McGrath Bendigo Thomas Hart from McGrath Real Estate Bendigo responded to my request for assistance in selling my rental property to any clients that he may already have on his books looking for an investment property. My request was for a quick sale no advertising ($3000 plus) and a minimum not negotiable specified sale price, with guarantees the tenant and his 12 month lease would not be altered and the property was to sold as is (no renovations or repairs unless picked as as major defects during a building and pest inspection. Within one week (once my solicitors finalised the section 32) the property passed the building and pest inspection and the sale went unconditional with a $20,000.00 increase above my minimum specified not negotiable sale price. This is the first time that a real estate agent who assured me that they will get the best possible sale price (for the seller) and has actually achieved a better price result looking after the seller (who is the actual client paying the sale commission) and not the purchaser in order to make a quick sale and commission. At every stage of the sale Thomas Hart kept me informed of inspections, requests for reports and any communication from the purchaser. In fact Thomas Hart provide more communication than my solicitors looking after the sale of the property on my behalf. The final cherry on the cake was the delivery of a not too shabby drink and, glasses gift pack from McGrath Real Estate Agents Bendigo to my home address. Thomas Hart and the McGrath Real Estate Agents Bendigo run a very professional, personal and no "nonsense" operation geared to provide their clients the best possible outcome.

Ingrid and Alison at McGrath Estate Agents are the most amazing real estate agents in Berowra. Both worked their tails off to get our house sold. They couldn't do enough to help us get a great price for our home, working with us all the time to suggest new approaches and new ideas. They are also 100% professional, ethical and easy to work with, not pressuring us like some other Berowra real estate agents we approached but decided not to engage with. Could not recommend Ingrid and Alison highly enough. You won't be disappointed and are probably missing out on the best sales expereince with other agents.

Honest, professional and dedicated.
We listed our property the week that Covid-19 hit Australia and we had no idea what to expect. Georgia calmed our nerves, and although it was unfamiliar territory for everyone, she guided us through the constant changes and kept us well informed throughout the sale. She was understanding when we were getting impatient and very professional. She got us a fantastic result under the circumstances and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We are extremely happy with the result and would highly recommend Georgia to anyone wishing to sell in the future.
Sale of our house
It was a particularly slow period given the COVID-19 restrictions as real estate sales almost ground a to a halt. Georgia and Piers had to work very hard to get people through the property by appointment only for almost 8 weeks as open houses were not allowed. Georgia was great to work with, she put a COVID sign together to let people know the rules and was always willing to undertake suggestions from us with respect to people moving through the property. Georgia was always punctual, willing to lock up afterwards and very open with us in sharing the comments made by the prospective buyers. Georgia was always willing to answer any questions we had in regard to the process around the sale of the house and the agents next steps or tactics they would be undertaking with buyers. We liked the openesses between ourselves as vendors and Georgia and Piers as agents. Would I recommend Georgia as an agent - yes I would!

We interviewed a few other local agents and Danielle seemed to have the best market knowledge. The others were all unable to give us an indication of the rent on the spot, Danielle was the only one who had enough knowledge of the market to quote rental price at the first meeting. We researched online what other similar properties to ours were getting for rent, so we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted. The other agents we interviewed quoted us less rent than what we thought except Danielle. She was also the only agent who seemed confident she could achieve the price we were seeking and she did. Were very satisfied with the experience so far. Everything she has said she has delivered. No hesitation in recommending her.
