Hate going to doctor for any reason, delayed this for quite a while, finally became necessary. Location was good, parking good, staff, very friendly, little bit of wait, not bad, doctor excellent and new to me, very pleased with entire visit.

Started going to this office a month ago and I am so impressed. Dr. Monica is nice, kind and the most important part is she listens... I had a sheet of paper filled with questions and she answered every one of them. The staff is friendly. So happy I happened upon them after my ENT doctor couldn't figure out my allergic reactions which led to hives. I am now on my way to a great recovery. Deb P

Each provider I’ve had at Metropolitan Dermatology has been excellent. I’ve been being treated by Anne Daniels for a long time. She’s very knowledgeable, answers & explains everything so I fully understand. Her kind & caring personality along with her expertise are remarkable. I completely trust Anne with my care. The staff are all helpful & the office is run very efficiently.

Dr. Eastern is a fantastic dermatologist and i have noticed a difference in my skin texture. I went to him for a chemical perl and laser hair removal and was satisfied with my outcome. I will continue to go to him for minor touch ups like chemical peel. Clean environment, no long wait, courtesy staff.

I was seen the same day I called. My practioner, Francelli Bello, is very professional. And practically speaking, there is a municipal parking lot across the street. The office is also close to Bergenline Ave and public transportation.

I had my first visit with them today and I found them to be very friendly and welcoming. They were courteous and cheerful...even though it was. cold and damp Monday morning! The location is close to the Parkway and has plenty of parking. The staff is very organized, and my appointment took place on time. I did not feel rushed, there was a consultation followed by the procedure. Dr Farag was very friendly and down to earth. He has a great demeanor, and understands that patients want to be treated with care. I highly recommend this office.

I went to the West New York Office, a small office but very clean, well maintained and orderly. The dermatologist who attended to my needs, was very attentive and well informed about my particular issue. She took her time explaining every detail to help me understand what was going on and a systematic plan was put together to address it. I left the office feeling secure. By the way, public parking is a little tricky but there's a lot right across the street and the parking rates are pretty cheap. I paid $1.50 for 2 hours but I was in-and-out of the office by 30 minutes!

I was recently examined by Dr. Walton at Metropolitan Dermatology and it was a satisfying experience. She is very friendly and understanding of her patient's concerns and takes the time to explain resolutions in an easy to understand matter. She was able to answer all of my questions with ease and went above and beyond in making sure I received the best treatment. I will definitely be recommending her to family and friends.
After three treatments, my skin looks a lot better; I couldn't have done it without the help of Kristy. She's very knowledgeable has excellent communication skills and made sure that I was comfortable. All of these factors are very important when getting a high-level chemical peel. It was her bedside manner that had me coming back; she truly cares about her patients. The office is clean and the staff is tremendously inviting. Don't let me appearance of the office throw you off. As the cliche goes: looks can be deceiving.
