I have been struggling with dry eyes for years, no one provided better care than Dr. Albear and now after I got amniotic membrane, my eyes feel amazing. The staff here are also very pleasant

OSM has the most amazing doctors and staff I was diagnosed with glaucoma over 4 years ago and it was a low point in my life for, the thought of having to use drops for the rest of my life seemed too much for me to handle. All the staff members are always very courteous. I work from 6:30am to 5:00 every day, Monday is the only day I can leave early. So making any kind of doctor appointment is next to impossible for me, but they always find a way to get me in on a Monday. So grateful for that. I would highly recommend going OSM, for any eye procedure you may need.

I scheduled an appointment fairly quickly, providing requested insurance information prior to my visit. It was easy to find their office along 13 Mile Road, just west of John R. There was plenty of parking in the side lot.
Masks required at this time. Once inside, I filled out some paperwork, and soon I was taken in for my examination.
Everyone I encountered was friendly, courteous, and professional.
While I was not excited to hear the results of the exam, everything was explained to me and I am satisfied with the information, as presented.

I could not find a doctor to see my Fiancé until November/December. His cataracts are so bad he can not drive. With one call to Dr Verbs office, they got him in two days later. Peaceful and pleasant visit
I have a birth defect in my eye which developed a cataract that required surgery. Dr. Verb was very thorough and answered all my questions leading up to the surgery, which was more complicated due to the birth defect. The surgery was a success and I am pleased with the after care.

Dr Ben has been seeing my fiancee for a while. She's always had such great service and when my optometrist recommended some tests I knew exactly who to see. My first time at this office. Dr Verb was clear and provided me with a good course of treatment. The office was run so professionally and, my appt was done in 1 hour!!!! I feel very fortunate to have found this Dr. I have a challenge with my vision and I feel hopeful after this visit.
Dr. Verb is a VERY GOOD Doctor for eye disease. I use to have a 10min drive(Dearborn) to see him then it went to a 30mims drive(Livonia). Now he only works out of Madison Heights which is an hour drive. But if Dr. Verb goes to Ohio I will to. You don't find many doctors that genuinely cares and so patience. I am very bigg on reviews and Dr. Verb having a 4.9 is VERY IMPRESSIVE. HE IS THEE BEST!
