I was new to this place, and I telt so welcome! The people were incredibly nice and friendly. I'd definitely recommend coming here; the environment is incredibly calming. The person who helped me was also super nice and made sure to explain what to expect and what I shouldn't worry about. As a first-time visitor, I definitely recommend it!
We brought our son in for his first appointment this morning. He was feeling really nervous, but the minute the coordinator took him back he started to relax. She talked him through each step and had such encouraging, positive things to say. She even noticed right away when he needed to stop after his gag reflex started kicking in. He left his appointment excited for his new “credit card” and feeling good about making his teeth happy, and I left feeling confident about the treatment plan. Highly recommend Kottemann Orthodontics!

Este lugar desde principio a fin fue uno de los mejores tuve una mala experiencia con mi hija mayor en otro lugar y no me gustó para nada a pesar que tenía que manejar muy lejos y con malas actitudes así a mí y mi hija me la hisierom llorar muchas veses pero aquí con mi segunda hija todo lo contrario fueron muy amables y pacientes les estoi muy agradecída les recomiendo este lugar mil veces
The staff at Kottemann Orthodontics were great! "They make getting braces fun!" That's what our 9 year year old daughter said after our first appointment. While not all of it was fun, we greatly appreciated that they took the time to talk directly to her to explain why she needed braces and what the process was in a way she could understand. They also have a rewards card where she could earn points for going to appointments and playing online games. She was able to redeem the points for gift cards- which she used to buy toys- it softened the loss of a lot of fun foods she couldn't have with braces. She also liked picking out the colors of her rubber bands at each visit and proudly showed them off. Now that she just got her braces off, we are thankful for her beautiful smile and straight teeth!
My 13 year old just competed his braces era! Everyone was super friendly and helpful through the entire process. We are very happy with results and would recommend Dr Kottemann for your orthodontic needs.
my 9yr old daughter has her orthodontic care here and we are always treated so weel, everyone is so personable and friendly, and they even have a rewards system for the kids to keep them on track! I highly recommend Kotteman Ortho!

I had metal braces when I was younger after aging and menopause my teeth shifted. I heard an ad on the radio for Kottemann Orthodontics and decided to check them out. They have been wonderful in my invisalign journey. I'm 10 months into this adventure with about 2 months to go. My teeth are straight again and I'm back to smiling. I hid my smile for years. I've seen Dr. Kraig and Dr. Scott at the Maple Grove location and they are perfectionists when it comes to having your teeth straight and your bite aligned so don't worry it will be done right. I highly recommend going here. The office staff are kind and helpful too.

Kotteman has been fantastic. Our 9 year old daughter needed an expander to make room for her adult teeth to drop and help with a snoring issue her narrow mouth was causing. She always came back from her appointments with a smile and we were thrilled that her braces came off well before the initial estimate had been. The points program is a great incentive to keep kids engaged and excited for their next appointments.

My lower retainer broke, and Dr. Scott and team gave me the absolute best care! They took their time to make me fully comfortable and addressed the many questions I had. They went the extra mile to make sure I was cared for and I attest that they truly put patients first. Top notch. Highly recommend!

The treatment rooms are cozy and friendly, creating a sense of safety. The staff took the time to explain everything thoroughly and addressed all our questions with care. They also provide discounts and flexible payment options, plus kids can earn rewards for sticking to their treatment plans. Overall, it’s just a wonderfully welcoming environment.
Excellent service! Appointments were quick and efficient, with a smooth in-and-out process. The reward system is fantastic. The staff understands your needs and prioritizes your satisfaction with their care.
It has great hot chocolate and the massage chair feels great and the games are fun to play before and after your appointment.

We got consultations at a handful of orthodontic offices and we are so happy we chose Kotterman. They are so efficient from their first presentation of my daughter's treatment plan to each appointment. It helps that they have multiple locations because if you need an appointment in a hurry for a loose bracket they can usually get you in quickly. The staff have been wonderful and have made my daughter's experience so positive and encouraging. The points system has been fun and rewarding for her as well. Each office is a little different, but they all are so beautiful and each one has something special to offer from beverages of your choosing (sparkling water, juice, hot tea, or hot coffee), massage chair, fireplace, beautiful decor, etc. They are a well oiled machine and we feel we made the best choice going with Kotterman!
Kottemann ortho in maple grove has been such a great team to work with for my daughters braces. We just finished phase 2 and we are so pleased with the results. The team was professional and always super kind. Would highly recommend to anyone considering braces
Kottemann orthodontics is amazing. They have excellent staff and Dr. Kraig is a very nice doctor and it's a fun experience. I like their reward program, arcade games and the massage chair. My husband and I both did Invisalign through Kotteman and have had great experiences working with them. They are always running on time, are super professional and kind! We got referred to a different ortho through our dentist for our kids, but will be taking them to Kotteman instead!
I’m making this review on kottemann orthodontics I just wanted to say how well, they treated me in my journey of having braces. There are a friendly team and everybody seems to enjoy/ have a positive experience from going here I think you should try it out and you would have the same result
I went to Kottemann Orthodontics to fix my overbite. I got my braces off a few days ago and my teeth look amazing! I’m so glad I went to Kottemann Orthodontics!

