I've seen Noelle 5 times over the last few year. She has great knowledge and is very good and explains everything clearly. If treatment is needed, She completes it quickly and efficiently.
I've been coming here for years. Needed an appointment and my normal Dr was booked solid. So I took the next available appointment and it was with Madison Martino. Best decision I've made in some time. So darn friendly, funny, caring and intelligent.

There was clearly a need to turn the room after a certain amount of time but it wasn’t really a rush, as the exam was concluded. I feel like this is a 5⭐ business. The establishment is modern, in the waiting room you check in on an iPad for your first visit and after that...you're in...checking in is a breeze. There are free samples of face washes, lotions, etc. I see Dr. Altman and although the wait time for her when I was a new client was insane, she knows what she's doing. I would reccomend her and Schweiger Dermatology group in general to anyone looking for treatment.

I had a wonderful dermatologist who prescribed 3 different creams for my 3 distinctive problems. Those range from toenail fungus to cracked heels on feet to scrape on knee. It will take months to solve the problems, but I am optimistic about their healing!

Check in was quick staff so pleasant! Wait time 3 minutes I get called into the back surgery suites and I spoke to the nice Physicians assistantabout current .Ed's she took a quick look at my marble size cyst on my scalp and said okay everything looks good the doctor will be right with you. She closed the door all the instruments were already set up and very in order and clean looking the doctor reintroduced herself as I've been there before I said it was nice to see you she asked me to lay down on my stomach and she cut the cyst right out of my scalp and under 4 minutes. Her bedside manner was wonderful and she made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. She sewed it up with one or two stitches and told me I'd be back to have the Stitch removed and to have the other cyst taken out at the same time and at that point which is this coming week I will be cyst free and I was out of the office from start to finish in about 18 to 20 minutes with the new appointment which the wonderful receptionist made sure it fit into my schedule. This place was clean peaceful and very professional and I recommend them to anyone with any type of cyst or dermatology issue! Thanks Dr. ALEXANDRA you were amazing!
My only issue was I had a 10:20 AM appointment. I was not seeing until after 11 multiple people came in after me and were seen. I went up to the desk and the receptionist realized that I had been been taken to the back yet to see the doctor and she got someone to come get me Which then they took right away .

I had a dermatologist for over 25 years who retired and I was so anxious about finding a new doctor that I could have confidence in. I had a history of melanoma and I found a concerning mole and I was able to send a picture on the portal and they got back to me and I got an appointment the. Next day. While it seems Dr Patel is busy with a lot of patients you don’t feel rushed. He saved my life 1 or 2 months prior another dermatologist said my mole was fine but he took it off and that was the melanoma. I’m a Pediatrician and I send all my patients (that insurance allows) to Schweiger (closest location to them)

The first time I came here was regarding a tiny dark spot on my leg. Although I’m 28, and the spot was thought to be just a birthmark, Megan Offrey PA biopsied it and quickly sent me back for an excision, which healed beautifully. If I waited, it could have turned into something much worse. The second time I had Lauren Carosi PA as a provider and she was equally as professional and thorough as Megan. I live in Manhattan and don’t plan on changing dermatology groups any time soon. They are simply worth the drive. Schweiger dermatology is an excellent clinic and I’m grateful to have found them!

I was running a little late, but that worked out great, because I had time to fill out everything, and was in 2 minutes later. The doctor came in a couple minutes after the nurse, who was fantastic!, and told me right away that it was ok. She wrote down what it was, and I was on my way. From time in to out was about 20 minutes.

I have been a patient of this practice since 2002. They have recently become "Schweiger" - the medical practitioners remain excellent. The office continues to be timely (for doctors offices) and efficient. But I now feel rushed and I feel the doctors are being pushed from the "business" of medicine. I have provided detailed feedback to one doctor and in their chatbot about the specifics. Several improvements to recommend at a "corporate" level. 1. The automated confirmation / cancelation system does not name the patient (we have three active in our home) 2. automated cancelation doesnt give option to reschedule - just "your appointment has been canceled' - then when I rebooked it I was told I was a no-show. 3. Your office doesnt know that I have been a patient since 2002 - I used to use your Paramus and Morristown offices depending on my work schedule 4. You staff doesnt take the time to provide their names - not the receptionist, not the medical assistant, not the PA - only the doctors have said "Hi I am Dr. Patel" (or Altman or Bonney)

Only problem was a pharmaceutical rep came parading in while I was waiting in the waiting room with my 10 month old baby (appt was for him). She passed right by everyone - started buttering up the front desk giving them tips for wrinkles and expensive cream samples and then managed to get in to see the doctor we were waiting to see! She wasn’t with him long - maybe 10 min, but that’s 10 min more that I had to wait and that my infant (who’s obviously too young to be vaccinated against Covid) had to sit out exposed in a public place. Not to mention anyone who’s ever had an infant knows there’s only so long they can sit nicely somewhere. I just thought this was poor customer service. And I really believe in a pandemic there should only be people in the office who absolutely need to be there. I’m a nurse in a hospital and we’re not allowing outside vendors in yet. It’s not worth the risk. The doctor saw us as soon as she left but I couldn’t help thinking she’s been in and out and around who knows where and what and then sat with the doctor right before we did.

Went to see Dr.Bilkis for a rash on my hand after being treated for an infection and then “ring worm” ... the moment he saw my hand he diagnosed me with eczema. I had a great experience my first time there. My dermatologist Megan really wanted to help me with my rosacea as my previous derm really didn’t care at all to help me. The staff was great. I’m just concerned that I’ll be getting a bill because they believe my referral from my doctor won’t go through to insurance. I’m hoping I won’t get billed because my visit with the other derm office that I switched from took the same referral and I haven’t gotten billed. Overall I’d love to stay with Megan if my insurance allows it.

