We rented a Coaster campervan and took it from Adelaide to Melbourne along the Great OceanRoad. When picking the van up I noticed that a piece on the front was missing and had a good size dent. On our first leg from Adelaide to Robe the road was fairly rough and it shook the front bottom cowling off. It dragged along the highway for a bit. After stopping we discovered that it was held on by one time ties. Being in the middle of nowhere and hot as hell a farmer stopped and got some rope and tied it up. We were able to make it to Melbourne with no other problems. The van itself worked nicely and the setup was very basic but worked. We totally enjoyed camping along the Great Ocean Road.

The staff here are so professional and she went through all paperwork’s and caravan details with us, if it’s your first time doing a caravan driving it would really gives you a stress free feeling at the beginning of the trip. I would highly recommend this company and their services! Btw, they have good coffee cross the street called solar eggs! Grab a drink before the trip😍

Hired their El Cheapo which was a 2012 Corolla with ripped seats. Fortunately was offered a free upgrade to a 2016 Hyundai Hatch. Had no problems with it and it was very economical. The drop off in Melbourne was quick and easy.

The handover of our previously booked Jucy initially went smoothly and without complications. When we checked the car with the appropriate form, as planned, we discovered a few minor defects, including a problem with the central locking system. The staff were very helpful and solution-orientated. The faulty locking system could not be rectified but we were given advice on how to deal with it. However, it was impossible to control the door locking system in such a way that all doors could be locked from the inside or opened from the outside without any problems. After consultation, we were able to exchange the car the next day without any problems, and the staff at the Adelaide location were very friendly and apologised to us.

Great staff, after an initial hiccup with the airport pickup, they got us to jump in a taxi and refunded the taxi fare. Plain sailing after that. The car was clean, although like most car rentals they don't clean the inside of the windscreen, which only becomes apparent when it steams up or at night.

Quick hassle free pick up, although I have experience of insurance requirements etc I could see the staff fully explained excess details to customers, friendly staff who were informative, I would suggest as an improvement a small map of return location including opening hours : returning a car out of hours etc as I’m dropping off at another location. Can't speak highly enough of Alex and all the staff at Jucy. We hired a car for a few days to travel to the Barossa and they were so friendly and helpful. But what won us over was that when we returned the car our flight had been delayed by two days. Alex and the team went beyond in offering us a car for a one way trip to Melbourne at a reduced rate. It was extremely disappointing to find that jucy Adelaide didn’t have any SUVs which I am use to hiring. I’m a business owner and was expecting to be able to have the room I needed to fit our team, unfortunately I was advised they are only in Sydney and other states, I found this very disappointing. I will not be able to recommend your service to other business and business partners as it’s not practical. Justin was extremely helpful and amazing as always. HOWEVER the lack of SUVs were very very disappointing!

Rented a condo and served by ALEX who is an ABSOLUTE GEM. Gave lots of good practical tips, took the initiative to grab me the phone holder/ charger etc; fixed up a few kinks which makes my trip that much more seamless. He also did a fantastic job giving the most comprehensive intro to the camper which was super helpful. There were many moments during my trip that I think back “thank god Alex told me about this” and that saved me a lot of hassle. Camper-wise, the van is old and has clocked many miles but everything about it is well designed, very functional space. The comfortable speed to go at is 90-100km/h before things starts rattling and drive starts getting unstable - good to buffer more time when planning the drive itinerary. Lucky to have gotten the white camper! It just looks that much nicer and garners less attention which you don’t desire with a hire van. Afterhour dropoff was also super easy. Overall 10/10 experience with Jucy - and big thanks to Alex!

Justin is an absolute G. So Helpful. The crib had everything we needed. it did the basics really, really well. There are some things I didnt even expect to be supplied like washing up liquid. The only downsides were no fly screen on the sun roof, and a couple of the clips to block out light kept breaking. Also a phone mount would be great too. But for the price, Well worth it.

Prepare a converter for 3.55mm AUX to iPhone/phone if you want to play music in the van.(no Bluetooth/USB) Storage space is limited. Big bags are easier to fit in than suitcases if >=3 ppl. Had a great 4 days trip on Jucy Condo. Overall it’s good, we’re 3 adult girls, happy with the 3 front seats. Fridge, tank, stove all working well, they provided 4 bottles of gas, enough camping chairs and a table, it’s warm during the night at late April, had to pay 5 days fee as that’s the minimum renting window. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I found the customer service excellent from picking up the car to dropping it off. When picking it up finally preparations were being made to the vehicle but I was made a cup of tea and was made to feel at home. Staff were very friendly! Dropping off was hassle free and quick. Definitely use again!

We rented a Coaster campervan and took it from Adelaide to Melbourne along the Great OceanRoad. When picking the van up I noticed that a piece on the front was missing and had a good size dent. On our first leg from Adelaide to Robe the road was fairly rough and it shook the front bottom cowling off. It dragged along the highway for a bit. After stopping we discovered that it was held on by one time ties. Being in the middle of nowhere and hot as hell a farmer stopped and got some rope and tied it up. We were able to make it to Melbourne with no other problems. The van itself worked nicely and the setup was very basic but worked. We totally enjoyed camping along the Great Ocean Road.

Rented a condo and served by ALEX who is an ABSOLUTE GEM. Gave lots of good practical tips, took the initiative to grab me the phone holder/ charger etc; fixed up a few kinks which makes my trip that much more seamless. He also did a fantastic job giving the most comprehensive intro to the camper which was super helpful. There were many moments during my trip that I think back “thank god Alex told me about this” and that saved me a lot of hassle. Camper-wise, the van is old and has clocked many miles but everything about it is well designed, very functional space. The comfortable speed to go at is 90-100km/h before things starts rattling and drive starts getting unstable - good to buffer more time when planning the drive itinerary. Lucky to have gotten the white camper! It just looks that much nicer and garners less attention which you don’t desire with a hire van. Afterhour dropoff was also super easy. Overall 10/10 experience with Jucy - and big thanks to Alex!
Prepare a converter for 3.55mm AUX to iPhone/phone if you want to play music in the van.(no Bluetooth/USB) Storage space is limited. Big bags are easier to fit in than suitcases if >=3 ppl. Had a great 4 days trip on Jucy Condo. Overall it’s good, we’re 3 adult girls, happy with the 3 front seats. Fridge, tank, stove all working well, they provided 4 bottles of gas, enough camping chairs and a table, it’s warm during the night at late April, had to pay 5 days fee as that’s the minimum renting window. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
A great experience with Jucy Adelaide rentals. The car was great. It was comfortable, reliable and didn't miss a beat! The shuttle service was prompt and Chelsea was an absolute delight to deal with. She gave us some great travel tips, and drove us to and from the short distance to rental depot. Thank you Jucy Rentals! Highly recommended and will use you guys again.

The green van stood out, everyone saw us coming. Not suitable for 4 adults as we hired it for but we managed. We returned it much cleaner than we took it. We got to see the country side and that's what we wanted.

The caravan was super comfy and had everything we needed. Even when the caravan did not started we had help immediately and they were very helpful. We were only 2 people and we had the penthouse caravan which was really nice and comfortable to sleep in.
