Was very busy in store with lots of customers bleeding attention. The associate was calm, collected and ensure all customers were provided with prompt attention. She also followed up quickly to ensure additional needs/questions could be addressed.

I came in looking for a specific shoe size on Sunday, and one of their assistants (glasses, great hair) really stood out. Even though he was helping another customer, he noticed me, paused what he was doing, quickly asked what I needed, grabbed my size, and then went back to help the other person. That level of attentiveness is rare. He was intelligent, never pushy, and incredibly well put together. He made my shopping experience exquisite. Highly recommend Brown’s Burlington and their excellent staff.

Veronica was the salesperson who served us and she was as polished, professional and service-oriented as they come. She welcomed us warmly and promptly, brought the shoes in the size I requested, but also brought another suitable option out of her own initiative, which I greatly appreciated. I felt very comfortable with her, she was very respectful, and overall, she made it a very pleasant shopping experience. We were also pleased to see they had many staff available to assist customers, given it was a busy Saturday. Great selection in the store— can’t wait to go back. Thank you, Veronica!

Big SHOUT-OUT to Stefanie Kaminski-Manager. Stefanie’s impressive leadership was properly executed with her team and superior Customer Service with me while her staff proceeded to locate another Browns locations for correct size Moon Boots footwear during Christmas mayhem throughout Mapleview. She was very charming and her staff were very friendly!! I don’t purchase women’s shoes for wife and daughters too frequently…. but…. will return to Browns Mapleview from now on.

Staff is always friendly and greet you right away. I had bought a pair of uggs a week ago and noticed they were on sale for Black Friday. Right away when I mentioned it the staff price adjusted without me having the receipt or item, they looked me up by phone number and found my receipt! I will be choosing Browns first from now on for my future footware.

A HUGE shoutout to Frank and Louise. I was roaming Mapleview Mall on August 29th when I went into Browns. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in. I walked around, just looking. Picked up a few different shoes & sandals. Frank noticed and offered to help. Louise then came to help as Frank was on cash. I ended up buying two pairs of sandals which I love. I spent $265 however didn’t even think twice. I was happy. Fantastic service. Louise was super patient as I can be indecisive. Props to this store. I definitely will recommend them and will return.

My mom and I had an amazing experience at Browns today. We were looking for comfortable running shoes that I could wear to work as a nurse. The gentleman up front was super friendly and readily available to greet us and help us. Another woman got us the sizes we needed and made sure I was comfortable in the shoes. They were both so amazing I wish I would’ve gotten their names to give them a special thanks. Great service, will definitely be back! Update: I believe the name of the woman was Mariam as per the receipt, thanks Mariam!

Last November, I had gone into browns VERY pregnant on the hunt for a pair of flats to wear to my baby shower. I didn't think I'd find anything with it being November. I didn't catch the gentleman's name, but I know he has 4 children himself, helped me fond the perfect shoe. I had concerns about the colour matching the dress. He had me show him a photo, and found a purse in the store the same colour to show me it would work. Fast-forward to last week I was back in and had a young woman help me find the perfect heel for the outfit I'll wear to my son's baptism. She had my try on different shoes to find the perfect fit. Then again I was in, this time with my fiancè, to find shoes for him to wear to the baptism. The gentleman who helped me in November helped him and again is was a phenomenal experience. He remembered me and we were able to chat. The staff at Browns remember their customers and always make the shopping experience quick, easy, and comfortable.

Buying shoes can be a real chore sometimes, but selling shoes can be a bigger pain. Browns, Maple View Shopping Centre, makes buying great shoes at an affordable price a pleasant experience. I recently had a great time buying a favorite, but hard to find brand thanks to the help of a brilliant sales clerk, Sarah. Browns has my recommendation!

Browns is one of my favourite stores overall. The shoe selection here is superb and a large portion of my shoes come from their stores This location, however, is by far my favourite! The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and straight forward. I always feel they go above and beyond to help me and understand my needs even when I’m not quite sure what I’m looking for. They’ve helped me pick a variety of my favourite shoes Today, I went in with a shoe I had picked up that had some slouching. As it turns out, that’s just the shoe design and I was misinformed when selecting it. Nevertheless, the store graciously processed a return for me. 10/10 customer service! I will be back soon for more shoes from this lovely team.

i recieved some amazing customer service when i was shopping, there was a huge selection of items and she directed me to things "of my taste" based off a vague description of what i wanted. i loved the shoes i tried on, only taking away a star because i was unable to buy any because of the price. not fault of the store but would be nice to have some discounts or cheaper options!

Christa and the staff at Browns Mapleview were very friendly and helpful over the Christmas season. When I purchased a pair of Hunterboots for my wife before Christmas Christa held them for me for a couple days until I could pick them up when my wife wasn't with me. Unfortunately I purchased the wrong size and post Christmas I was able to exchange the boots, even though I lost the receipt, with no problem at all. Thank you, my wife loves her new Hunter boots.

Will not lie, the staff are all very good at attending to your needs, I shop there always for my Docs, reasoable prices and very friendly staff, I will continue to shop here for shoes etc, as they have a fantastic selection as well, worth the drive to the mall for Browns alone..

Update: Today I went to get a beverage and spotted some nice timberlands. I was tempted to go in but remembered my last encounters but I went in to try again. I promise that going back to this location has no problems anymore. Staff are different except some and super friendly. Things have changed and the owners took the initiative to improve customer experience. If you find any shoes at this location, go and get them. I'm glad to know that new customers won't experience the atrocious attitudes of the old staff and instead will have the positives only.

I Like the shoe quality and options they have at Browns. Staff are also very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They have a large selection of fashionable mens and ladies shoes and boots. I have never jad a problem getting the pair of shoes that I find and like here. They also always see to have what I want in the right size. Highly recommended.
