I’m a long-time Browns customer and have visited several locations over the years. I can confidently say the service I received at the McArthurGlen location is by far the best. The staff are consistently polite, patient, and very attentive. Their guidance and support made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’d especially like to recognize one of the team members who appeared to be a manager. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and handled everything with great care. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she truly stood out. Highly recommend this location!

Came here with my (very particular!) Mum looking for shoes for travel. Steven was incredibly helpful, gave us everything we needed to try on and much needed advice about which shoes were best for walking long distances. He was incredibly helpful with sizing, very attentive, and even helped us order a pair shipped to my Mum’s home when they didn’t have her size in our preferred colour way. He assisted us with cleaning advice and we left with everything we needed! Thank you so much Steven, this was the best customer service we have experienced in a long time!

Sometimes you can find some gems here, I found this pair of Wishbone shoes which is adorable. Price is probably same as a regular Browns though.

Stopped by Browns at McArthurGlen and ended up picking up a pair of OnClouds. Staff were helpful without being pushy, which made the shopping experience easy. The store was clean and well-stocked, with a nice range of sizes and styles. Felt like a smooth and relaxed purchase. The shoes have been great so far too.

I actually didn’t have my size and was gonna go to another browns or just order online but he was so nice and helpful that we decided to order it online and buy it there. Browns, you have just taken the shoe store game to next level. This store was one of the most organized and cleanest Brown store I have ever been too. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I had the best time, apologies I couldn't take any pictures, but will definitely do it next time.
