I came in with a pimple in my ear that I had been dealing with for most of my life. I had tried everything before — freezing treatments, creams, and even another dermatologist who only gave me more cream without really doing anything. When I came here, they actually took the time to treat it properly by draining it completely, and for the first time it has sincerely gone away. I cannot thank them enough for finally helping me with something I had struggled with for so long. She was absolutely phenomenal, and I only wish I remembered her name so I could personally thank her in this review.

Dr Quan is amazing . Had a procedure with her yesterday and it went amazing. She talked me thru the whole procedure step by step and made sure I was doing good during it. Her MA Noah was just as pleasant to be around . Fromt desk staff was very professional and informative. I was in and out , wait time was less then 5 minutes.

So far so good. Brittney Danberry was my VIRTUAL dermatologist (for a ‘dry scalp’) for several years. Nice & prof. New one, Nicole Minogue, seems EVEN better, GREAT listening + care + cool, friendly vibez !! Now will be doing a lil surgery w/ some other male doc, let’s see! Very recommended so far & they have several locations, I think.. + a lil ‘TOO SAFE’ app called ‘Klara’, there’s several steps to FINALLY log-in !! 🤣😭

Before COVID when I was working in Manhattan I was going to the Murray Hill location and when I started working from home I knew I wanted to find someplace closer. I was so excited to see a Schweiger Dermatology office in Brooklyn, close to my home. I’ve had only the most positive experiences with Schweiger Dermatology. The staff on Ave J is very friendly. Everyone always seems genuinely happy to see me and always greets me with a smile. The office is spotless and very well run. I never wait longer than a few minutes. Jennifer is the best. She is warm, professional, funny and the best in terms of Botox. Highly recommend this location!

My entire visit was ~10-15 minutes. Kiara did my intake and coordinated technical work like pharmacy info/pmh/etc with professionalism. My PA Nicole made a quick diagnosis and immediately sent meds to my pharmacy for my problem. I had some insurance issues at the pharmacy but thankfully they were able to be resolved immediately because of prompt communication between my pharmacy and the office. My retinol was delivered in the cutest tote bag a day later. I'll be returning!

EVERYONE there greater us with a smile and friendly positive attitudes from the front receptionist, to the person who walked my mother to the doctor's office, to the person taking down the nites before the doctor walked in. Atmosphere looked very professional, clean and modern. Some medical offices look old and depressing. Loved the atmosphere. One woman even helped me mother walk all the way down the long hallway to the doctors office because she was in so much pain from her leg wound. That's just above and beyond right there. The doctor really knew how to set a patients mind at ease and distract the patient when injecting the anesthetic and doing the biopsy. Saw my mother smile for the first time since she had the infection. A person can be the most excellent doctor in their field and have a sub par bedside manor but this doctor knew how important every aspect of his job was.

I'm really confused as to why the other reviews are so low. I feel like I'm going to a completely different place. Maybe I've just been lucky, but everytime I've gone, the process has been smooth and quick. The front desk women have been nice (not overly personable but honestly who cares?), the entire office is ridiculously PRISTINE, and I've never waited more than 5 mins to be called in for my appt. Usually, there's almost no one there when I come in. I've only ever sat in the waiting area with one other person. I see Brittany Snyder, who is young, very nice, and willing to listen. I don't feel rushed when I'm with her and I feel like she will answer any question I have to the best of her ability. So far, I'm much happier here than I was at my old derm. Also, I've never had any problem with making or cancelling appts, and they have a patient portal that's easy to access so you can communicate with your doctor about test results, appts, etc.

On January 15, 2021 I was examined by Dr. Abraham Freilich and was given the once over from head to toe. I was sent there for a skin problem on my head but Dr. Freilich made me take my shirt off, lower my pants, and proceeded to ask me about every mark that I had on this beautiful body and how did I get it. I have never been examined like that since the day I was born eighty one years and one month ago. The staff is very pleasant and helpful, (the computer sign-in was mind bending for me) the exam was not rushed and the few minutes of waiting time in a non-packed waiting room was relaxing. I am looking forward to my next visit in three months...........if I am still alive in three months.
