I had a blepharoplasty with Dr. Pearce. From my first visit until my 2 month post-op, my experience has been excellent. The staff id friendly and efficient. Dr. Pearce is explains everything clearly. I have been working with Dr. Pearce since 2020. Initially, I sought his treatment to correct drooping eyelids. The surgery was successful, and I was very pleased with the process from start to finish. With subsequent unrelated issues, I was referred back to him due to co-occurring conditions that could only be treated by an Oculofacial Plastic Surgeon. I have since required surgery for a blocked tear duct, and treatment for recurrent styes. During my 'stye era,' Dr. Pearce left no stone unturned. He used multiple treatment modalities to prevent styes and relieve symptoms. Although, it was a difficult journey in my health, I had comfort knowing that I was receiving the best care. To date I am symptom free, but I would not hesitate to use his services again!!

I am so pleased with the procedure Dr Handler performed on my eyes. Both of my upper eyelids were very droopy to the point it was hard to see. Dr Handler removed the excess skin and I was left with no scarring. I had my lower eyelids tightened so the puffiness was gone. Dr Handler made an adjustment in my lower left under eye after my recheck in a year. I am so happy and pleased with my eyes and would highly recommend Dr Handler. He did a wonderful job!

I highly recommend Dr. Handler and his office staff. Even though it was an afternoon appointment there was no wait time at all. The doctor and his staff were very professional but friendly. He explained all my options but it was my decision as to what to do. He removed a slice of skin from the top of my lower eyelid, there was no pain at all and there was no pain afterward. I followed his instructions and it healed beautifully. If you need any kind of eye lid treatment go to Dr. Lawrence Handler.

Dr. Pearce is incredible. I'm only 50, but have had droopy eyelids for years. The office is so friendly and walked me through the process of getting my surgery completely covered by insurance. I'm one week post surgery and look great! He stressed the word "natural" and was so comforting during the entire process. I look like I finally woke up from a very long nap. There was ZERO pain. Recovery was nothing for me. Best decision ever!

Dr. Handler literally saved my face! After a botched surgery from another doctor Dr. Lawrence Handler gave me back my lower lid, my ability to have a normal eye, and brought back my smile! I had a bilateral bleparoplasty and left eye ptosis repair in May of 2021. Dr. Handler was recommended by both my Ophthalmologist and my Dermatologist. I had wanted the drooping of my eyelids repaired and the lids/brows were quite asymmetric. The results were by far more impressive than I had hoped. I am completely happy with the post op results, including a dramatic improvement in lid/brow symmetry.
Dr. Pierce was recommended by a friend who had eyelid surgery for droop, which I needed also. From the first appointment, he spent plenty of time with me explaining and answering all my questions (even by phone and email as surgery neared). The results are amazing! Scar lines are clean and fading quickly (7 weeks post-surgery now), peripheral vision better and so much more light! The bonus is a much younger look. Highly recommend Dr. Pearce and the team at his surgery center also.
For years I suffered from eyelids that hung so low in my eyes that I had trouble seeing and it looked pretty ugly. I got up the nerve to have Dr Handler do surgery. He is so wonderful! I now can see and look so much better. He and his staff and the hospital were so kind and professional. Can't say enough good things!

I had a cosmetic bilateral lower blepharoplasty and cosmetic brow lift done by Dr. Pearce. I am so pleased with the results. All of my interactions with him have been positive. Dr. Pearce took his time to explain the procedures to me. I never felt rushed, and he gave me several call backs to make sure I was confident with my decisions. Before the surgery, I wore glasses constantly to try and hide my eyes. Now that I no longer have those droopy lids, I feel younger and more confident!

