out to shop the whole mall. There are a lot of higher end stores that have moved in since the reno's. The food court has moved locations and in my opinion has a worse layout and variety then before. The food court is located in an entrance which is silly as people are trying to eat there. This was not well thought out.
You can still find a lot of the old stores and bargains can be found if you look hard enough. Give yourself plenty of time if you shop here. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to find a washroom as well as they are few and far between.
Giant mall with famous brands
I was surprised by the size of the Oshawa shopping center. Calling it a mall does not do it justice. It is a great location with airconditioning for spending time away from the Canadian summer. Wondering the many corridors looking for a nice bargain, it sure is a good way to spend an afternoon.
Wow it is Big.
Each year we come up and the mall, just keeps getting bigger. There is everything at this mall, it is clean. Different levels, restaurants, coffee shops, There is something for everyone here.

Very Nice Expansion
The Mall recently went through a facelift - and WOW has it ever! The expansion is very impressive and they haven't stopped. From the advertising we see there are more stores and restaurants being added. I have gone to the mall every now and then through the years and what a difference I see from happy families walking around. Its really lively. Not only have they added some top end stores but the food court has been moved and more than doubled in size! They have ample tables of all varieties for both young and old. They have even added a parking garage to account for the added people they are attracting to the mall.

I like this mall a lot. There are chain stores like the Bay, Sears and Winners. Lots of stores that I shop at Reitman's, Bath and Body, Gymboree. There are lots of other stores that I've never seen before. I recommend this mall.

As a large family, this mall truly had something for everyone. And it's absolutely beautiful with lots of resting areas and a large uncrowded food court. Really wish we knew how good this mall was a long time ago. We will definitely be back for some serious shopping.
Beautiful modern mall
While just spending one day in the Oshawa area I was delighted & surprised to find this lovely mall. I spent a very enjoyable 3 hours there , I loved the food court & the great variety of shops & I noticed that a lot more are opening soon, it would be nice to see some more affordable shops as most are very expensive.The opening hours are really good.
A Trusted Experience
The Oshawa Centre is always there when you need it and the new hours are awesome! There's a store there for everyone. I love the Chapters!
It would be nice to see less shoe and jewelry stores. I like them but there are so many.
It would be nice to have a variety department store like when the Zellers was still there, it was always handy for random groceries. Perhaps a craft store, toy store, more sit-down restaurants...I miss the CIBC that was attached to it. It would be nice to have a Lush and a blow out bar.

Good Variety shopping
Good number of stores to satisgfy most needs. The centre was recently renovated and expanded the number of stores, offering the shoppers a great variety. It is very clean and washrooms are also well kept. A larger variety of fast food outlets now available.
The biggest problem is parking. Although expanded in number of parking sites, the dimensions of the lot is too small even for my Honda Civic. Great opportunity to get your doors banged by the car opposite to yours. C'mon OC Managers open them up a little!

Retard seating design
The mall experience over was very good. Really loved the new expansion and the new food court. It looks fantastic the designers paid attention to the smallest detail. The only thing i hate about this mall and i wish i could use another word for " hate" are the seating areas i wish i could meet in person the individual who designed these dont know if to call them seats, benches or what. These things are so uncomfortable that when I'm tire of shopping just to avoid using them i keep walking. These things are like three feet deep they have a useless recliner that in order for your back to make contact you have to throw yourself back like in 240 degrees and by then is your neck touching the back recliner not your back. The person who designed these things should be fired but before that should be forced to seat in his/her seat after a long walk in the mall to see what i mean.
I'm impressed
I'm here for the first time since the mall expansion. There are many new stores, an improved food court and lots of parking. The roof has been opened with sky lights and it makes the interior seem so much bigger and brighter. There is even covered parking. The sorry old Sears is still here and needs some renovations. Otherwise the new Oshawa Centre is so much better than before.

