Very good, we hired a campervan for a week and everything was good. Good introduction at the pickup. We were also late for the dropping in Sydney cause we got lost in the traffic but the staff there was very understanding and service minded. I would love to rent from jucy again some time :)
Great value for money hire van company
Easy check in, good friendly staff. Make sure you check gas stove before leaving in case cartridges are empty like ours were but we just got more from a hardware worked. Also get your own dish liquid as they don't provide this.

This was my second time using Jucy, I love the community feel every time you pass another green machine every one waves, flashes their lights and smiles! We named our girl “Lucy Jucy” we were very comfortable and felt safe touring the South Island of New Zealand “ Best trip ever! “ I highly recommend Jucy they’re in Australia and New Zealand and have multiple drop off and pickup points. So convenient and easy to use. I called Jucy as I thought my fridge wasn’t working, the lady was awesome and guided me through the process ( I needed to turn it on with the key pad on the van wall) it’s so neat that you don’t really need to plug in all the time either. Just take your own plug for the cigarette lighter, to charge your devices whilst travelling, the fridge and lights work on batteries powered by solar. #ilovemyjucygirl!

JUCY NZ was absolutely amazing
JUCY NZ was absolutely amazing! I rented a Suzuki Swift for 10 days and did a road trip from Queenstown to Christchurch, and the whole experience was fantastic. From start to finish, the process was incredibly easy. The staff were friendly, helpful and provided outstanding service. The car was spotless when I picked it up, came with a full tank of fuel, and was surprisingly comfortable and very fuel-efficient — perfect for exploring the South Island. Everything was straightforward and hassle-free, which made the road trip even more enjoyable. I’d definitely use JUCY again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to hire a car in New Zealand!

The man at front of desk was amazing! His humour and his introduction to a training new staff member made the experience for all easy going (I was nervous travelling on my own). The Van was amazing and you had all that was needed. I thought the fridge was a bonus touch and charging port because of the extra battery especially at a sports tournament. Able to charge phone during the day and collect cold drink and food also. Overall amazing and would definitely hire again! I'm fact a young Mcds worker asked us about it and told him he should take the leap and travel this way. This coming from a 5 star hotel booker. Really humbling experience reminded me of days with my grandparents the way NZ use to be.

My experience with JUCY
The car was super well designed and very practical. You could fold the bed away and set up a table instead. There was plenty of storage space underneath the bed. There were curtains to give you privacy in the evening, so nobody could see inside even when you had the lights on. Everything I needed was included: a blanket, pillow, sheets and towel. The cooking equipment was also provided, including cleaning supplies. The cooler was powered by a separate battery, so it could keep everything cold throughout the entire road trip. It was honestly great! The service was also excellent. The girls were very friendly and helpful, and I even got a free camping chair. The car itself was a little older and had some minor damage on the outside, but it was well maintained and drove really well. I was genuinely sad to have to return it.My next rental car from another company looked similar, but it wasn’t even half as good. The daily price was higher and absolutely nothing was included — not even a blanket or pillow! And the “fridge” was just a basic cooler that you had to fill with ice yourself.So I’m really happy I got to experience JUCY. Next time, I’ll definitely rent from them for the entire holiday!

We rented the Berta 6 for our family, and what an experience! It had a toilet and shower, three double beds that comfortably slept two adults and four children, and plenty of storage. It handled well, and the airport shuttle service was super convenient. We’d definitely recommend it!

We rented a campervan to drive from Sydney to Perth - we chose Jucy because it allows dogs on board. The van was well equipped with everything we needed and reliable. We had an incident during wild, windy weather when a side window blew out - the Jucy admin staff handled the issue efficiently and the Adelaide staff fixed the problem promptly and we were back on the road with minimal delay. Great service!

Simple, easy service. I did the online check in which made the whole process smooth. I was given the brief on the vehicle, handed the keys and I was on my way! I opted for no excess, paid the extra for peace of mind and it was still cheaper than any competitor. It’s a no frills service, but honestly, if you’re just hitting the road for a few days, it’s more than enough.

