Charles communication skills were excellent and he was instrumental in leading the sales process throughout the whole campaign. His leadership was critical in being able to engage with potential buyers and negotiate an outcome . We had a different agent to begin with. He wasn't the best. He would take days to reply to the calls/messages and not very proactive. We felt pretty much ignored! Charles was extremely attentive, proactive, hard working and friendly. He managed to get us a sale price for our property which was significantly higher than the area and almost 200k over what the old agent estimated! Highly recommend him.
