The green van stood out, everyone saw us coming. Not suitable for 4 adults as we hired it for but we managed. We returned it much cleaner than we took it. We got to see the country side and that's what we wanted.
The staff were amazing making the whole process easy and smooth. The car was clean and slightly banged up, they acknowledged this however I think it was great for the price
A great experience with Jucy Adelaide rentals. The car was great. It was comfortable, reliable and didn't miss a beat! The shuttle service was prompt and Chelsea was an absolute delight to deal with. She gave us some great travel tips, and drove us to and from the short distance to rental depot. Thank you Jucy Rentals! Highly recommended and will use you guys again.

We rented a Coaster campervan and took it from Adelaide to Melbourne along the Great OceanRoad. When picking the van up I noticed that a piece on the front was missing and had a good size dent. On our first leg from Adelaide to Robe the road was fairly rough and it shook the front bottom cowling off. It dragged along the highway for a bit. After stopping we discovered that it was held on by one time ties. Being in the middle of nowhere and hot as hell a farmer stopped and got some rope and tied it up. We were able to make it to Melbourne with no other problems. The van itself worked nicely and the setup was very basic but worked. We totally enjoyed camping along the Great Ocean Road.
I did hire RV from Melbourne, we had some problem with car when we are in Adelaide. This guys is really help us. awesome service. Thanks a lot
The staff here are so professional and she went through all paperwork’s and caravan details with us, if it’s your first time doing a caravan driving it would really gives you a stress free feeling at the beginning of the trip. I would highly recommend this company and their services! Btw, they have good coffee cross the street called solar eggs! Grab a drink before the trip😍
Excellent service from the staff here when we picked up our car. We had to catch a taxi from the airport. Easy process. On returning the car we had excellent service again and transported to where we needed to go afterwards. Highly recommend.
Nous avons loué ce petit campervan à partir de la France. Facile de louer en ligne ! A l'arrivée à Adélaïde, van prêt à partir. Un peu vieillot certes, cleaning un peu limite avec beaucoup de kilomètres mais il a largement fait le job puisque nous avons parcouru plus de 6000 km avec notre fidèle compagnon . Consommation d'essence plus que correcte. Rooftent un peu rétro et longue à refermer au départ . Nous avons bien aimé l'expérience Jucy ! Bon rapport qualité/ prix. Si besoin,ils vous déposent à l'aéroport au retour.
It has been great actually better than I expected since this is my first time with this sort of camper. Some minor up keeping things could be better but other than that it has everything it needs to be a good camper. I would definitely use this experience again
Hired their El Cheapo which was a 2012 Corolla with ripped seats. Fortunately was offered a free upgrade to a 2016 Hyundai Hatch. Had no problems with it and it was very economical. The drop off in Melbourne was quick and easy.
The handover of our previously booked Jucy initially went smoothly and without complications. When we checked the car with the appropriate form, as planned, we discovered a few minor defects, including a problem with the central locking system. The staff were very helpful and solution-orientated. The faulty locking system could not be rectified but we were given advice on how to deal with it. However, it was impossible to control the door locking system in such a way that all doors could be locked from the inside or opened from the outside without any problems. After consultation, we were able to exchange the car the next day without any problems, and the staff at the Adelaide location were very friendly and apologised to us.
Great service here. We dropped our motorhome off and we’re immediately offered a free lift to the airport. When I returned home I realised I was missing a pair of quite expensive EarPods. They found them in the motorhome and posted them back to me. Very grateful client!

Nice car and easy booking system
The price was great and the online check in meant the pickup was as smooth and fast as could be.
Very friendly staff who also helped with travel recommendations, plus a very easy and quick process to pick up the car.
The caravan was super comfy and had everything we needed. Even when the caravan did not started we had help immediately and they were very helpful. We were only 2 people and we had the penthouse caravan which was really nice and comfortable to sleep in.
Quick hassle free pick up, although I have experience of insurance requirements etc I could see the staff fully explained excess details to customers, friendly staff who were informative, I would suggest as an improvement a small map of return location including opening hours : returning a car out of hours etc as I’m dropping off at another location.
Although my car had previous damage which was recorded always worth taking photos beforehand

We hired a car for a few days to travel to the Barossa and they were so friendly and helpful. But what won us over was that when we returned the car our flight had been delayed by two days. Alex and the team went beyond in offering us a car for a one way trip to Melbourne at a reduced rate. We ended up getting a flight but the concern shown for us and the willingness to help is why will use Jucy again and recommend them to our friends visiting Adelaide. Great customer service. Best car rental! Reached 20mins later due to my delayed flight, office was closed..made a call and Justin went the extra mile to help me get my car...!! Super friendly staff! Very easy going to get and return the car. Staff Issac was also very friendly and made our returning easy...they even provide shuttle service to the airport! Thanks guys! Het ophalen ging hier heel goed. Personeel was erg behulpzaam. De medewerker liefs ons alles zien hoe het werkte.
De auto is prima als je vooral veel buiten bent. Het is niet heel praktisch maar wij hadden onze draai er snel in gevonden. De auto rijdt best lekker en ik vind het fijn dat er cruise control in zit. Je krijgt er navigatie bij.
Alle benodigdheden zitten er in!

