Well…a little background first! I survived an accident 10 years ago, which left my a bi-lateral above-the-knee amputee. The operating table is not a place I’m fond of! I genetically was gifted pitosis and was losing peripheral vision, due to the sagging eye lids! I felt as if I carried every bit of trauma under my eyes! Just looked very tired! I chose to have the upper and lower lids done, while he was fixing the pitosis! Dr.Zachary Pearce has one of the kindest bed side manner that Ive seen in awhile! I couldn’t have felt more comfortable being under his care on the operating table! I even received a personal call to see how I was doing! I believe that speaks volumes for his character! Not to mention, the results were amazing and I finally looked as if I actually get a good 8 hours every night! The staff was very comforting! Thank you to Dr. Pearce and his amazing staff! Sincerely

I had two eye lid surgery’s with Dr Pearce over a year ago. He did an amazing job. The first was to remove a big cyst above my left eye lid. Which healed nice and took care of the problem. The second was an eye lid lift on both eyes. I am so happy with the job he did. Not only were my eye lids cumbersome before surgery they also made me look older. My eye lids are more functional now it is easier to see, and they look more pleasing too! I had a very positive experience with surgery and surgery prep everything went really well. Dr Pearce and staff made me feel extremely comfortable during the process and after and the outcome is wonderful. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you Dr Pearce for your help!
Dr. Pearce is incredible. I'm only 50, but have had droopy eyelids for years. The office is so friendly and walked me through the process of getting my surgery completely covered by insurance. I'm one week post surgery and look great! He stressed the word "natural" and was so comforting during the entire process. I look like I finally woke up from a very long nap. There was ZERO pain. Recovery was nothing for me. Best decision ever!

I had droopy eyelids on both of my eyes. Dr Zachary Pearce was recommended to me by my Ophthalmologist. He said to me " a lot of Drs do eye surgery; including dermatologists. I want my patients to go to a Doctor who specialists in the eye. He recommended Dr. Pearce. I was very happy with the way I was treated. The ladies in the office couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Dr. Pearce explained everything to me in terms that I could understand and was very patient and answered all of my questions as if I was the only patient that he had and I was important to him. He talked to me right before surgery and again explained everything and asked me if I had any questions. The day after surgery he called me at home himself to see how I was doing and to answer any further questions that I may have had. I saw him for my post surgery visit and again staff and Doctor Pearce was very caring, helpful and very intelligent. I had never met Dr. Pearce before or had I even heard of him. I will recommend him to all of my friends who may need the eye surgery that he performs. I am 75 years old. One of the great office staff Kathrina Harper was very helpful to me. I made my appointment for surgery and because of Cov19 and a family wedding I had to change my appointment. When things changed I then wanted my surgery changed again. Kathrina very nicely put me on a cancellation list. I lucked out and got the surgery date that worked perfectly for me.!
Dr. Pearce is THE most thorough, compassionate and caring doctor I have ever met. My recent office visits, a subsequent eye surgery, and the incredible post-operative care I received were beyond the pale. If you are seeking the right & best eye surgeon, you just found him. I went to Dr. Pearce, DO for blepharoplasty to fix my droopy eyelids. I am about 2 weeks post op and I absolutely love the results. Dr. Pearce is amazing! He made sure that I was comfortable with how much I wanted to remove, reminding me that I would still want to look like my own children (they've got my eyes). His gentle nature was just what I needed. He also made me feel comfortable, as did the TruVista surgery center staff, when prepping for the surgery. It was a completely painless and easy recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Pearce.

When I decided to look into eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) I initially began researching the dozens of plastic surgeons in the area but didnt know who would do the best with eyes specifically. So I went to my Ophthalmologist to ask his opinion. He said I should have a consultation with Dr Pearce who is an Oculoplastic Surgeon and only does eyes. What a great decision! That was less than 2 mths ago and now I am one week after my surgery and couldn't be more pleased. Dr Pearce is kind, very skilled, and professional. The staff at his office and the TruVista surgery center were terrific. Hope this information helps others who are considering eye surgery.

Dr. Zachary Pearce, DO was amazing. After three days of not being able to see out of my eye and four doctors who did not want to mess with it, Dr. Pearce was willing to help and give some immediate relief at the first appointment. He took his time, conferred with my regular doctors before treatment and checked in on me every day until things improved, even on the weekend. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an eye specialist who goes above and beyond.