We had a very good experience with the Jucy condo. There were some small issues including one of the stove gas burners not staying on and a cracked shelf inside the fridge door. Overall we found the van comfy and staff helpful. One thing that would be appreciated would be longer hours for van return - we got back by 3pm but would have appreciated an extra hour

The idea of showing respect, greeting, and sharing information each other when July users meet on the road or in the campsites is very impressive. I have also had a few chances to do so it was wonderful. Mostly I had very wonderful experience with JUCY van. However, for the next users, I want to list 3 things to be fixed or changed on the Van that I have used this time. The first thing is, I think it is serious, roof leacking on a rainy day. Rain drops into the roof top bed. So the bad got wet when it was rainy. Somewhere in the middle of the roof on the passenger seat side. Regarding this matter, I have a video clip and a photo if you want I can send you them. Secondly, the door of the refrigerator does not lock properly, it sometimes opened when I steped on the break paddle. Lastly, the plastic bucket was broken so it should be changed as a new one. I understand these could be happened at anytime but the reason I would like to list these here is that I could be the next user as well and I would soon.
Everything's great
Our little RV was really well-built — better than larger vehicles we’d had before. Its size and features are just perfect for two people. It’s not big, but it has everything you need, and it’s really cute with its high roof and green paint job! It fits into any parking spot. We had a great time with it! The staff is very friendly. The value for the money is excellent!

Ease and flexibility
Jucy was a short Uber trip from Perth domestic airport. Cobie made pick-up easy. He showed us around the van. The van was a pleasure to drive. So easy. It also gave us flexibility to be spontaneous on our trip. The cost of the van resulted in good savings for the entire trip. A small fridge on board meant we could self cater. Find a park with a view, make our own lunch, and enjoy the view. It allowed for cheap overnight stops at caravan parks. Bedding was supplied with the van. Doona was warm enough for the cold nights. Drop off was easy too. The campervan made for a great experience. A great holiday overall. Thanks Jucy.

I was a little hesitant about renting a Jucy van, but was pleasantly surprised. I rented a Jucy Condo from Auckland airport. This was just the right size for me travelling by myself. The whole process from pickup at the airport, handover of the vehicle, return of the vehicle and drop off to the airport was fast, easy, uncomplicated and straight forward. Staff were extemely helpful and friendly. I hired a van during low season and this was really good value for money.

The booking process, the staff, pick up and drop off were all easy and great. The campervan was great to drive, so easy, even reverse parallel parking was a breeze. The layout inside the van is not ideal and bed/cushions very uncomfortable. But we still enjoyed ourselves.

Once we received the campervan, the staff was incredibly helpful in helping to plan our roadtrip, offering honest and valuable opinions regarding different destinations. He also was thorough in his instruction and explanation of how the campervan works. While I don’t exactly remember how to spell his name, the gentleman in Auckland whose name started with a K was so kind and we are grateful to him for helping make our trip to New Zealand as wonderful as it was!

The whole process was seamless and painless. The staff at the Adelaide and Melbourne locations were all delightful, understanding, and helpful. The vehicle was brand new (just had over 40,000 KM) and was a great drive. We drove over 1,200 KM in the campervan and had no issues with the vehicle.

I'm not going to lie I nicknamed the van Elvis because it had, had a few hits 🤣 but the van was incredibly reliable, handling thousands of kilometers and countless miles across diverse terrain without skipping a beat. The setup is brilliantly designed—having the rooftop tent meant we could set up camp in minutes and enjoy elevated, front-row views of some of the most spectacular coastal sunrises and sunsets we’ve ever seen. It had character🙂. Get a $6.50 basic steering wheel cover from Kmart cos the steering wheels go soft with age and get a bit funky. We did 1000+kms and used the rooftop tent. It was comfy and dry. Maybe check that the top of the tent is properly riveted to the hard shell. Ours had a couple of rivets letting go so the side was not pulled as tight as it should've been. Maybe only an issue in heavy rain? For the price, it was great and we'll shop in Adelaide again.

