We’ve had a positive experience overall. The office is clean, organized and runs efficiently. The team does a great job connecting with younger kids. One suggestion would be to consider additional training or awareness around working with neurodivergent children, like those with ADHD. In our experience, the communication style felt a bit rigid at times, and a more patient, adaptive approach could really help kids feel more at ease.

My three year old daughter had a great experience with Dr. Heidi. She went back with the dental assistant for a cleaning with x-rays which we were able to go over at the end of the appointment with Dr.Heidi. As a mom you want to make sure your kid is taken care of and I know for a fact Dr. Heidi and her whole crew are going to always deliver that.

Apparently she did not have to get any Novocaine in her gums this time because they have a new way to numb the area. All the staff are very friendly. They are patient. They are almost always on time so our appointments do not take a long time. Last time was 45 mins for 3 kids. We have had 2 after hours emergencies that they dealt with promptly. One included X-rays and teeth removal.

They have everything set up to make it so nice for kids. They were so nice to us parents and helped us with information and ideas to help our kids dental hygiene stay on the right track. Amazing place. We use Dr.Emily E for our 5 kiddos, (ages 1yrs-12yrs old) she's FANTASTIC!! Shes the only one we want! We had really bad, traumatic experiences overseas; coming to this practice, my son can finally say that he's had good dental experiences. Even his extraction was "fine." We are so grateful that someone else recommended this practice to us. Added 10/25: Today's visit was no exception. My oldest had some gum problems that caused him great discomfort (not the office's fault), but his hygienist was so compassionate and sympathetic. She was tearing up just telling me that my son had tears and she had tried to be so careful. I was so touched that someone else was nearly crying over my son's tears. Usually that's only Mommas. There is still some compassion in the professional world! I can't recommend this practice highly enough. Added 2/19/25: We continue to have positive experiences at this dental practice. We met a new dentist, and she was delightful, as well. They are gracious, professional and kind. Smiles help so much! Highly recommend! 4/21/25: This is starting to feel like a dental journal. Lol. Today my son had 2 teeth extracted with "laughing gas" and local anesthesia and gave 2 thumbs' up.

My daughter had several issues going on due to missed DX from a previous provider. Lincoln Pediatric Dentistry was Amazing from the initial phone call for scheduling to walking out from treatment. My nine-year-old had to have 4 canines pulled. As nervous as anyone would be, when she met with the staff, they were so comforting and had her in all smiles going into her appointment. Dr. Libby Johnson went out of her way to come talk to my daughter comfort her and explain everything that was going to happen… She communicated everything with us, and made everything effortless step-by-step. As silly as this sounds with her having four teeth pulled, she came out with a smile on her face lots of blood, but giggling, saying that it did not hurt at all, so I believe that all of the extra care and attention that they gave her made this experience that will never make her scared of Dentist in the future. Ridiculously grateful for the experience and highly recommend this practice.

I did the paperwork before the appointment online and there were lots of books and things for kids to do in the waiting room which was great. Dr. Heidi and the entire staff make our boys (now 7 and 9) feel very comfortable and get them to engage in the appointment. While my boys complain about having to go to the dentist, afterwards they say, "That wasn't so bad," which is a rave review coming from them! The office in general is a welcoming atmosphere for kids with movies and iPads to entertain them. Parents get great feedback and helpful hints regarding their child's brushing habits and overall oral health (things that look good and things to watch out for). Also I really appreciate the schedulers and ease of filling out forms online before the appointment. When you arrive there is a phone option on the menu to check in instead of just randomly selecting a number hoping someone picks up, which makes a huge difference! We've been going to Lincoln Pediatric Dentistry since my oldest was 12 months old(she's now 5) and we have had nothing but the best experience in the time we've been here. My oldest is a worry wart and always works herself up for nothing when coming to the dentist, but she always leaves with a smile on her face and telling me all about her appointment and her nice "nurse"(dental hygienist). I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old, who saw Dr Baylee and Amanda. They were both excellent! We took our daughter for her first ever dental appointment - she's slightly over two. I was very nervous about how she would experience this - especially in a pandemic. We had a wonderful experience today at Lincoln Pediatric Dentistry. My six-year-old was really nervous about going to the dentist, but the atmosphere was extremely inviting and warm. I can't say enough nice things about the hygienist, Jessica. She was extremely kind and caring and took the time to chit chat with each of my daughters ( six and almost four) to make them feel comfortable. She explained exactly what she was going to do and showed the girls the tools beforehand. During the cleaning, she made sure to keep reassuring them and giving them positive feedback. Then Dr. Emily came in and she was also very kind and took the time to make my girls feel comfortable. She was very knowledgable and did a great job explaining things to my daughters and to me. We felt very taken care of and I will be recommending Lincoln Pediatric Dentistry and Dr. Emily to all of my Lincoln friends and family!

