Wow! Like everyone I hated going to the DMV but this was so simple, fast & the staff were extremely pleasant to me & my 2 year old. Even when my toddler started fussing the employees were so patient & made him laugh. I was in & out less than 10 minutes.

I am amending my review. I was contacted by the branch supervisor, Brian, and we had a nice conversation about members, employees, and banking in general. He made me confident that happy members are his goal. I felt like he heard my concerns and was able to use them constructively to prevent this issue from reoccurring in the future. He has a genuine compassion for what he does. For posterior reasons I will be leaving up my un-amended review below so other members and future members can decide for themselves how they choose to view this branch. I was personally surprised that I was contacted and I took that into consideration of my amended review. I don't think I can say national banks would have done the same. Original review______________________________ There is a woman who works there who is downright rude. I had an insurance payout for some damage to my home. The check took 7 business days to clear. I had the audacity to ask why it took so long and was greeted with rude service. Since when are members questions suddenly an annoyance? This isn't customer service. This is: I make the rules and you cannot know why. A sad excuse for service. I only give 2 stars because there is an older gentleman who works here who is awesome. He treats me as a person, not a number on a screen.

We have been banking here for 6 years and just love it. We recently got a mortgage pre-approval from Nutmeg and found out we qualified for 1% interest less then what Bank of America was giving us!! A whole percent! We couldn’t believe it. Highly recommend!
Only good things to report about this place. Well worth the service fee [8 dollars when I checked in] to get my ID replaced without hassle. Please remember to bring all the required documents as you will be glad you didn't play yourself by showing up prepared.
Am I really do a review of a DMV? Am I really giving it 5 stars? Made my appointment and showed up early and spent more time waiting that 10 minutes than when being processed. Would have been fast had not EVERY person i heard in front of me, either appointment or walking, be turned away because they could not read and bring all the proper items for the verified license. Only critique, here, maybe a person at the door hand-holding people before they get in and tie things up.
Its hard to hate the DMV when they have a nice location, EZ parking, courteous people and short lines? This is so civilized. And they have a clean bathroom if you need it. Much better than the one they had before in Milford that was poorly run.
Just went today to renew my license this dmv express was literally the quickest most painless dmv experience ever. People are extremely friendly don't remember the two ladies names I dealt with but they were exceptional :) in and out id say within 5 minutes. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I highly recommend this dmv express.

I initially had a very bad experience at this location and voiced it on Yelp. I was contacted by their marketing manager Luis and he helped me tremendously. I wanted to respond to my previous review as they are trying to get this to be as convenient as possible. They have staff to help you use the check in machines and if possible make an appointment to speed up the process. Also be sure to have all paperwork!

I went on a Saturday morning expecting to take a long time to renew my license. The staff was friendly and helpful to assist with the kiosk to sign in. I was out of there in less than fifteen minutes. A pleasure to renew my license there

About a week ago I had an unfortunate experience and came to the Manchester nutmeg just a minute after their closing time. It was raining and I had my son with me, so I was a bit more frustrated that the facility had just closed. I was contacted by Nutmeg who heard about my frustrations and were empathetic of my situation but also reminded me of their strict policies. So at the same time I was impressed because I have always experienced a safe, strict system with nutmeg and that's why I bank with them. I've never had identity theft or issues with their service. I think they are the best bank out there to be blunt. So if your looking for the all around experience of safety, security, convenience and humanity, chose Nutmeg Federal credit Union.
The staff at this location is very friendly and helpful. It's a small location. My only complaint is there hours I wish they were open till 5pm everyday.

We saw the commercials on TV. Loved the ads they were humorous and what they said about the acct terms sounded good. We came in and staff (branch mgr and head teller) were very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and helped us get the right products for our needs. And they even offer popcorn in the lobby. Nutmeg State is a great credit union. I recommend it to everyone.

The Glastonbury office is my favorite. Everything has improved somewhat. The regular employees from years ago, are a pleasure & more consistent when it comes to service. I have been a customer for over 30 years, and I had an "issue", with someone in a specific department. He was unreasonable and when it was resolved, there was no apology. The documentation was clear~