I went to Dr Handler for droopy eyelids, I could not be happier with the results. He is a very kind and compassionate doctor that knows what he is doing. I have gotten so many compliments from people on my now not droopy eyelids. The surgery and recovery was pain free. Truvista Surgery Center was awesome, very clean with a great caring staff. Dr Handler did a great job! on both of my eyes for Ptosis. I would highly recommend him. I no longer have to lift my brows to see clearly, my perpherial vision is so much better and I no longer have the Headaches I use to. If you have ever had long hair and had it cut off, that is the feeling of lightness that remains! My field of vision is also greatly expanded - sometimes you don't know what you are missing until you get it back! Additionally, in these past months, four people I have met also had Dr. Handler "do" their eyelids and all were equally as enthusiastic. From the office staff to the surgical center and especially Dr. Pearce the level of care I received for my blaphoplasty was exceptional. Not only did the results exceed my expectations but it was with minimal pain and scarring. Dr. Pearce is a very skilled surgeon who truly cares for his patients. Highly recommend!
He's wonderful. I went to Dr. Pearce for a MOHS repair in January 2020. He spent time with me before the procedure explaining everything I need to know. He was kind, compassionate and I felt comfortable and confident with him from the beginning. His staff is helpful and stayed in touch with me in the weeks leading up to the procedure. So often, experiences with doctors leave me feeling confused and underwhelmed. They're all busy and stretched thin. Dr. Pearce breaks that mold. No complaints at all. Great experience.

Yesterday, Sept. 19, 2019, I came home from the office of Dr. Zachary Pearce, DO, feeling as if I were floating in the air. Why? Because I was very satisfied with the results of my upper eyelid surgery, he did 3 months ago. He asked me how I have been feeling these days. Well, I told him: "I feel better now, seeing better and feeling great! And you know Why? Because I am no longer wearing my dark glasses, (even at night) hiding the droopiness and ugliness of my eyes, one smaller than the other. I am now wearing my clear prescription glasses. I can see better and wide. No more bumping my head in entering my car, on kitchen upper hanging cabinets, and even on two-door refrigerator. What you did to me was like a miracle! Had I known before that I could have a safe eyelid surgery with no surgical complications, I could have done it earlier. Thank you very for doing a job well!" (Really, I think he reduced my age from 86 to 70. What a wonderful world!)
Dr. Pearce was very kind and explained the procedure he was going to do very thoroughly. He told me everything to expect and there were no surprises. He has very skillful hands and I am thrilled with the results. The very first thing I noticed was my ability to see full range so much better. The difference was remarkable. I am trying to talk my husband into it. So not only do you get the cosmetic younger look you can see better as well. Win win. I healed quickly and beautifully and am so happy I did it...especially with Dr. Pearce. He gets five stars from me. If you are hesitant, don't be. It is so worth it.

Where do I begin? I had been suffering from this condition for over a month before I found doctor handler. He asked me to send him pictures, and over the course of the next few days spoke with me at length about my issue. He always called back as soon as possible and was always courteous, patient and concerned.He made me feel like a priority and like he really cared, which in my experience with doctors isn't always the case. Meeting him in person at his office (and his exceptional office staff) just confirmed this feeling. He was incredibly kind, efficient, professional but also warm and the procedure was done in less than a half hour. All the time both dr. Handler and his staff kept making sure I was comfortable and they really made me feel at ease. My only regret was that I didnt find him sooner! Highly, highly recommend. Quality care is so hard to find these days, and his rating just reflects the kind of care he provides. Highly, highly recommend!!!
When I decided to have eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) I considered one of the numerous plastic surgery places around but my Ophthamologist highly recommeded I have a consultation with Dr Pearce who only works on eyes (not all areas of the body like most doctors). This made sense to me and was such a great decision. I am one week out from having my surgery and couldnt be more please. Dr Pearce was professional, did a terrific job, and my friends are amazed at the before and after! Fabulous.

I saw this Doctor after I had eyelid surgery with another doctor that I wasn't satisfied with. The staff as well as the doctor were very professional and it was very apparent that he knew his stuff. He's such a nice person and it's clear he isn't trying to do unnecessary procedures just to make money. He actually pointed out very little needed to be done cosmetically and referred me to an Ophthalmologist who is also excellent and I believe solved my problems. I'm grateful to have had the pleasure to see this doctor and I would highly recommend him.
My 3 1/2 year old son had to have a dermoid cyst removed from between his eye and nose. Many doctors told me they could not do it. Dr. Handler was confident he could. I thought how he wanted to do the surgery was strange but it came out beautiful. Dr. Handler answered all my questions and my son has no scar! Great work.
