The office staff and the doctor were very attentive to my needs. Very pleasant and professional.
My appointment was scheduled for 7:50am. I was there at 7:30am and I was seen a little before 8 am in the Bayside office, however one day prior to this visit I had an appointment in the garden city office and they cancelled my appointment 10 minutes before my appointment time! I was very upset cause I was already arriving!!! The receptionist who called me was not comfortable with my angry tone! I quickly calmed down and asked to speak with someone else. How do you do that to someone without remorse or understanding from your prospective client/patient! They blamed Zoc Doc on the error! This place has become the Home Depot, Walmart, and other huge stores for dermatology! That’s fine I guess but at least customers are not turned away after they’ve driven 40 minutes!!! Thank you for reading. My hope is that they hire a standby dermatologist that takes patients in need when unexpected happens! show more

My daughter and I had an appointment on Sat 6/21/25 at 11:00 am. We arrived at 10:30 am. Our first visit with the office and we had the most exceptional experience. The friendliest office that I have ever been to. Once we signed all our first visit paperwork we turned to sit and were called in as soon as we sat down. The physician assistant was clear with all questions and concerns. The doctor came into the exam room and confirmed all our concerns she did her thing and explained to us with such clarity very humble and made us feel like family. We will definitely be back! We highly recommend this office for your Dermatology needs. show more

Dr. Falcon is a very knowledgeable and fine doctor. He prepares in advance for your appt, talks frankly with his patients and is an especially excellent diagnostician. The front desk staff and Dr. Falcon's staff are professional and kind, and always a pleasure to deal with. However, if Dr. Falcon wasn't such a great doctor, who is treating me, I would not use Schweiger because they make it near impossible to get through to the local office. Most calls go automatically go to some off premises switchboard, and before you talk to an operator (or as they style themselves as "the patient department" - very transparent) they put you on hold for extended times and don't connect you to the local office without a lot of nonsense if at all. After the extended hold, someone with impersonal manners asks you to spell your name, and give your birthday and tell them why you are cslling. You say please just connect me to the local office. Nope cant do that, even if you are returning a call, they have to look at your chart. Who the heck is this extra person looking at my chart anyway, and why do they need to see my medical info or know my business? I am just returning a call. This is exasperating. Between the hold time and all this nonsense I have lost 25 min of my life that I cannot get back and I have not been able to speak to someone at the local office to provide info they requested. If the local office is unavailable I'd much rather leave a message at the local office, or at least have an option to. In conclusion, the Schweiger system is very flawed and causes losses of your time, patience and dignity. Very frustrating. However, Dr. Falcon and the local office staff shine, and it is a very well run office and it is very pleasant to go there.

Medically, I get what I need, the treatment I received worked for my issue. Most importantly, Dr. Falcon listens. It's a trait that seems to be a throw-back to a different time, especially among specialists, but is among the most important a physician can have, both as a practitioner & to patients. I have been seen by most of the physicians here and cannot say anything bad regarding my treatment, they were all attentive, caring and knowledgeable. The staff has stayed the same throughout the years (that’s a good thing) and they are extremely polite as well as helpful with any issues I’ve had. The office is extremely clean and well organized. Locating parking has never been a problem for me, the office is north of the beach and parking is available year round. One great benefit of visiting this office is it’s beautiful location by the beach, Only a few blocks away from the boardwalk. I highly recommend this Dermatology practice to anyone who is in need of its services.

The office also offered me alternate channels for medications that my health plan did not cover which saved me money. The prescriptions from their recommendation of pharmacy was equally efficient with fast and cost effective service. Follow up treatment with botox by Dr, Dolitsky produced excellent results. I could highly recommend this office for dermatological treatment and botox treatment. The overall experience could not have been better. .

Doctor Falcon is practicing at the Long Beach office, but he’s no longer at the Amityville office which is a bummer. Doctor Falcon is a class doctor and expert practitioner. He built the practice, but it changed hands to the Schweiger group. One definite plus is the long wait times seem to be gone as of my last visit. I wish the office much success and the best to Doctor Falcon!

About one month ago I went into this dermatology office for the first time. This was the nicest office with the nicest staff of any dermatologist office I’ve been to. I was handled expertly with excellent care. Today, they took me without an appointment for my son, at 6 PM! Again he was handled with care and attention to detail. We were treated by Linda the physicians assistant, along with Daniella. Lisa at the front desk was very helpful and made us feel very welcome.
