It was a great experience with Jucy. We originally booked a small car and the staff did a free upgrade to a SUV. Staff were kind and friendly and they did a free shuttle service from the airport and to the airport. Booking is so simple with them comparing to other companies and much cheaper too. Highly recommend Jucy Gold coast branch.

We hired a van to check out NNSW and SE QLD. It was honestly the easiest experience I have had with booking and hiring the van. We had an issue with compatibility with the display unit and Aleisha bent over backwards for us trying to resolve it and even had a replacement van for us. We were very impressed with everyone who we dealt with from the bloke (forgot his name) who gaves us the vehicle at the start and Dan who provided us a lift back to the airport at the end. I wish all hire car companies were this simple and easy. Gave us so much more piece of mind on our trip. The van itself was relatively new with bed linen, towells and all the cutlery needed. They actually threw in a camping table and chairs for us also to save the hassle of going to buy some. If anyone is looking to hire a van I'd definitely reccomend going through these guys.

Pick up went smoothly with the complimentary shuttle from the airport. Charlie was friendly. The gentleman gave us a quick tour of the van to ease into our first time campervanning. Toilet facilities were onsite as well as brochures for what to do in the area

From the first time I rang to order a vehicle. The process was very simple and the person was extremely polite. Once I had arrived at my destination. I made the call to be picked up and they collected me within 15 minutes. The lady in the vehicle was just so pleasant and so happy you can really tell these people love their jobs and the company they work for. I would highly recommend this company any day of the week.

I recently rented a car from JUCY Rental in Gold Coast, and I can’t recommend this company enough! Their team was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. When I returned the car on a Saturday morning, I arrived an hour early, and to my surprise, the staff arrived 45 minutes early to assist me. Even though they weren’t officially open yet, they went above and beyond by agreeing to drop me off at the airport. A special mention to the incredible lady who helped us—her kindness and patience truly touched my heart. My mom has a disability and struggles to walk, but this amazing woman took her time to gently assist her into the car, ensuring she was comfortable. When we arrived at the airport, she did the same, making sure my mom got out safely and with ease. Her warmth, compassion, and willingness to go the extra mile meant so much to us. I deeply appreciate kind-hearted people like her, and I’m truly grateful for such exceptional service. Without a doubt, I’ll be renting from JUCY again. It was easy to pick up the car after getting the juicy shuttle bus at the Gold Coast airport. Alisha was very efficient, friendly and energetic. She explained everything and it was a pleasure to meet her. The car had a few minor issues (ie Cruise did not work) but was a really good car otherwise and was easy to drive. Juocy has a reallt good insurance which was great as we did not have to worrry about anything. It was easy to return the car and getting the shuttle to the airport. Just make sure you fill up the tank before returning. There is a petrol station not so far away from the juicy yard.

A positive camper hire! I hired the smallest van, the crib, suitable for 2 pax. My pickup was 8am Thursday morning. Initially on booking I had planned to return 8am on Monday morning, however when I went to pick it up, I enquired about if I could return it at the end of the Monday. Martina who assisted me said she could extend it to 12pm, but would have to check if I could hire it for longer. Nobody else was in the office with her so she couldn't confirm immediately. Anyway, she showed me the basics of the vehicle, loaded in the bedding and off I went. It's a Toyota van, easy to drive, and park like a regular car. It's also easy to see in a carpark! The aircon in the vehicle is great when you are driving! The little kitchen at the back is great, teatowel, chux, cutlery, plates, mugs, frypan etc all supplied. You will need oil and dishwashing liquid if cooking, they had them in the office that you could take to use, as well as some other grocery items. It has a small fridge which kept things chilled. I had issues opening the main section of the van at times, I'm not sure why. The only downsides are the limited hours of Jucy office and allow time to go between the office and the airport. Also, traffic in the Gold Coast is slow! M1 between Brisbane to Gold Coast is generally slow. Lots of roadworks there and in the Gold Coast area in general. Allow plenty of time for any drives. It took me an hour to drive from Seaworld (and I highly recommend it - especially make sure you see the dolphin show!!!) to the Jucy office.

Hired a car for ten days, which was a ‘mid hatch’ Toyota Corolla. The rate was very very cheap and the car was older with a lot of kms as a result but it ran like a dream and was clearly well maintained. The service at both pickup and dropoff was excellent! Honestly such a great company and great staff at the Gold Coast location. Airport pickup is quick and efficient, such a small amount of paperwork to get you in and out in a reasonable time. I would recommend the stress free plus option due to not wanting to have an excess. The cars are old and not in the best shape. However, it doesn’t matter, as a Toyota Corolla will last 20 plus years and never let you down. Thank you to the lovely staff at the Gold Coast juicy rental for being so accommodating.

We had a great experience with jucy, car was tidy (getting a little old but we weren't expecting anything fancy so that's fine) staff were brilliant and everything was easy to process. Only slight downside was they didn't make it clear to us until right as we picked up the keys that they still need a debit/credit card for any toll roads we drive over or that even with no bond no excess included there is still a $60 fee if you need to claim it but assuming you're like us and didnt need to drive over any tolls and managed to navigate a week without crashing it it's a perfect deal

This place IS the BEST. I rented a little buzz box from the 2nd to the 10th of December and let me tell you, it was AWESOME. The price alone, saved me $600 on normal car renting. There was no extra fees if your under 25, you can even be on your green p's and rent a Jucy car for goodness sake! No other car rental in Australia does that! It only cost me $438.00 for over a week of renting, and that price included insurance! Next time I travel, So gunna be getting me another Jucy car!

Great service, friendly staff and very helpful. The camper was awesome too! Plenty of space, comfortable bed and cute user friendly kitchen at the back. We booked a Jucy Crib which suited us just fine for the 6 nights we had it. If you’re planning a longer trip and are of medium to tall height you might want to get a van with a bigger bed arrangement. The van had a small solar panel attached to a 2nd battery to keep fridge running and allow us to use USB ports to recharge phones, cameras, electronic equipment etc. Some great memories are already being shared back home from our holiday with the Jucy van. Loved it!

The chillest place I've ever rented a car from! Super friendly staff, they picked us up from the airport and sorted us out with our new ride. Rental car worked just fine, mostly clean, there were just a bit of rubbish in the back seat (no dramas). Would recommend this place for younger audiences, they even had bean bags at their office! We gave the car back after office hours and they were super chill about it, they give you a free ride to the airport during office hours

We hired a van from July rentals on our recent trip to Brisbane. It was an awesome experience and the vehicle drove well and had a lot of awesome features. We were glad that we went for the model with the fridge which came in handy as we moved around quite a bit and kept our lunches fresh, also having water onboard was a bonus. Unfortunately we didn't have a dvd on us so the player went unused, but there was plenty of other sights to see! The staff were awesome, we were served by a Kiwi who showed us the vehicle and the features and gave us a run down of local attractions and places to see.
