Awesome experience with Priti Patel - super great at making sure I was knowledgeable about everything and was extremely kind. My only concern is that when I got a full body check up, there is no divider or curtain in front of the door so anyone walking by could see me in just a vest when someone came in. When I talked to them about it they said they could offer me a full gown but I’d still prefer to not have anyone able to see me in the room when I’m undressed. Not a huge deal but figured others may want to know if this is something they’d be uncomfortable with.

So this wasn’t my first visit with this practice. And all of my experiences have been great . I’ve referred this practice many times on Facebook when asked for a recommendation. I was able to make a same day problem appt with ease. Scheduler was sympathetic. Staff is always lovely, didn’t have more than a 10 min wait and I think it was actually less. Maureen has a wonderful bedside manner, and she is very thorough when it comes to explaining everything that is going to happen and also giving alternatives. This is the second time that I have seen her at this practice, and she is by far one of the best medical professionals that I have ever seen in my entire life. I have numerous fears and anxieties and also a very low tolerance for pain. Maureen was able to reassure me that everything would be okay. I know how it is very important to be knowledgeable in your field, but at the same time be very patient and understanding and she does this very well. I do hope that the management and human resources of this practice recognize her for her excellence.

PA Julie was awesome. Was able to make an appointment and get a diagnosis and treatment same day. Was slightly disappointed with Dr. Schweiger though, I had asked about options to remove a facial mole and he said the only treatments available would leave me with a large facial scar. Contrary to his advice, I was able to see another dermatologist a month later who performed scarless laser mole removal and it was a relatively inexpensive and painless non-surgical procedure.

I've now visited Schweiger Dermatology for two problems; once for myself and now for my daughter. On both occasions I was able to schedule to visit the office very quickly - in fact, there was availability same day if needed. I am as satisfied now as I was after my initial consultation a number of months ago. I will absolutely recommend Schweiger to family and friends (and have done so) for the customer/patient service aspect. Moreover, I will recommend them for the care and genuine concern they show for their patients. If I didn't feel this way, I would have never taken my daughter to them. I feel completely at ease putting her care in Schweiger's hands. I'll be back, most definitely!

Providers and office staff are great, but appointment system has been outsourced offshore. They were very nice, but not able to answer my (apparently non-routine) question, and had no way to kick it to someone who could. Totally frustrating and a waste of my time. If this had been my first experience with the practice, I would be looking for someone else.
