Dr. Diaz is so kind, he really takes the time to answer all your questions and takes his time to fully review everything during your appointment. I genuinely look forward to the appointments because the entire office is so professional and there is a warmth that is hard to come by in a lot of medical offices.

I honestly don't understand all of the negative Yelp and Google reviews. Before my appointment, I read quite a few of them, and many described Dr. Schwarz as rude or dismissive. I was genuinely nervous going in because of what I had read. My experience was the complete opposite. Dr. Schwarz was incredibly kind, professional, personable, and attentive from the moment she walked into the room. She listened carefully to my concerns, answered my questions, and provided exactly what I came in for. She clearly explained everything, walked me through the next steps, and made sure I understood what to do moving forward. Both she and the resident/assistant doctor were wonderful. I never felt rushed, judged, or brushed off--instead, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire appointment. Everything was straightforward and efficient, and I left feeling confident in my care. I'm genuinely looking forward to my next visit and would absolutely recommend her to others.

The staff at APDerm are awesome always willing to help. I saw Dr. O and she is very thorough and explains everything so that you can understand.
This was my second appointment with Dr Diaz and surgical assistant Derek. The experience is second to none. The professional professionalism between the two of these providers is unprecedented. I spent more time with Derek than I did the doctor. And he might as well be a doctor as he conducts himself in a manner consistent with any experienced clinician. I feel so comfortable at this practice. I would recommend it to anyone and very special praise for Dr. Angel, Diaz and Derek.

Appointments are easy to get. Once there the wait time is minimal. They staff is knowledgeable and efficient.
There are a lot of old bad reviews here so I wanted to post a recent one. Reason for visit: I came here for a routine skin cancer check. Notes: * Everyone was very friendly. * They reviewed my insurance to make sure I was covered. * Their online check-in forms actually worked. They didn't ask me to re-write all of the same information I already submitted once I got there. Not sure why that's always a thing but I'm glad it wasn't an issue here. * I was seen almost immediately. * Dr. Liou was great. He was thorough, clear, friendly, straightforward. He comes off as a very honest person. He listened to what I had to say. Didn't push me for things I didn't need. * I see no reason not to recommend this site. If my opinion changes for any reason I will come back and edit this.

I have been to Dr. Muz several times, most recently when he squeezed me in at the last minute before he left for the day. He takes time to listen, educate, and explain, which I appreciate very much.

I have recommended this Dermatology practice to so many people. I have been to three of the locations now, and they are all excellent. If I have an urgent issue, Lena at scheduling has been phenomenal at getting back to me with a cancellation spot. Without an urgent matter, it's usually a 2 to 3 week wait depending on location. Dr. Dawn Baird is who my daughter and now I, typically see. She is extremely thorough and is excellent at avoiding pain. I do not know how she does it but the couple Novocain injections she administered was 100% pain free. I did not even feel a pinch. I forget her assistant's name, but the two of them work great as a team. Dr. Baird is not your typical dermatologist. She takes pictures of everything and dictates extremely thorough notes, to the point where I have no idea what she's talking about, not that it matters because she simplifies it afterwards. I went in for a very awkward procedure, that she turned simple and easy .... as if it was nothing. And let me tell you, it definitely was something. A little advice... Don't bother with compound W - all it did was make a mess. Great patient bedside manner and a very soft, empathetic touch. If you or anyone you care about has H.S (Hidradenitis Suppurativa), this is the facility to go to. All the doctors are knowledgeable. In addition to Dr. Baird, Dr. Rowe (and a few others) treated my daughter. Knowledge, kindness and listening are the features that stand out the most. Prior to AP Derm we went to Beth Israel in Boston. We have our favorite doctors there too. But, there is no need to commute that distance when these doctors are equally talented...and give you more time. Dr. Baird actually gave us more helpful info than B.I. - we never feel rushed. That's important.

It was my first time ever at a dermatologist! Dr O’Brien and her staff were outstanding!! From the receptionist to the nurse in the room who greeted me and was extremely thorough and assisted the dr -dr O’Brien examined me head to toe ! Removed 2 cysts near each eye and a skin tag I left with a visit for next year and I would recommend them to everyone!! Thank you for your outstanding customer service!!
I have had several procedures over the years performed by Katie. She's extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, friendly, welcoming and spot on with her diagnoses. I highly recommend her. I have also had several appointments Siobhan and once again I've not been disappointed. She has a great sense of humor, explains everything and makes sure you're comfortable and well informed.
Only comment was I wish I had instructions on care of wound on paper or in my Atrius health chart..

I'm impressed by this Dermatology focused practice. My initial consult with Katie O'Brien I could tell that's she's really knowledgeable and willing to listen to and answer the patient's questions. Skin exam went smoothly and diagnosis / testament plan were easily understood. I'm happy to recommend Katie and this practice.

I switched dermatologists recently and was referred to Mystic Valley by my doctors office. I now see Katie O'Brien and she, a long with her team, have always been lovely to me. Trust their process and remember that it takes time for problems to clear up with new medication and creams. If you need a change, please consider coming here. I've always felt a little bit better about my skin journey after talking with Katie and her team.
I see Dr Zoe Stitt she is fabulous very thorough, understanding and listens to concerns. When I changed health insurance I made sure to pick the one she took. I highly recommend her. I gave 4 stars only because some of the office staff are unprofessional
Absolutely EXERYTHING about this facility is first-rate. The entire staff is fabulous and I was able to book an appointment the same day. It is located in a convenient shopping center with plenty of parking. The facility is sparkling clean, and the soothing muzak and environment calmed even a scaredy-cat like me. Dr. Muz is wonderful. I am definitely a patient for life.

I recently had a MOHS surgery procedure done by Dr. Solky at APDerm in Waltham. I have had several surgeries with Dr. Solky. In my opinion, he is simply the best MOHS surgeon available. As always, the results are the same--a stress free procedure with minimal scaring. Dr. Solky is an amazing surgeon and compassionate as well. In short, I refuse to be referred to any other surgeon despite my local dermatologist's urging. I strongly recommend Dr. Solky at APDerm if you need MOHS surgery.
They've done a great job at what I've asked for so far. Ive mostly done cosmetics but also have asked for a prescription. But recently, I went in for a doctor referral. Dr. Kathleen Joyce said her email system wasn't working to send it out, due to privacy concerns. She was going to have the office print it out and send it. I never received the letter. It's too bad , as earlier I enjoyed doing a filler with her. I'm not going to be able to work with her again.
Pam Interrante is professional, kind and technically competent. She does her job well and is very knowledgeable about laser hair removal. I've been seeing her for almost a year now. I am very pleased with the results of my laser hair removal.
I recently visited the clinic for skin tag removal. I saw Victoria (she goes by Tori), I found her to be very professional and caring. She listened well and gave great advice. Procedure was quick and almost painless. Highly recommended her and the center. Front desk staff was particularly nice and I didn't have to wait for a long time.
I have received wonderful care at Mystic Valley Dermatology. Dr Stitt is thorough and very careful to fully explain any issues. If they are behind schedule, both the doctor and medical assistant explain and apologize. If Dr Stitt finds anything suspicious on your skin, she does a biopsy during the office visit. This might put her behind schedule, but I really appreciate not being required to make an additional appointment to return for a biopsy.
