Breath of fresh air

Hazel looked after the complete sales process - from providing tradespeople to look after minor repairs and touch-ups to window cleaners and stylists. She also recommended a solicitor to us who has been just as helpful and flexible as she has been. Hazel liaised with the Council in relation to our swimming pool to ensure that its current non-compliance didn't hinder the sale. Hazel fully researched the market (which was quite difficult in relation to our property) and the price she negotiated prior to auction was right in the middle of the guideline she provided at the outset. During the sales process she was happy to discuss the sale at any time of day/night 7 days a week and dropped in a number of times to provide advice and assistance. Selling a home can be a very stressful experience, but Hazel made it as painless as possible.
My experience with Hazel was not only in the marketing and sale of the Unit, but also in the extensive refurbishment prior to sale. Living interstate, it was difficult for me to manage tradespeople for quotes and then performance of the work.