We rented a Coaster campervan and took it from Adelaide to Melbourne along the Great OceanRoad. When picking the van up I noticed that a piece on the front was missing and had a good size dent. On our first leg from Adelaide to Robe the road was fairly rough and it shook the front bottom cowling off. It dragged along the highway for a bit. After stopping we discovered that it was held on by one time ties. Being in the middle of nowhere and hot as hell a farmer stopped and got some rope and tied it up. We were able to make it to Melbourne with no other problems. The van itself worked nicely and the setup was very basic but worked. We totally enjoyed camping along the Great Ocean Road.

The staff here are so professional and she went through all paperwork’s and caravan details with us, if it’s your first time doing a caravan driving it would really gives you a stress free feeling at the beginning of the trip. Hired their El Cheapo which was a 2012 Corolla with ripped seats. Fortunately was offered a free upgrade to a 2016 Hyundai Hatch. Had no problems with it and it was very economical. The drop off in Melbourne was quick and easy.

The handover of our previously booked Jucy initially went smoothly and without complications. When we checked the car with the appropriate form, as planned, we discovered a few minor defects, including a problem with the central locking system. The staff were very helpful and solution-orientated. The faulty locking system could not be rectified but we were given advice on how to deal with it. However, it was impossible to control the door locking system in such a way that all doors could be locked from the inside or opened from the outside without any problems. After consultation, we were able to exchange the car the next day without any problems, and the staff at the Adelaide location were very friendly and apologised to us.

Can't speak highly enough of Alex and all the staff at Jucy. We hired a car for a few days to travel to the Barossa and they were so friendly and helpful. But what won us over was that when we returned the car our flight had been delayed by two days. Alex and the team went beyond in offering us a car for a one way trip to Melbourne at a reduced rate. It was extremely disappointing to find that jucy Adelaide didn’t have any SUVs which I am use to hiring. I’m a business owner and was expecting to be able to have the room I needed to fit our team, unfortunately I was advised they are only in Sydney and other states, I found this very disappointing. I will not be able to recommend your service to other business and business partners as it’s not practical. Justin was extremely helpful and amazing as always. Gave lots of good practical tips, took the initiative to grab me the phone holder/ charger etc; fixed up a few kinks which makes my trip that much more seamless. He also did a fantastic job giving the most comprehensive intro to the camper which was super helpful. There were many moments during my trip that I think back “thank god Alex told me about this” and that saved me a lot of hassle. Camper-wise, the van is old and has clocked many miles but everything about it is well designed, very functional space. The comfortable speed to go at is 90-100km/h before things starts rattling and drive starts getting unstable - good to buffer more time when planning the drive itinerary. Lucky to have gotten the white camper! It just looks that much nicer and garners less attention which you don’t desire with a hire van. Afterhour dropoff was also super easy. Overall 10/10 experience with Jucy - and big thanks to Alex!

Justin is an absolute G. So Helpful. The crib had everything we needed. it did the basics really, really well. There are some things I didnt even expect to be supplied like washing up liquid. The only downsides were no fly screen on the sun roof, and a couple of the clips to block out light kept breaking. Also a phone mount would be great too. But for the price, Well worth it.

Had a great 4 days trip on Jucy Condo. Overall it’s good, we’re 3 adult girls, happy with the 3 front seats. Fridge, tank, stove all working well, they provided 4 bottles of gas, enough camping chairs and a table, it’s warm during the night at late April, had to pay 5 days fee as that’s the minimum renting window. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We rented a Coaster campervan and took it from Adelaide to Melbourne along the Great OceanRoad. When picking the van up I noticed that a piece on the front was missing and had a good size dent. On our first leg from Adelaide to Robe the road was fairly rough and it shook the front bottom cowling off. It dragged along the highway for a bit. After stopping we discovered that it was held on by one time ties. Being in the middle of nowhere and hot as hell a farmer stopped and got some rope and tied it up. We were able to make it to Melbourne with no other problems. The van itself worked nicely and the setup was very basic but worked. We totally enjoyed camping along the Great Ocean Road.

The caravan was super comfy and had everything we needed. Even when the caravan did not started we had help immediately and they were very helpful. We were only 2 people and we had the penthouse caravan which was really nice and comfortable to sleep in.
