I can’t recommend Dr. Alisha and her team enough! They have made this entire journey such a personable and stress-free experience for us. What really stands out is how accommodating they are—whenever we’ve needed to be squeezed in, they’ve made it happen without any issues. Plus, our actual adjustment appointments are always so quick and smooth; we’re never stuck waiting around. My daughter absolutely loves coming here. The team is so patient with her and takes the time to break everything down, explaining exactly what she needs to do to stay on track with her progress. It’s been great seeing her take ownership of her smile because she actually understands the "why" behind it all! Best Orthodontist ever!
A year ago I had to get braces and I was kinda excited! My first time in the orthodontist and I fell in love with everybody there! They are all so nice and welcoming. They made the experience worth it in the end. Dr. Alisha was AMAZING! She was so kind and funny! I just got my braces off a few days ago and I LOVE my teeth! My smile was so worth all of the sores I got in my mouth when I had braces. They are so straight and pearly white! Thank you, Kottemann Orthodontics, and more specifically Dr. Alisha for giving me the smile of my dreams! ❤️
Pretty expensive and not the best customer service today. They wouldn't see is when we were 5 minutes late and wouldn't reschedule same day. Not what is expected for good customer service. There was no one in the waiting room or in the parking lot...

Kotteman Ortho is amazing! I came in wanting to do Invisalign and they were so knowledgeable and helpful as I started my journey. I walked in knowing I would be moving 4 hours away halfway through treatment. Dr. Alicia and her team worked with me to get a plan in place for that move. They provided options (wait until move, transfer case to WI after move, stay with them and travel back). They were honest about each step which was helpful in my decision making progress. As we got towards the end of treatment I was able to do a phone call visit/send photos in so that Dr. Alicia could determine next steps without me having to make a drive. All the staff there were so friendly, helpful, and did a great job answering questions. I’m happy I was paired with Kotteman Ortho and remained with them through the course of my treatment. Highly recommend them if you’re considering getting Invisalign!
Pretty good. Staff is nice and good, but sometimes a pain to sit in a lobby, some kids are poorly behaved. Come one, get a handle of them. I get it, but seriously, they’re hanging on the video games, playing with the massage chair, being just obscenely loud. At some point you gotta do something. They seem very…unhinged

I have been today in Kottemann Orthodontics in Plymouth: my son needs to continue the treatment he started in Brazil. The person who supported us (Lan) was great!!! She explained perfectly what was going on (after pictures, x-ray, videos, etc.) - all complimentary services. They accepted to continue the treatment using the removable devices we got in Brazil, believe me: with NO COST!!!!! More, they offered you a kind of rewards card everytime you go to dentist to convert in points you can purchase things (a sun glasses and a t-shirt for my son were also given as gift). Clearly they have a focus IN THE PERSON and not in making money pushing treatments. Fully recommended company and professionals.
This place is so caring and kind to the clients. I love all the effort they put into us and the small gifts we receive. It is such a wonderful place!! 100% recomend it!

You have never seen an underbite like my daughter had! Truly awful! It made her embarrassed to smile. That was until today when she got her braces off at Kottemann. She has a brand new smile and all the confidence in the world to show it off. We had visited several orthodontists before coming to Kottemann. Dr. Scott was the only person I trusted with my daughters underbite. Other doctors had mentioned her needing surgery or waiting to get braces, but Scott had a plan and it worked. I never thought I could afford braces for my daughter, but with a super easy payment plan, Kottemann made braces affordable on my budget. The staff is so warm and welcoming and we couldn’t be happier!

Kottemann is great, the best orthodontics! I transferred my Invisalign to Kottemann last year, dr Scott was very detailed, patient, friendly and perfect on his job. I am very happy with my teeth result. After my treatment, my teeth shifted a little, dr Scott noticed it and got them fixed so quickly at my first retainer check appointment. The whole team is always very nice and helpful too. I had a great experience, I’m very glad I transferred my Invisalign here.

