(Translated by Google) Excellent customer service. The employee in question was the only one (on the entire South Shore) who took the initiative to ensure I received a pair of shoes I was looking for for my mother's birthday. I also received my order at home very quickly. Thank you. (Original) Très bon service à la clientèle. Very attentive and accommodating service by Byron. He's ctually one of the best associates with whom I've dealt with in any retail environment. Quality and selection are quite good, geared to the area demographic. If there's something not available in the store, it can be ordered and quickly delivered either to the store or your own home address. If it doesn't fit, the return is easily processed on site. Despite my familiarity with footwear, given my age, I was still able to learn a few things from Byron. Kudos to Browns for being represented by such a knowledgeable and helpful staff.