They have great hours (always can get one around work). But actually I just went in the other day, hoping to get help with something minor, because I was in the same building for a surgery follow up. I am wearing a neck brace and can’t only get rides around very rarely. They helped me immediately and were super friendly about it. I was really grateful. Also the dr. I saw was awesome. I wish I’d taken care to remember her name! Nice to have some positivity in this awful time.

Efficient, hygienic and professional. The doctor and medical assistant never made me feel uncomfortable. For a skin check, being naked, middle aged, pale, and on a table in a flimsy paper gown, the lack of awkward is a pretty big plus in my book. Definitely “covid friendly” and just welcoming and friendly overall.

I had a great experience twice here at TDG. Both the Riverdale and Morristown locations.Minimal wait time, staff was polite and helpful. I saw 2 of the PAs, each who were equally knowledgeable and kind. Did not have to wait long for an appointment. Overall great experience!

This was my first visit to a dermatologist. I was extremely pleased with the Derm Group and their level of professionalism. The facility itself is very clean and the staff is very friendly and the service is very fast. I saw Dr. Suzanne Dundon and she was very friendly and answered all my questions regarding my hair condition. I left the Derm Group feeling very happy that my lifelong hair issues will be finally resolved. I highly recommend the Derm Group to all my friends and family! Covid protocols in place at this Morristown location, helpful and friendly staff...Dr was great she took her time & answered all my questions during exam. Been going to TDG for over a decade, have been to 3 locations depending on where I lived. Dr’s, PA’s, receptionists, other staff are fantastic. Many medical & cosmetic services available. Note for Morristown: if no parking avail in lot, drive past to next street- there is underground parking below the building but no obvious signage in the main lot- the front desk told me this when I said I had to park in JCPL lot across street & run in the rain- now I know for next time!

Really liked this practice. I took my 11 year old to Dr Radusky last week for a rash I assumed was poison ivy . Dr Radusky was reassuring and put both my son and myself at ease which was a big plus during these stressful times . The Dr had a calming bedside manner along with a positive and specific treatment plan to address my sons now confirmed eczema. One week later and my sons flare up has subsided and we were left with tips and suggestions should another episode occur . Excellent experience for both my son and myself -Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great dermatologist

Solid experience. They fit me in without having to wait on an appointment later in the week (unlike other dermatology groups locally). I realize appointments take precedence, but pain being addressed immediately is a good thing. Anne-Marie (?) at the desk was super helpful and though their system difficulty to register me. Dr. Altman was fantastic, good questions and cared. Efficient, in and out in less than an hour even as a walk-in, plus a follow-up a week and a half later. Prescription sent directly to the right pharmacy.

I absolutely loved this place. I came here with a concern that was really upsetting me and everyone was so encouraging and vibrant, it made me instantly feel better and the facility is spotless! Dr. Altman was amazing. She went through the appointment quickly but not making me feel rushed. She made sure I was informed and comforted and even when I came back for a follow up treatment, she was extremely enthusiastic which made me feel so much better and confident again. The registration process was also very quick and even when there was issues with my insurance, they were very accommodating in still making sure I was attended to in a timely manner. I usually have such a bad experience with doctors/dentists/etc. but this was definitely a positive experience and worth the 30 min drive from my house.

Visited for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised! I saw Dr Bilkis for a cyst. There were about 20+ people in the waiting room when I arrived, but I was seen in about 20-30 minutes. Once I was called, Dr Bilkis was very friendly and attentive. He didn't keep me waiting in the exam room. For someone who was feeling very insecure, he did a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable. I ended up getting a cortisone shot and he goes "don't worry, this won't hurt me a bit!" I would definitely be back to see Dr Bilkis!

Dr Hochman is the best doctor I've ever experienced. She listens carefully and takes into consideration what you have to say. She actually thinks about your condition when she's not looking you in the face! She always comes in with news about my condition or another source to look into. She's cautious with medications, has no interest in simply medicating you and then forgetting you exist. She keeps an eye on reactions and relative usefulness. A knowledgeable practitioner and a caring human.

I found a strange looking spot on my hand that I wanted to have checked out. Nervous, I called this morning and asked for the soonest appointment, thinking it would be in a couple days or next week. They fit me in today. It was a 5:40 appointment and I was seen by 6:00pm. The doctor not only checked the suspicious spot on my hand, but every birth mark and beauty mark on my body. A portion of the suspicious spot was shaved off right then and there and sent for testing, and the results should be in in 2 weeks. The doctor was professional, calming, and thorough. I am satisfied with this practice and my experience here.

I went to see Dr. Bilkis in regards to moderate to severe acne that I had on my face for over a year. I had seen a few other dermatologists within this timeframe, with no effective solutions yet. Dr. Bilkis and I decided on two acne creams that I would use each day, and I additionally took oral antibiotics for about two and a half months. With this regimen as well as keeping in mind his advice about a proper diet, my skin cleared up dramatically. I stopped taking the antibiotics over a month ago, and my skin continues to gradually become more and more clear. I am also now taking probiotics daily, after his advice to do so. Words cannot describe how much better I feel, both physically and psychologically. I recommend Dr. Bilkis not only because of the effectiveness of his care, but because of the determination he had to treat my acne and the perceived personalization of his care.