I highly recommend this orthodontist! I just got my braces off yesterday after having them on for 19 months. Dr. Scott and the all his assistants treated me very well at every visit and were quick to get me in and seen when I had a bracket come off. I'm just waiting on my retainers to come in next week. You guys are all awesome! Thanks for making my teeth straighter haha

I started my journey in 2017. I have wanted my teeth straight for many years. I made the decision to move forward and get invisible line braces. I chose Kottmann Orthodontics. They are close to my home. When I went in to interview them the staff was very friendly and very nice. They made me feel that I was doing the right decision. My experience has been very good. Great orthodontist! I had my braces done here, and it was overall a pretty decent experience. Sam and Amy, two of the people at reception, are wonderful and friendly and I always look forward to seeing them. The orthodontists are great, and the techs are always very nice. One of my favorite techs there is Christine, shes a sweetheart. Shes always friendly and does her best to make the patients comfortable. My only complaint is that sometimes it feels like the orthodontists aren't 100% listening to the patient, but it's usually when they're busy and I'm sure it's more that they've just got a lot on their minds. My son just got his braces off and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. We have had a great experience and will definitely be back with our daughter in a few years. Friendly staff and it was easy to make appointments. I really appreciated the availability of 7am appointments to minimize missed school time. My son liked the rewards program and it definitely motivated him to brush, floss, and wear his bands. I would recommend Kottemann to anyone looking for an Orthodontist.

I am currently a patient and I have to say this ortho is one of the best I have been to. They treat me so well and in just a few appointments I knew everything about the place. Everyone is so kind and let me know what is next in my braces journey. I only have known the place for two years but it feels like I have known them much longer. The Morning cookies are always something to look forward to if you come early. The treatment is painful, but there are so many people around who are going through the same thing and honestly soon enough the pain just goes away. I think this is one of the best places to get your teeth treatment done and I hope many more people agree with me. If I could, I would give this place a 10 out of 10 review. In the end, if you are looking for a great orthodontics place to go, Kottemann Orthodontics should be the one.
Kottemann Ortho is a very clean and the staff are always very friendly. I can say that I never didn’t want to come for an appointment. They even have cookies after your appointment which is a nice bonus.

I used to think that my teeth were beyond saving because they are so cavity-prone even with good brushing habits. I was well educated by the Kottemann staff on how important a good bite is for preventing cavities. I know that my teeth wouldn't look like a model's teeth because they are mostly fillings but I had some comfort in knowing the logic behind getting orthodontic treatment. I got my braces off today and my teeth look like a magical miracle! My bite feels great too! I looked forward to my visits because the staff there are all so friendly. Even the assistants that were not working on me stopped by to say hi! Don't even bother looking past Kottemann Orthodontics because it doesn't get better than this!

This orthodox has wonderful and kind staffs and doctors that welcome you like a family. I like how they do the patient rewards cards to get points to make us kids feel better about doing braces. Forget to mention, this place makes your smile very sweet, when you get your braces done! I can't wait to get my braces on! Overall, this places is a good place for you to get your braces! :)
I moved here from Texas recently, and I didn’t have an orthodontist in Minnesota since I completed my treatment. I busted off a part of my permanent retainer on Saturday night, and one of my friends recommended Dr. Kotterman Orthodontics. I called and left them a voicemail on Saturday night, and they called me first thing this morning, Monday. They got me in and out in about a half an hour, and they even helped give me directions to the office when my gps sent me to the wrong building. I highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed with their friendly and knowledgeable staff!!
This was the only place I visited before I decided to get braces after being recommended here. After I had the consultation, I knew I didn't need to look at other orthos as this place was very welcoming, kind and gave many choices and let me choose which route I wanted to go. I strongly enjoy being a patient at kottemann orthodontics. It is a really nice environment that is super easy to fit into, and has employees that actually care. I had my braces for a little over 18 months and for those 18 months, I was earning points to make braces more enjoyable. The point system they use allows you to earn points by completing easy tasks and even participating in contests. Points are worth money and who doesn't love money? Anyway kottemann is a great experience and I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a place to get braces or orthodontic care.
I've been going to Kottemann Ortho for 2 years and my experience has been great. The team is awesome! Dr.Scott is very knowledgeable, funny and considerate. The hygeinists are caring and reasonable. Sometimes I've had some mediocre experiences with the receptionists with scheduling. It is sometimes a pain to schedule because the receptionists make it seem like we have to fit into their schedule and not vice versa. Otherwise, the people are great. The facilities in Plymouth and Maple Grove are clean and modern. Overall, Kottemann did a nice job in turning the culturally despised orthodontist office into a homely environment. I've had some problems with waiting after my scheduled appointment time but it has not been a major problem. One more plus is the free water and juice. Always a nice refreshing drink at the office. Other than the scheduling nuisances, Kottemann has been a great orthodontist office with the amazing team and facilities.
I have been at Kottemann Orthodontics for a few years now and my teeth have improved so much! I recently got my braces off and I now have beautiful straight teeth! Loved the juices, electric toothbrush, and the goody bag that they offered! Thanks Kottemann for my awesome ortho experience!