I was referred to Lincoln Pediatric Dentistry by my doctor when my four year old needed a filling (eek!). The office is sooo kid friendly, everyone was calm and welcoming. When my daughter got upset about xrays they were great with her. They did the filling with nitrous gas, and avoided big needles and numb mouth completely, which made the entire experience easier for everyone. I was a bit surprised to be asked to pay the balance as we were walking out, as I am used to being billed after things are sent to insurance (not a big deal, just a heads up). I was very pleased with our visit, and my daughter was thrilled with the unicorn pencil case she got to bring home as a reward.

The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, patient, and SO wonderful with our whole family. We left with a great plan for his oral heath an he left with a new toy and a new Mickey Mouse "brush-brush."

We recently moved to Lincoln and previously my kids had been going to the same dentist since they were babies. As soon as we walked in, the kids were excited and happy to see the decor and fun things to keep them busy. Other kids in the lobby seemed happy and at ease. It was great for the kids to see the "sugar closet" which showed them how much sugar is in drinks and sweets in a very easy to understand way. The hygienists were very warm and engaging with the kids and Dr. Libby was amazing! I felt like the kids were well taken care of every step of the way and at the end we sat and discussed their teeth, x-rays, Dr. Libby's assessment and any next steps. I'm SOOOOOOOO impressed with this place. The dental assistant that help clean my daughters teeth.. her name is Ashley. She was literally the best! She explained everything on a level my daughter could understand and made her feel so comfortable my daughter wasnt scared at all! She was so good with my girl. And my daughter is a difficult one! Not only was the staff amazing but the layout and design of the building was just awesome as well. The waiting room is super comfortable and kid friendly and convenient.. the even have tablets for the kids to play games on. And they have the cutest little sinks made just for the kiddos at their height and the cutest wooden bear chair for getting the kids xrays! They have huge huggable stuffed animals for the kids to hold onto if they're scared. Which is quite impossible considering the staff and the environment there is super calm and friendly. I'm just super impressed. The last dentist we went to she was horrified and so was I... I had to lay down in the chair with her on my belly while I was 9m pregnant with my boy. Talk about uncomfortable!! And I had to pin her hands and legs down with no help from the dental assistants AT ALL! All the while having my kid scream and cry and wrestling around with me while trying to make sure she doesn't kick me in my huge pregnant belly. And all the staff could do was say "I cant work with your kid acting like this" "control you kid better" So I was literally in heaven compared to the BS we had to go thru last time. My kid had so much fun at LPD she actually cant wait to go back. Thank you LPD!! And thank you Ashley!!! You were bomb diggity 😃😃 😃 y'all get and A+ from me 💗💗💗💗💗💗

The staff is always helpful and friendly, and all the hygienists we’ve ever worked with have been amazing with our kids. They encourage the kids to go back on their own, since dentists make many people nervous, to develop a good relationship and understanding of the dentist and try and alleviate any fears. Wish I could give it 10 stars! These people are beyond amazing!! This place is definitely worth bragging on. You're greeted with smiles soon as you enter the door. The environment is clean and kid friendly. You get a nice little tour before going to your treatment room. My child has autism and is a bit difficult to work with because she feels scared when she has to be seen by medical professionals. Her teeth needed to be desperately repaired and they made it happen. The staff is just plain out awesome! I'm going to brag on Dr. Garcia and say that she does a beautiful job on repairs. I am beyond pleased with the outcome. My five-year-old son had an injury that eventually led to an unplanned dental visit and the extraction of his two front teeth. The staff at Lincoln Pediatric Dentistry were willing and able to work my little guy into their morning schedule so that we could get in first thing on Monday morning. We took x-rays first, and the dentist (Dr. Libby) explained to me why extracting the two affected teeth was the best move. I don't know what kind of amazing child-whisperer mojo goes on in that place, but I do know that my son, the one who flips out for flu shots, somehow got through the whole ordeal without shedding a single tear. There was no panicking, and they kept him distracted enough that he did not even see the needle. He left feeling SO proud of himself and looking forward to his first visit from the tooth fairy. I am beyond grateful to this incredible, caring staff who turned my stress into smiles. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Kid-oriented environment and friendly staff - they are wonderful at explaining what they are about to do in a way that kids understand. When the tech put on her mask she explained that it was to keep her from sharing her germs and called it her peek-a-boo mask. She then pulled it away from her face a said peek-a-boo a couple of times which got my daughter to smile! There were still some tears a moment later but the tech stayed positive and reassuring through the whole process.

My son fell at a park on a Sunday night and had some damage to his front teeth. We called Dr. Libby, who was on call and she was fabulous. She walked me through what to check for, had me send her pictures, and promptly called me right back after sending her the pictures. The office had an appointment scheduled for him the next morning to get everything checked out. Everyone was extremely caring, gentle, and easy to work with. My daughter broke a tooth on some food. We went in to have it looked at. It happened to be a baby tooth that they recently just did a filling on. Since they had just worked on it, they took the tooth out since the permanent tooth was now coming and didn't charge for any of the work.
