I brought them back to the store on Monday, June 1st and spoke with the female manager who was working that day. I'm forgetful so I didn't quite catch her name. Tonight, September 11th, I went shoe shopping with a friend. I usually hate buying shoes and clothes because it's exhausting trying to find the right thing, especially when you have something specific in mind. But tonight was different because of Bruna. She helped us at the store, and she was so sweet! We really connected. She was also Brazilian and super kind. She handled every request we had perfectly. I even bought extra stuff just to support her! At first, we checked out other stores, but I honestly went back just for her. The way she treated us made me want to buy more. Now, my friend and I plan to always go back to that store to see her whenever we need shoes. He even wants to get Uggs there! So, thank you, Bruna, for making this such a great experience.

Loved this pair so much but only display item was available for my size. I didn’t like to pay regular price for the display pair which is handled by thousands of customers. So asked them if it would be discounted for this reason. But they said no. Then I asked for the Manager and discussed my concerns with him, he said if you really want this one then I will order one for you with free delivery at your doorstep within 2-3 days. I needed them for one event in 4 days. I trusted his confidence and paid for them. Well, he kept his promise and I did receive my shipment in 2 working days. Thank you so much for your customer service. In addition the sales lady was super nice. I tried lots of different designs and sizes but she enthusiastically catered to my needs. Overall I’m satisfied with my shopping experience.

I visited this location today, I forgot my phone after i was done with my purchase in the store. The cell phone is not expensive but I had my import ant documents in my phone. I had a great shopping experience here! I went to this store to buy my first timberlands for the fall/winter weather, and I knew I was between sizes 6.5 and 7. I had trouble getting them on at first due to the laces but worker was really patient and accommodating. He also provided a lot of advice in how leather shoes should fit and I decided to go with the 6.5s :) I’m really happy with my purchase and I’d definitely come here again for future shoe purchases!

I originally was in the market for a specific pair of Vans shoes, but I stopped in to look at some other brands and the sales people were so helpful I ended up choosing something else instead. They estimated delivery in 3 days, but once I had the tracking # it said it would be almost a week later! In actuality, they came 1 day later than the store ETA so I was quite impressed (They shipped from QC to BC in a matter of days) even their customer service rep on website was helpful in regards to information regarding expedition of shipping.

"Amazing Customer Service and Shoe Quality!" Fantastic store! I was there on Dec.29th during the busy holiday rush and their customer service was impeccable! Malika was so friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to inform me about the pair of boots that I bought! She even brought out some mink oil and applied it on the boots to show me how to remove blemishes and to waterproof them. I am not used to such good customer service anymore since generally speaking, my experience is that it has been declining in retail lately, but this store is clearly an exception! Also, while Malika was in the back getting my boots I got approached by at least two other salespeople wanting to make sure that I was taken care of. The manager of the store was also very friendly and helpful and shared with me how they are doing so well that they will be moving soon to a larger storefront within Metrotown. Also, the quality of the shoes is markedly higher at Browns than in other shoe stores I had looked at on the same day. I got a stunning pair of red leather Artica boots that are so beautiful and unique and seem like a high quality product - and I did not see a similar pair of shoes anywhere else! Great job, Browns Metrotown! You should be proud of your store both in terms of the quality of the product and customer service!

Yesterday I went to browns shoes at metropolis and had an amazing experience that I would like to share!!! Right when I walked in I was greeted by a friendly worker who's name is Zuhal. She was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure I was given excellent customer service. I walked in only to browse and ended up walking out the store with a couple of pairs. I was amazed by her hard work and effort to help. She was kind and extremely patient. I am not usually the person to write reviews but I have not received such great customer service in a long long time. With covid going on I haven't had much interaction with others outside and I had not been into the mall in months. I went into a couple of stores before browns and I am amazed at how nice the workers were at browns in comparison to other stores. I bought a few pairs of shoes that I am absolutely in love with thanks to Zuhal's suggestions and I can honestly say I am excited to wear my new cute summer shoes. Thank you Browns and especially thank you to Zuhal for going out of her way to help me as much as she did. I will be coming back to this location!

I came in this Saturday with a sandal that started falling apart two month after I purchased it, and I did not have my receipt. Iris was the manager on duty and she was so kind, sweet and helpful I could not believe the level of service in the middle of a crazy busy Saturday and the entire store is basically on sale. She was so helpful she called her DM and got approval to help me exchange the damaged sandal for a different pair and I ended up buying another pair while I was in the store. I love Browns and I went to get shoes from the metrotown location. There appears to be this Somalian/Carribean/Trinidadian who seemed to be high on drugs because she was so dazed and confused! She kept coming out with the wrong size and then at the end, the size I needed wasnt even available to order! She always seems to be working evenings! I hope management reads this!
