I ordered Blank Note cards with joy
I ordered Blank Note cards with joy. I find so many are shifted to the point I can't use them. They were stacked, so part of the edges have been bent. Making the top layer not able to adhere. For the price, I was able to continue my stress crafting. I did not bother to call them because they don't answer the phone. It needs to be stated for future sales.
Better prices than bulk items on Amazon
I've ordered bulk items from Kole Imports several times now and I have always had a positive experience. Items arrive within a reasonable amount of time, and the order process is easy. I only gave 4 stars because I am typically ordering cases of hand mirrors and there are always a few mirrors broken when they arrive. Not sure if there is a way to fix this problem. I also work for a non-profit and wish there was an option for tax exempt grantees to receive this discount. Overall, I would recommend this business because they are one of the few places I can find affordable hand mirrors in bulk.

2 Orders In & I'm A Happy Customer
This is my 2nd time ordering from them and I've been really pleased with my experience so far. For some reason the 2nd order's tracking link just sent me to the main usps page so I emailed Saturday asking for assistance and received a new link in a reply first thing Monday. I had seen other reviews saying they had trouble getting a response from customer service before I ever ordered but I didn't have a bit of a problem personally. The only complaint I could think of is the nail polish I ordered in my first order had a decent amount that were totally dried up but it wasn't enough to bother reporting it so I've just steered away from ordering polish from them but otherwise it's been a great experience so far. Here's to hoping it stays that way! Give em a try I would say you'll be glad you did.

This is my third order to arrive. Not only did I misunderstand something that I read. I was worried about upcycling something too good to be true. I contacted the company about where the item originated. I was approved to upcycle. But as God is my witness, I heard a thump at my door two days later. I open it to find huge boxes. I said Sir, are all these for me? He said yes. My order was $500, and this order will set me up for a very long time. I am beyond blessed to have found them. I only feel bad that I refuse to tell anyone where I stock from. Please be careful reading bad reviews. Shipping is out of their control. FedEx updated me all the way.

When my next order is placed, I will do it early like this one. I am a happy camper and I love their warehouse. It is fresh and clean. You know it by smelling your goods. In spite of the previous reviews, my experience with Kole Imports has been great! They have answered my emails in a timely manner & shipped my items really fast. Lastly, I really do hope that they would consider putting up another warehouse here in the East Coast (BUT NOT IN MANHATTAN because NYC has been extremely chaotic nowadays). Try New Jersey, my state has been voted 2 years in a row as "The Best State to Live and raise a family" in a magazine. Also, in my neighborhood, Journal Square, alone people are highly educated & most of us earn $175K a year. A lot of small businesses are also flocking to Journal Square & Billions of dollars in real estate investment from developers. Hope they consider this suggestion :) STAY AWESOME!

Fast paced, and competitive atmosphere
Great place to work, employees are nice and respectful and the management is great with communication. highly recommend working at this warehouse if you're experienced with a forklift.

Great Place to work, but only look for how much the company makes monthly and streamline their customers. The company is great to work for however, they have switched to a new system and let everyone go and the system they have discovered is take over accounting and customers services..