It was extremely disappointing to find that jucy Adelaide didn’t have any SUVs which I am use to hiring. I’m a business owner and was expecting to be able to have the room I needed to fit our team, unfortunately I was advised they are only in Sydney and other states, I found this very disappointing. I will not be able to recommend your service to other business and business partners as it’s not practical. Justin was extremely helpful and amazing as always. HOWEVER the lack of SUVs were very very disappointing!
Hired a car with jucy for 5 days while in Adelaide, from the pick up from the airport to the drop off back they had the most amazing customer care! The Hyundai Accent was so spacious and drove like a dream! Not to mention great fuel consumption! Highly recommend jucy near Adelaide airport
Quick and easy booking in, car was spotlessly clean, staff very helpful. Great experience.Suggestion would be to keep a paper map of Adelaide for those who don't have access to a GPS or mobile map.
Good value and ideal when you bring along one of your under -25 kids to drive the wineries with you.
Staff were friendly and helpful but making the transfer connection outside the arrivals terminal was a little confusing. You have to walk out of the terminal and over to the road to meet the pick-up vehicle that takes you to the car depot. Everything else went smoothly.
Amazing service from Jucy, unfortunately I couldnt' remember the name of the staff who served me but he more than helpful, providing practical tips and explaining the small details of the contract and hire. Made vehicle hire effortless and stress-free, even caught a shuttle back to the airport for departure. Made hiring from Jucy a pleasant and smooth experience, would definitely recommend Jucy and will be hiring from Jucy again in the future!

This is a great option for those who are happy with an older van with blemishes in exchange for paying about 40% less than the price of a newer van. The Adelaide crew are friendly and went above and beyond for us.

My two friends and I rented the Jucy Condo for a week to travel SA. Alex assisted us from start to finish and couldn’t have been more helpful - answered all of our questions before and during our trip. Rented a condo and served by ALEX who is an ABSOLUTE GEM. Gave lots of good practical tips, took the initiative to grab me the phone holder/ charger etc; fixed up a few kinks which makes my trip that much more seamless. He also did a fantastic job giving the most comprehensive intro to the camper which was super helpful.
There were many moments during my trip that I think back “thank god Alex told me about this” and that saved me a lot of hassle.
Camper-wise, the van is old and has clocked many miles but everything about it is well designed, very functional space. The comfortable speed to go at is 90-100km/h before things starts rattling and drive starts getting unstable - good to buffer more time when planning the drive itinerary. Lucky to have gotten the white camper! It just looks that much nicer and garners less attention which you don’t desire with a hire van. Afterhour dropoff was also super easy.
Overall 10/10 experience with Jucy - and big thanks to Alex!

Amazing experience. The New Compass vans are from 2020 and drives incredibly well. Our staff at check in (Alex) was an absolute legend. Heaps of good tips for both how to camp and what to see.
Justin is an absolute G. So Helpful. The crib had everything we needed. it did the basics really, really well. There are some things I didnt even expect to be supplied like washing up liquid. The only downsides were no fly screen on the sun roof, and a couple of the clips to block out light kept breaking. Also a phone mount would be great too. But for the price, Well worth it.
Great rates and they were able to arrange an uber from their site to the airport. Super friendly and helpful staff, we were served by Alex who seemed pretty swamped being the only one on shift, but he still found the time to give us some incredible travel advice for the city.
Justin was a LIFE SAVER! He went above and beyond to help my sister and I out when we were stranded in Adelaide without a car when a booking with another place fell through last minute. He was accommodating, understanding, and showed us genuine care + compassion when we were stressed beyond belief. Could not recommend Justin and Jucy more, I will definitely be back when I come to Adelaide in the future.
An excellent choice for car rentals in Adelaide. Even though they weren't located at the terminal they arrange both a pickup and drop-off for me. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and made sure that I was provided with any information I needed. Also the rental pricing was a fraction of what the other rental agencies wanted for my visit. Overall an very positive first experience using Jucy.

Prepare a converter for 3.55mm AUX to iPhone/phone if you want to play music in the van.(no Bluetooth/USB) Storage space is limited. Big bags are easier to fit in than suitcases if >=3 ppl. Had a great 4 days trip on Jucy Condo. Overall it’s good, we’re 3 adult girls, happy with the 3 front seats. Fridge, tank, stove all working well, they provided 4 bottles of gas, enough camping chairs and a table, it’s warm during the night at late April, had to pay 5 days fee as that’s the minimum renting window. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
