Our first visit to Lincoln Pediatric Dentistry was amazing. The staff obviously enjoy what they do and love kids. We were greeted at every turn. We toured the office with our Dental Hygienist, Huda. She was kind, compassionate, and thorough. She provided good education on pediatric oral hygiene and other tips and tricks. My daughter (almost two) was nervous, and she was patient as she helped her through, using songs and toys to help her feel more at ease. The doctor was great, too! Quick and efficient!

It was my son’s first time ever at the dentist and the staff was all so welcoming and kind, from the staff at the front desk all the way to the hygienists and dentist! My son was nervous about his first visit, but they were truly so fantastic they made it a breeze. I love that we got a walk through tour of the office on our way back, so much helpful information was shared with us along with asking me if I had any questions or concerns, they walked my son through all the cleaning steps and instruments they were going to use too. They were waiting for me when I got there info ready to go. with a 15 minute warning I was on my way! To a clinic i hadnt been to before but it was the closest (70th and A) And took him back immediately. That is the kind of doctor I love . Emergencies HAPPEN!

I've taken all 7 of my kids here for years... 17 years between the multiple offices actually, and they love it every time. Today my kiddo gaged and got sick over tongue brushing and they cleaned her up and gave her a shirt to wear home. Super super super amazing staff in every office. Very helpful and caring during a traumatic fall that led to my 4 year old needing two teeth extracted. Dr. Wolf answered our call in the evening and continued to check on my daughter. She got us right in the next morning and treated my daughter amazingly! She even said at the end of the day her favorite part of the day was the dentist. Scheduling appointments was easy and they were very understanding and flexible when I had to make an unexpected trip to urgent care for my son's ear infection before my children's appointments. This was very helpful and appreciated as we live over an hour away. All of the staff at Lincoln Pediatric Dentistry are kind, prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The receptionist, dental hygienists, and Dr. Baylee treated both of my children with patience, care, understanding, and were gentle with them while examining and cleaning their teeth. They also explained what they were doing while cleaning and examining their to teeth so my children knew what to expect. I could tell that my children felt comfortable in LPD's environment and care. Dr. Baylee thoroughly explained in detail about the condition of my children's teeth, their oral care, and what the future plans are to me. We brought both of our kiddos in for their first ever dentist appointments. They were able to book them for the same timeslot and have all of us together, which was super helpful for their first time, and because they are still very young. The staff was very friendly, gave us a nice tour of the facility, and were great with the kids. The staff explained everything they were going to do to the kids and to us. We really liked that the whole operation is dedicated to children and everything was friendly for them. They especially enjoyed brushing the teeth of the big stuffed animals while waiting for the dentist. So far I'm very happy with our choice.

They explain everything to you, show you picture and never rush through giving the information. They make you feel you and your child are special and they treated us super well. Pretty amazing how smoothly seeing 3 little girls for the 1st time at the same convenient appointment. LPD coordinated an interpreter, mom, dad, sponsor as well! The front desk staff did an exceptional job coordinating the doctors schedule and accommodating the translator, letting the sponsor prepare the portal paperwork ahead of time was very well done and understandable. The desk staff was extremely pleasant, helpful and very accommodating. A+ for performance!😊 Zoie has a special talent in explaining the care and issues to the parents… even through the translator. The doctors are very fortunate to have Zoie on staff. Not sure what her job description is, but very knowledgeable and professional… I mistook her for the DDS! LPD deserves more than 5 stars from my 1st and only experience with this group.

My daughter does great for dental visits, but is very scared of the unknown! She had to get her first filling and was having full blown panic attacke leading up to her appointment. Dad took her because I couldn't handle it, but the report came back great! No meltdown and she said it didn't even hurt afterwords. My son had a horrible tooth ache. They go him in almost immediately and we're able to do check ups on his brothers at the same time. Despite having never been seen before. It my two girls first time to the dentist. We were so excited to see the amazing waiting area with loads to do and adorable decor. I arrived a bit unnecessarily early and the girls had plenty to do while we waited and not for long at all they got us in before the appointment start time. When we went back for the exam the staff was absolutely amazing and kind and responsive and patient. I have a 3 year old who had trouble sitting still and the staff did their absolute best above and beyond to keep her entertained. I will literally tell of my parent friends to go here if they arent

Last night I found my daughter had a pretty bad abscessed tooth. I became very worried and after talking to friends I realized finding a dentist in Beatrice who takes Medicaid was going to be tough or impossible. One friend suggested you guys so it was the first call I made at 8 this morning. I was surprised that we got in and she was treated today and with the absolute best experience. Everyone was extremely polite, friendly, thorough and professional. Your office was amazing with all the games and very comforting to this stressed out dad. To be honest, I was dreading this appointment. The patient I brought in happens to have special needs and had limited exposure to dental health care. Anne and Dr. Alexa were nonplussed by behaviors and were kind and professional during the entire appointment. When the patient had difficulty handling the procedures they looked for alternative ways to get the job done, all with a smile on their face.

But today my kid broke his tooth half off at the park and they got us in within 2 hours of the injury and were able to glue the tooth back together and you can hardly tell it happened. They were so kind and patient with him and the appointment went well in a very stressful, scary situation.

Editing my previous review: We had a much better experience this time. They scheduled both kids at the same time in an open room, which was extremely helpful because we were done in 30 minutes total. The dentist and hygienists were kind and respectful. They did a good job with my older child who hates getting her teeth cleaned and is apprehensive about x-rays. We were able to fill out all the paperwork beforehand at home, and had the bill finalized as soon as we were done. Beforehand, we requested to not have any toys/prizes offered and that request was respected. My only suggestion would be to not have TV's with sound playing at the same time as a radio/background music in the waiting room. One or the other.
