Exceptional service. Peter and team were very knowledgeable about the local area and thorough. The sale process was seamless and the team provided very regular updates on how things were tracking. Agent was professional always, did not come across as overbearing or over eager to secure the sale, understood sellers situation and requirements, provided all necessary information. Buyer was found and persuaded to offer at upper level of the estimated price point without going to market. Service on the expensive side but well worth it based on the result and overall experience.

McGrath Port Stephens Natalie (Holiday Property Manager) looked after the rental of my holiday unit in Salamander Bay. She was always available and did an excellent job returning a high occupancy rate. After 12 months I decided to sell the unit and once again McGrath did a great job selling the unit for the price I wanted. 10/10.