Parking kind of sucks at this mall to be honest but their Christmas set up for Santa is beautiful!! Gorgeous place to take photos!
Getting better and better
The new stores opening are getting bigger and better. Finally you do not have to drive a long way for places like Hand M men, (or women), soon a Zara opening, Browns shoes, and Forever 21. Will there be a few of the very expensive stores like Coach? Not sure yet as there are still more to come. The food court somehow has gotten smaller I think, a couple interesting new places to eat but nothing amazing. One new restaurant but a "big box" place. I wish they would add something totally different when the next reataurant opens. Other than that, its getting good.

Shopping stop on our way east
The Oshawa Centre is our favorite place to stop when driving east. We meet family members at the food court for a snack and spend a few leisurely hours shopping and talking. The variety of stores and the friendly staff always ensure that we have a pleasant pit stop.

This mall is good and is getting better with the addition of 60 new stores coming. There is an abundance of jewellery and shoe stores. There are w major department stores Sears and The Bay. They have stores for young and old. The food court has a good variety. There is ample parking as well. They even have valet parking. Im sure whatever you are looking for you can find it here.
One of the Few Growing Malls
While many of the malls in Durham Region are going downhill with empty stores, the Oshawa Centre is growing and getting new stores all of the time. The parking lot is always full and the inside is bustling. There is still a lot of construction going on there which makes the parking tricky. The mall has completed many renovations to make it up to date. It is very clean and bright. There's something there for most tastes.
The Mall is getting better
The place is getting bigger and better. More stores. More luxury and very clean. Good sitting areas. The parking lot still a bit messed up with the east side still under construction. Sad that with all the new places opening, one of the new restaurants is just a chain restaurant. Too bad. I was hoping for more especially with their signs saying "exciting new restaurants coming". (something like that. I hope the next one to open is more unique. Other than that, the mall is getting better and better.
It's getting better!
The Oshawa Shopping Center has done some extensive remodelling and it seems like all is for the better! Something to be very aware of with the OC is a disturbing trend of stores refusing to refund cash or money back to your debit/credit cards. I decided to do some surprise shopping for my daughter! I thought I knew the sizing, but of coarse there were several items that did not fit. One hour later I tried to return the items and 3 different stores refused to give me my money back only a store credit. This wAs totally unacceptable as nothing in the store would fit her apparently. I was very upset. All together I ended up with over 200 in store credits. I was told by all 3 stores this is the new policy for the OC! So beware!
Great mall, only getting better!
60 news stores and 2 restaurants expected within a year. Great selection of stores already, weather its high end or dollar store cheap youre sure to find it here!
I like the recent improvements
I really like the recent and ongoing improvements to the Oshawa Centre. It looks brighter and cleaner inside. Some stores have left, new ones have replaced them and some have just moved to new locations in the mall. The covered parking area where Zellers used to be is another nice touch. Keep the changes coming Oshawa Centre - I like what you are doing.

Considering the mall is a kilometer long the fact that they are constructing two more floors makes this more than 3 km of shopping heaven.

Super Mall with it ALL
Great improvements being made here and so many new shops. Very clean and well laid out. Easy access from the 401 highway also.

Oshawa Centre is a great little mall
Oshawa Centre is a great little mall. It is small but has a huge variety of stores. It has a Victoria Secrets, a Sephora, Guess, Eddie Bauer, LuLu Lemon, Tim Hortons, Caseys, etc. It has a small food court. It's clean and has plenty of seating areas. It would be a good place to bring more restaurants, and a pet store, and maybe a Tommy Hilfiger, or Nike. There's two levels to the mall. The best thing about the mall is it is very easy to navigate around. Some malls have wings leading off this way and that way and you are left wondering if you covered everything. Not the Oshawa Centre, it is very easy to cover all the stores, you basically start at Sears and walk the length of the mall looking at the stores on your right until you get to the Bay and then walk up the other side to look at those stores until you get back to Sears - easy! Then you can go downstairs and enjoy a Starbucks in Chapters. It's a good place to park near Chapters, not too busy there and then you can grab a coffee on your way out :) Enjoy!

Being from Belfast our Malls are very small. I love this Mall soo many shops. Can always get everything I need here under one roof
