We have built our practice around one main principle – compassion. We show compassion to our patients, their families and to each other. We currently have 8 doctors and 4 locations; North, Southeast, East and Yankee Hill! Our team is passionately committed to educating children and their parents about dental health to prevent decay. We know you will be happy with the care we provide because we take care of kids as if they are our own.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Every facet of interface was exceptional. The receptionist was knowledgeable, accomodatingb and sympathetic getting us set up as patients and rescheduling our visit when we encountered car problems. The hygienists all went and above and beyond accommodating everything we needed. They got all the kids done at the same time which, for a family with seven kids, makes everything so much smoother. I was so impressed with their speed and professional excellence. Final summary by the dentist at the end was thorough and so very helpful. The several concerns we brought in were completely assuaged and explained to me and follow up questions welcomed. Highly highly highly recommend!!

I chose this dentist because they have an open door policy. Parents are allowed to go back with their children no matter how young or old their kids are. Trying to find a pediatric dentist in the Lincoln area with that policy is actually difficult! Why should parents care about that? When any person, health care professional or not, wants to separate you from your young child in order to "build trust and a relationship with them" that should be a red flag. On top of that they want to give gifts to a young child for accessing a very sensitive part of their body. Those are grooming techniques and parents should not endorse any behavior like that. Even if it is a healthcare professional. To be clear, This dental practice is not like that! They have an open door policy. Parents are welcome to come back with their children no matter how young or old they are. You are also not required to come back with your child. Which if you as parent elect to do that, that's fine. You as a parent can determine what works best for your situation. It's only a red flag when providers bar you from being with your kid. Katie was our dental assistant and went above and beyond for my preschooler and toddler. My toddler was not about being at the dentist and Katie did everything in her power to distract and keep the exam going as smoothly as possible. Katie was gentle and explained really well to my preschooler what to expect. My preschooler had a good time! The dentist, Dr Libby, was very informative, took time to answer all my questions, and when she didn't know the answer, said it straight to me and explained that that particular question wasn't within her scope of practice. I feel like a lot of healthcare practitioners often make up answers or go outside of their scope of practice which isn't actually helpful in the long run. I appreciated her candor and she was able to answer 99% of my questions. Dr. Libby's bedside manner with both my preschooler and toddler went really well. The dental practice is quite entertaining for kids. There are books and tablets and a movie going on in each room to keep the kids distracted as they receive their cleaning or procedure.

We had a great first visit here! My 18 month old responded well to the dentist and hygienists and I felt like they knew how to talk and act with him to make him feel comfortable as well. I felt like things were explained well to me and I was given a chance to ask questions. There wasn't a lot of time spent waiting which was also very helpful for my toddler. We just moved to Lincoln, NE and had to get work done on my youngest (2 years old). We weren't able to get the work done before we moved. I found Lincoln Pediatric Dentistry through google search and so glad I did! They were so welcoming, and kind to my youngest. Made him feel comfortable even though he was nervous and scared. We provided the office with the previous office's recommendation for treatment and they provided their own recommendation that would be best for my son for his age and comfort. They were able to get the work done same day and it was so quick! I'm so used to having to wait weeks for treatment. I am so happy we were referred to Lincoln Pediatric Dentistry. From the moment we walked in all of the staff were amazing. My daughter hadn’t seen a dentist in a hot minute and they did a cleaning, filled a cavity and extracted one of her baby teeth. The whole way staff told her what they were going to do and answered any of her questions. During the drilling of the tooth, Dr. Libby sang to my daughter. If you ever need a Pediatric Dentist, this is where you need to go.

I was so impressed with the waiting room, the kind and welcoming staff, and the pace of the appointment. The dental hygienist Abbie was incredibly nice to my daughter, and explained every step of the process with her. She made sure my daughter knew she was safe and taken care of. Dr. Allie is amazing! My son fell at daycare chipping his tooth and had a bruise to the gum. I called after hours and left a message, explaining the situation. This was our second appointment for our almost 2 year old and we really like it! They knew how to engage with someone his age like showing my toddler the tools she was going to use and modeling what she was going to do before she did it. They also sang a familiar song to him so he felt comfortable while being examined, it was reassuring to him and me. I loved how he got to practice brushing a stuffed puppy dog with teeth so he could relate what was going on. We would highly recommend Dr. Johnson and her team!
