I love bringing my boys here. Great environment, my boys are lucky to have Assistant Annett show them the ropes of keeping their teeth clean and healthy. She always does a great job going through and showing them the proper way to brush and floss. We drive an hour and a half just to be seen here. We love seeing the friendly bear dressed for the holiday up front!

Today I was with my two daughters at Lincoln Pediatric Dentistry. I really liked the attentive and warm attitude towards the children. They felt comfortable and were not afraid at all. The staff is friendly and professional, they explain everything in detail. We were very satisfied.

We had a great experience taking our 13 month old for her first visit. The dental hygienist, Yvette, and our Dr. Emily Egley were wonderful to me and our daughter. They definitely know what they are doing and do it well! I should note, my daughter HATES when I brush her teeth so she is a tough patient. But they handled her defiance wonderfully, while assuring me that I'm doing a great job with her oral hygiene. I actually learned a lot too. I have a 12 year old and a 7 year old. Both have only been to Lincoln Pediatrics Dentistry for all their dental needs. We have been going there for maybe 9 year or so. The employees are pretty professional. Communication is wonderfull. My questions have always been answers. When my kids were younger, I when with them in the exam room but now I wait for them in the waiting area. My kids has not make any complaints, as I asked them about the service receive. They love going there. I like the dental hygienist reinforcement of brushing twice a day, type of candy not to eat, and flushing. They love the little brown bag they received at the end of their appointment.

Due to some anxiety on her part, they reassured her and gave Dad a good idea for getting her excited rather than scared (the Tooth Fairy pays extra for pulled teeth ;) ). We have been going here since 2012 and never have any issues...except. My youngest has a fear of things getting stuck in her throat so she gets some anxiety with x-rays. The x-ray tech they have is rude. Both my kids have heard the things she has said to my kids and its not any way someone should speak to a child. Love that it's so close to my house I was even a couple minutes late and they still seen all 3 of my kids. Most dentist offices make you reschedule but not this one!! We did my 2yo's first visit today. Very lovely staff - Gabby gave us a tour and did a wonderful job explaining everything and letting my daughter look at all the different instruments. She had fun books and toys and was very gentle. We loved the dentist and getting to learn about how to help her brush her teeth. My kiddo loved picking a rubber ducky toy at the end of the visit, too. Great people, fun atmosphere, we were taken promptly for our appointment. Great experience!

Lincoln Pediatric Dentistry is the most amazing place! Dr. Heidi Stark and her staff are all so kind, and patient with our son. He has autism and is non-verbal so going to the dentist was a struggle for him but Dr. Heidi and her awesome staff all go above and beyond to make him and us feel comfortable and make it an enjoyable experience. They never rush or push him. We have been going there about 5 years and it has made such a difference in our sons dental hygiene and life.

They were very quick to catch an issue with both of my son’s teeth on our very first visit at 6months old! They always Have been a very clean office at both the locations I’ve stepped foot into! Hands down best pediatric dentistry around in the Lincoln area. I took my daughter in today due to some cavities and the procedure was smooth and pain free. Long story short, she left with a smile in her face, she was actually pretty happy- and not one tear throughout the whole process. My daughter had some tooth decay on her upper teeth that was causing her Father and I much concern. After our first appointment it was decided she needed caps on her teeth to preserve them until they fell out since she is only two. We had to wait a couple months for the surgery so we decided to add Fluoride Diamine to her teeth to stop the cavities. We were totally supported by the dentists in this decision and when it came time for surgery, she still had teeth to add caps to which meant no extractions. Thanks to the dentists here, especially Alexa Rosenau! She did an amazing job on our beautiful daughter's smile and we couldn't be happier.

The only issue I have ever had is they did charge for Fluoride treatment that wasn't covered by insurance without asking first. I called and had a conversation with them and they noted in my kiddos chart to talk to me before providing any services that have out of pocket costs. This was our first visit and everything from setting the appointment, filling out the paperwork and attending the appointment was efficient and very positive. Dr. Libby was extremely kind and welcoming and Danielle, our dental hygienist, was helpful in the information she provided and the dental cleaning process. Staff went above and beyond spending ample time with me on the phone preparing me for kiddo’s upcoming appointment. He’s young so the thought of returning to the dentist for dental work is intimidating for him (and mom!). They took the time to educate me on how to explain the dentist to my young child in a neutral, lax way that would make the moments leading up to the appointment less anxious. Despite my barrage of questions, both the receptionist and hygienist (Becky?) remained polite, professional, and overwhelmingly helpful. I’m eternally grateful for the kindness they showed. Not surprising though - each interaction with every staff member from hygienists, receptionists, to Dr. Heidi has been positive. Such a warm, friendly atmosphere. If you’re looking for a new pediatric dentist, look no further!

My daughter hates having anything in her mouth, however the wonderful ladies here always are able to get her to open up. Very, very child oriented, and really great with kids. They are quick at getting in emergency type visits as well. When my daughter knocked out a front tooth she was able to be seen the very next day. My daughter just loves going to the dentist and I know it's because this office is so great. Best decision we've made!!

The whole clinic exhibited a friendly atmosphere. My 3 year old and I had the best experience. The setting was fabulous, decorated as if you were in the mountains on vacation. There were tons of children activities that kept everyone happy. The staff were very friendly and encouraging. They were tops at educating my 3 year old about dental hygiene. I would highly recommend this clinic for all families.
