Good selection. Couldn’t find the ones I wanted so the staff up front were able to order for me with in store pick up in a few days. Only $80 for Uggs good sale. The staff here are so nice. Great customer service experience. Thank you.

I was trying on Hoka running shoes which were to small ...the sales clerks suggested we can order the size you need and it will be delivered to your home address. I was very happy about the suggested. The Hoka running shoes are very comfortable for my feet. I love the way they feel. I did need to go a 9 to 9.5 in size which my toes had more room.

On March 18, we went into the mall just to kill time, but the brightness and cleanliness of this store really caught our attention compared to other stores, so we decided to go in. The staff were honestly amazing. Super friendly, helpful, and they really knew their stuff without being pushy at all. We ended up buying three pairs, which is kind of crazy because we weren’t planning to buy anything. That was honestly because of how we were treated. A gentleman was helping us, and a lady was also giving advice and guiding us the whole time. It felt really easy and comfortable from start to finish. We felt welcomed and taken care of the entire time. We’ll definitely be coming back and buying our shoes from here. You can tell the team is working really hard, and it shows. We left really happy. I happened to be walking by the Brown’s store in Midtown Plaza and decided to have a browse. The store was impeccably clean, brightly lit ,well organized and had a great selection of quality footwear. The staff were brilliant in helping me find shoes for my busy job as an emergency department RN and also some super cute fluffy slippers for my down time at home. I truly love my purchases!!
