I came to Kingsway mall today I honestly had no intention of buying anything when I walked in, but the amazing customer service completely changed my mind. Her name was Nikoo and she wasfriendly, patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. She helped me find the perfect pair of shoes and even suggested other great items that I ended up loving as well. Highly recommend asking for her help!

I had such an amazing experience at Brown’s Shoes, all thanks to Christine. As someone who uses a wheelchair, shopping, especially for shoes, can be really stressful and overwhelming. But Christine made the entire experience feel easy, comfortable, and honestly enjoyable. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She brought out so many different options for me and truly took the time to help me find the perfect fit. I usually feel bad asking for so many choices, but she never made me feel like a burden, instead, she made me feel completely normal and cared for. It’s not always easy for me to find shoes that work well for my needs, but Christine went above and beyond to make sure I left with something that was right for me. Experiences like this mean so much, especially when shopping can feel intimidating. I’m so grateful for the way I was treated, and I will definitely be coming back here for all my future shoe shopping. Thank you, Christine!

I visited Browns at Kings way Mall, the staff and management are professional & friendly. I got 2 shoes. I highly recommend to visit this store and find variety of good selections. Most of all the staff were customer service oriented. West edmonton mall Browns definitely need costumer service training.

This store is very consistent in providing excellent customer service. This is the second time picking up my shoes I ordered online and chose this as my pick up store. Around 5:12pm or 5:17pm today July10 this guy in front handed my order but instead of giving it to me directly, he went outside of his area and approach me.

I stopped in Browns In Kingsway Mall- Edmonton to return a pair of anti slip boots that I purchased made me slip & fall so, Christine the Store manager had approved the return gave me guidance on products they sell that sticks to the bottom of the shoe & no more slipping. bought 2 & had a good conversation about Jimmy Choos & high heels. Her name is Christina- give the girl a raise! Christina you know your shoe stuff - thank you for the help & great advise.

Great time at the store. Bought waterproof Converse for my man and Timberlands high heels for myself. Honestly was in the store for less than a minute and I got help right away. Fastest team ever they really know what they are doing 😁 best quality shoes for quality prices. Gunna keep continuing shopping at this location.

Got ON shoes in March 2023, just a month after on both shoes toes started to wear way faster then rest of the shoes. I called the store and addressed the situation, they said to speak to the manager. Spoken to the manager, told her what happened, she took a look and right in 10 seconds, I was offered an exchange to new pair. I am happy that my almost $200 didn't go in garbage. Got the new pair of ON, they look good to me. Hopefully it will not wear faster than the first pair. If it does, I am out of luck as manager said, this is the last time she will do an exchange for me which didn't sound right as if the shoes have manufacturing defect, they should take care of the client as they are the authorized retailer for ON. Anyways, I am happy that the manager took care of me for the first exchange, hope it will be the last one too.

I looked all over North America for my perfect dream boots, and found them here at Browns! They replaced a pair I wore for 10 years and then lost. They didn't have them on display but a woman came and asked me what I was looking for. I was doubtful she would find them, but she emerged from the back a few minutes later with them!

I bought a new pair of Doc Marten winter boots at the Browns store in Kingsway mall in late October. I've always wanted a pair of Doc Martens. I chose a really nice pair and I bought them. Unfortunately, a few days ago I noticed the lining in the right boot was coming apart. I called them on the phone and they told me to come over and they would be able to help me out. Yesterday afternoon, I went over there and exchanged them for a brand new pair. They didn't have the exact pair that I had brought back so I exchanged them for a very similar pair. The new Doc Martens actually feel a lot better than the other ones. Thank you very much to the beautiful manager that helped me out and had me in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes.

Brown's has an excellent selection of shoes in their Kingsway Mall location. The selection is primarily for young people, which I am not. However, I was able to find a pair of Hugo Boss sneakers that fit me and are comfortable. I recommend Brown's if you want a stylish and sensible pair of shoes.

I walked in and a few people just stared at me and looked uninterested in helping me find what I was looking for. Raven finished up with her customer then was on the ball within seconds helping me out. I don’t like spending a lot of time in a store, and Raven was very fast and efficient in getting me the shoes I wanted. I will only deal with her when I go back to this location. I would have bought more shoes from her if I liked something else at the time! Thanks again for the help! 10/10 for her

Phoned ahead to see if they had my item in stick and asked if they could set it aside for me. When we arrived they were ready amd waiting at the till. The ladies were very friendly. They processed me through the till quickly as well. Only thing I would note is maybe the manager could do the staff schedule more privately like a back room but if one isn't available maybe have it at the back counter instead of the cash counter. Got the boots I wanted on sale!

Just wanted to point out the amazing customer service we recieved today August 18th 2019 @ approx. 4:30pm @ the Kingsway Mall location. Our sales associate was named Mya she was very helpful, and super friendly. As a manager myself i would diffently be proud to have Mya working for my company. She never pressured my husband or I once into buying something just to sell it as most sales people do. She offered her thoughts and suggestions on what we told her we were looking for. In the end my husband bought a pair of Hugo Boss shoes. I will diffently be back to purchase shoes. Great job Mya! I hope you get to read this review and i hope your Manager knows that they have a great employee that represents Browns Shoes very well! Thanks for your great service! We will be seeing you soon!

Probably my favorite store to shop at . The workers always greet me as soon as I walk in, no matter how busy it is and go above and beyond to help me find what i am looking for. Prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for !