We love this orthodontist! They are welcoming and friendly. We feel very comfortable with the staff. They answer all of our questions in a simplified way making it easy to understand. They are also very calming and great with my 9 year old!

Kottemann has been absolutely amazing! Our entire family has gone to them so far and have been 100% happy with the care and service that we receive on every visit. We have done both braces and Invisalign for our family. Both braces and Invisalign have been wonderful and our teeth have been absolutely perfect! I've just finished my Invisalign treatment with Kottemann Ortho and wow! Start to finish they've been absolutely amazing, I was on the fence about starting my treatment, as a few years back a previous dentist had told me I wouldn't be eligible for Invisalign and that my gap was too big to close. I decided to give it a go and do a consult, with little to no hope that I would be able to fix my smile, and to my surprise they walked me through exactly how they could make my perfect smile possible. They showed me a simulated before and after smile of what my teeth would look like and that was it! I was all in. The whole process has been smooth and easy all the way through. I read through tons of comments with patients having said that Kottemann truly feels like family, and after having completed my treatment I 100% agree. The rewards program is an extra plus, and made me look forward to going into each treatment. Such an amazing company! Highly recommend!

I started my orthodontic journey a few months ago and I am so glad I decided to go to Kottemann Orthodontics. I was so nervous going in and getting braces as an adult but the staff has been so amazing and everyone is so knowledgeable! I feel like I made an amazing choice.
My 8!year old daughter had her consultation today and it was fast and easy. They weee very informative and helpful. Excited to get her started with treatment.

My son started his orthodontics journey 3 months ago with Kottemann Orthodontics and so far we are very pleased! Scheduling has been easy and convenient. Every single staff member has been extremely friendly and helpful. They are wonderful at answering all of our questions while being patient and not pushy. And they make it very fun for my son to go through this process. He actually looks forward to going and loves to show his friends his braces. So far so good!!
An Orthodontist you can trust! I have been on a long journey between Invisalign, double jaw surgery, and Covid. The staff here are always very friendly, and they know what their doing. The orthodontists are equally as amazing and very knowledgeable. Dr.Kraig and my surgeon worked closely to ensure everything was properly discussed and coordinated regarding my specific case and tweaked everything to best fit my situation and goal outcome. Any questions or concerns can always be called in and they will do their very best to assist. The entire facility is very well kept and clean. It’s nice to go to a practice where they are not just money hungry but rather they want to help and change your smile for the better. I am almost to the end of my Orthognathic and Invisalign journey and I can really see things coming together well and I’m so excited.
All five stars deserved here plus more. They do an amazing job and everyone is so nice here. One of the best clinics to go to in the state.
We were referred to Kottemann by our family dentist, and all I can say is they are wonderful! From the moment we walked in for our initial evaluation, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. My son was a little apprehensive and when he walked out of there he was actually EXCITED to get Invisalign. They were thorough, explained all of our options and timing of the treatment plan they were recommending. We had all of our questions answered by the end of the appointment. While we had been to another orthodontist for our older son, it was an easy switch to Kottemann. Highly recommend them!
I've been coming here for Invisalign. The dental assistants are the best! I like this place because of them. The doctor trusts them so much, on the last appointment, he didn't need to bother to check my teeth after we waited for so long.
Very Friendly and personal. While waiting for my appointment I watched the front staff that was friendly on the phone and in person to those they helped. They went above and beyond to go back to the doctor and check on additional needs for patients when their next appointment was a little further out. Excellent Service.
I then met with Kari K and Dr Kraig. Even more of the same. Kari was Amazing and upbeat and made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr Kraig was very personal and took all the time I needed to answer all my questions. They are even coordinating my treatment with two other Dental offices, as I have a lot being worked on.

Very little time with the orthodontist. The assistant seemed very educated and sure, however, I couldn't understand exactly what she was saying.
This place seriously could not get any better! My brother and I love this place and the staff are so efficient, knowable, and friendly! They have a points/reward system and make getting work on your teeth so fun! I highly recommend Kottemann!
Both of my kids have had great experiences here....Kotteman ortho is on point when dealing with all stages of ortho treatment...both of my boys needed early phase ortho (expansion of arch) to make room for all their teeth, minimize crowding; resulting in better looking smiles and less likely to need major ortho work in their teen years...or poss none at all! It is obvious to me by the way the doctors are at our visits that they are extremely intelligent and passionate about their profession! Highly recommend!!!!
My family has been Kottemann Orthodontics my whole life. I was 7 when I first met Dr. Kottemann and my sister saw him before that. He not only remembers you, he remembers things about you and your family. Asking about my dogs and being very personable. Every support staff at this clinic is amazing and extremely helpful as well. I recently came back at 32 years old for a touch up with invisalign. Not olny did Dr.Kottemann again, remember me; two of the clinic staff did as well.
They are all so professional and I have had the best experience there. I would recommend this crew to anyone. Hands down.

Professional and friendly. As much as I dislike getting my teeth done in general, they make it as positive as possible. From the drinks, coffee machine and massage chairs to the ultra friendly staff I enjoy my experience every time. They do a great job and it’s a gorgeous office.
